Fatty liver is fairly common in people. However your age is also less. You need to be bit more proactive for your condition. As you are only 25 years. I won't suggest you any medications besides your lifestyle mordification. Also your lft is normal. However you also need to reduce some weight. Try morning routine exercises or yoga and also cut down on sugar n sweets. Also I will suggests serum hormones level like tsh and testosterone if you are gaining weight.

There is no way to expel gall bladder stones (unlike case of kidney stones). So gall stones if they r not creating problem, let them be there. But do follow annual checkups. But if they r causing problem, its better to remove them. For acidity do this 1. Don't overeat 2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 4.
