Be cautious if you are using steroids, pain near elbow while working on triceps may indicate tendon weakness. This may ultimately rupture. Other wise, medications like Enzomac, Tendocare will help. Rule out other conditions like golfer, tennis or student's elbow. Also wear protective paddings while placing elbows over hard surface.

Heel pain or Plantar fasciitis is an inflammation of the band of tissue named plantar fascia that extends from the heel to the toes. In this condition, the fascia first becomes irritated and then inflamed, resulting in heel pain. Heel pain is a symptom if you are suffering from arthritis or any calcium deficiency. You should take a xray and complete blood check up for knowing the exact reason of pain Avoid going bare foot Do stretching exercises Putting an ice pack on your heel for 20 minutes several times a day helps reduce pain. Place a thin towel between the ice and your heel n do not apply ice directly to the skin If ice application didn't help go for contrast hot and cold bath. Cut down on extended physical activities to give your heel a rest Wearing supportive shoes that have good arch support and a slightly raised heel reduces stress on the plantar fascia. Consult the near by physiotherapy clinic and also consult a general physician to check with your ESR levels to check whether you have inflammation I am sharing the same literature of Rheumatoid arthritis which has similar symptoms of uric acid saturation. You can definitely control this by adding more ginger in the diet and also you can add honey in the diet which will help you to feel better and free from pain. I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. I had physiotherapy for 15 days continuously and was even asked to change my sandal for soft one. After the session, there was no issue for almost a month. Again I have started getting foot pain when I get out of bed in the morning. Please advise.
Hi, for plantar fasciitis, along with the physiotherapy treatment and shoe modification, there are various exercises which you should do regularly for getting complete relief and also for preventing the chances of it happening again. Also, the exercises should be done for both legs even if one of them is not having the problem. Soft sandal is ok, but more specifically you require a complete foot assessment to see if you are having flat feet or low or high medial arch of foot, and accordingly customised footwear and insoles should be given to you. So my suggestion is ask your physiotherapist to kindly do the needful.
