Hello, No single food in isolation can help you lose weight. Oats are very healthy, but thats not the only thing which can make you lose weight. Body needs sufficient nutrients and varieties to respond positively to the weight loss regime. Body does not like monotony.

Breast feed your baby. It causes good involution of uterus and calorie loss. Exercise after 6 months complete after cs. Some belts are there you might try not of much value though.

If you want to gain weight, then I would recommend you a easy diet plan, Do some exercise also, it will help you to gain weight. No needs to take any supplement. Diet Plan: 1. MORNING: banana shake (2 bananas and 1 glass of milk) sprouts Brown Bread with 2 eggs Or paneer stuffed paratha 2. LUNCH: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size bowl of green veg 1 small plate of rice 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm in day time 3. LATE AFTERNOON: 1 fruit and coffee with 4 cookies 4. Hello, There is nothing called spot reduction and there is no shortcut to lose from particular area. Overall dietary modifications and regular physical activity will help you achieve your target. Avoid alcohol or other carbonated beverages completely. Ensure you are preferring fresh homecooked meals rather having junk and oily stuff. Include lots of greens, beans,wholegrain, fruits in your daily diet.

Take regular breaks from desk. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Drink lot of water everyday. Take high fiber low fat diet. ask me privately for detailed diet plan

Walk is best medicine for most of the health issues. dont start with rigorous exercise. start with a brisk walk,and increase the duration of walk,slowly. For e.g For one week walk for 6-7mins and another week keep up to 15 mins.

Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day. Go for 45 minute brisk walk daily

Natural way of weight loss is by routine exercise like walking, running, yoga and healthy diet which contains boiled vegetables, more fiber, low carbohydrate and fatty food. Medicines work temporarily for weight loss. Skipping meals will not help. If any medical condition is related then that can be treated.
