Obstruction in defecation is also one such condition that may be caused by consuming certain kinds of food or due to the digestive health in general. Obstructive defecation syndrome (ODS) is a wide term used to depict the state of patients with defecatory blockage or constipation. These frequently encountered disorders affect 18% of the population .

Diagnosis:

The condition can be diagnosed by a general physical or a gastroenterologist by using the following parameters:

  1. Excessive straining
  2. Incomplete rectal clearing

Hii. Along with the brisk walking you need to follow a healthy balanced diet. No skipping of meal is allowed. Do not over eat at one time and do not have too much of gap between two meals. Include fiber rich foods such as fruits and vegetables, Multigrain flour, oats, etc. Avoid too much of sugar and fatty foods. Avoid fruit juices, have whole fruit instead. The uterus is a muscular structure held in place inside your pelvis with the help of muscles, ligaments, and tissues. Water is good for hydration, not for weight loss. Honey is just sugar, will add more calories to your daily intake, therefore avoid it. There's no shortcut to weight loss. Consume less, exercise more, eat more fruits and veggies. That's the only way to weight loss.

Hi there! Your total body weight seems normal or probably underweight (since your age is not mentioned). It is normal for women to have more fat around thights and arms. It is by constitution of being a female. The female hormones distribute body fat in such a fashion as deacribed by you. There is no need of concern. I would like to bring your attention to your total body weight. I believe that you are taking a balanced diet. If not. Please commence it as soon as possible. Seek consultation as required.
