Healthy balanced diet along with healthy life style and proper rest are the keys of good health. Start eating small frequent energy dense meals instead of 3 large meal. Small meals are easy to digest and keep digestive system running. You can eat small portion of any thing in difference of 2-3 hours like 1 small stuffed paranthas with curd\ whole eggs\spoon full of desi ghee in dal or with roti, paneer, nuts, sprouts, pulses, chicken etc have shakes of fruits with added nuts drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water. Eat all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Quit smoking or drinking if any Manage stress do some moderate intensity exercises for 30 minutes daily. Hello Sir, As a nutritionist I would recommend you to avoid junk food, include good appetizers between two meals, introduce Small and Frequent meals ,take high calorie food and lastly and most importantly avoid thinking too much about weight gain because even if you eat well it will not work until you are stress free.

Fatty liver is due to sedentary life style in which we work more often sotting in a office and physical work less. Eating more calories ,consuming alcohol and having diabetes are other reasons. So start doing daily walk for 45 minutes. Think about all the above conditions. Fatty liver can become normal again.

During pregnancy the itching part will be more due to excess of some hormones and during pregnancy better avoid certain medication. So better be cautious. As for the lesion unless its seen difficult to assess the condition and to give proper advise. You just have to stick to a disciplined healthy lifestyle. Eat only healthy food ( avoid shortcut methods which can harm you in the future ). Have daily fruits and vegetables as they contain lots of live nutrients which will help nourish your body and subsequent growth and maintainence. Make sure you follow a healthy lifestyle and avoid all kinds if addictions ( tobacco and alcohol and other types of stimulants ). Learn Yoga and do it consistently. You can also do some exercise everyday which will help in your overall well-being.

You can workout with the endocrine disorders that you have mentioned. Intense weight lifting is best avoided until you have brought the disorders under control. Any form of intense exercise should only be done under supervision of a trainer and doctor.

Dear Thanks for contacting with your health concern Tonics and injections alone are not enough to help build the body mass, good food and exercise must accompany the medicines for a substantial gain in weight. A.Before starting medicine following guidelines should be incorporated into your daily lifestyle i.Make powder of raw mango seed and take 250 mg with yogurt or water empty stomach in morning for three days and start practicing Yogasanas, [of your choice] and Surya-namaskar ii.Avoid: heavy, slimy food along with fetid odor and unpleasant sight and TAKE old brown rice, green gram, fresh green vegetables, banana, pomegranate, garlic, ginger, raisins, black pepper, clarified butter, buttermilk, with regular brushing of teeth and tongue cleaning, bathing, lemon, salt,mint, morning walk. Iii.Eat a variety of nutrient-rich food but who have some added advantage like. Cabbage (cholesterol-lowering benefits. Carrot (helps in liver detoxification. Cauliflower (ideal against abdominal problems. Dates (best for muscle development), and onions (contains flavinoids which protect against cardiovascular disease), garlic (has broad-spectrum antibiotic properties) iv.Take protein rich diet: legumes, sprouted pulses/cereals, milk with protein v.Take vitamin A, B, C, E in the diet which helps in strengthening the immune system. B.Take self-expressed juice of white onion 6 ml with honey in morning and good sleep after meals. C.Principle is to have well balanced diet with more of proteins and more Calories with exercise, take more of cereals, legumes, daal, egg, and eat fresh fruits regularly with sweet pulp like (banana, mango, chickoos, and grapes) D.Take banana, black grapes, orange,spinach, ginger,tomatoes, curd, take diet rich in vitamin C (Citrus fruits) and vitamin E (sunflower seeds, almonds, apricots,peanuts) which are rich in anti oxidants and thus helps in improvement of Thymus function (associated with Immunity.) E.Eat mixture of amla powder ½ spoons with 4 spoons of honey. DAILY REGIME: i. Fatty liver is a condition where there is accumulation fat in your liver. There are mainly two types of fatty liver- 1. Alcoholic Fatty Liver Alcoholic fatty liver is the earliest stage of alcohol-related liver disease. Heavy drinking damages the liver, and the liver cannot break down fats as a result. 2. Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Non-alcoholic fatty liver (NAFL) develops when the liver has difficulty breaking down fats, which causes a build-up in the liver tissue. The cause is not related to alcohol. Diet n lifestyle: 1. Diet which is low in fat and low glycemic index. 2. Exercise. 3. Weight loss. 4. Alcohol withdrawal. 5. Stopping unwanted medication and self medication. Treatment: 1. Yakritplihantak churna – 1 teaspoonful twice daily 2. Vasaguduchyadi kashayam 2 tablets, twice daily, 1 hour before food. 3. Triphala churna, bhringraj churna and trivrit churna with honey, twice daily.
