Its just one month since your delivery happened. Wait for next 7-8 months before you start exercise to reduce tummy. Don't be in a hurry. Your body isn't ready yet.

Take 5 leaves of parizaad tree leaves also called as harsinghaar. Make a paste of those 5 leaves, put the paste in 150 ml water and put to boil. Boil for 20 minutes than drink that water and chew the leaves. Do this for 7 days early morning empty stomach, your problem will be cured permanently.

exercise properly eat more proteins and less carbs and fats with more salads and fruits cycling will help you no jogging, only simple walks massage with the help of machines available in market/online or through a proper woman if you are lucky there are no shortcuts it will take time @ 2-3 months do not give up on exercise,yoga and stretching plus proper dieting

Hello lybrate-user, your ideal body weight is 70-72 kgs. Thus you need to gain 10-12 kgs. Ideally 4 -5 kgs gain is possible in a month so it will take you atleast 2-3 months to reach your target. Weight gain is the result of well balanced diet, physical activity for 30-40 mins 3-4 days/week preferably weight training and rest of 8-10 hours. All foods included in your diet should be power packed i. E giving you many nutrients and calories, also it should be high on proteins so as to help you in gaining muscle mass for better health and immunity. Examples-banana/mango/chickoo milkshakes with honey and nuts, paneer stuffed sandwiches/parathas, chikkis of peanuts/chana to be stocked with you as this can be conveniently had anywhere, dryfruits and mixed nuts.

Hi, Yes, if the blood sugars are high, it means that he is having Diabetes. Go for small frequent meals Drink plenty of water. Have balanced diet. Include more vegetables that grows above the ground. Limit fruits only to 50g / day. Avoid sweets, sugar, honey, Jaggery, oily stuff n junk food. Walk for 30 min/day. Regards

Your body is adapt by your routine of not eating much or not feeling hungry. I'd suggest don't eat a lot at once, divide your meal in small small portions and have that in every 2-3 hours (just small bowl of sprouts, popcorns, dal, salad, curd etc) so your body will maintain the nutrients which is required every day and you won't loose weight also. It's very necessary to do workout to burn extra fat. Cut down your cereals and oils from daily diet. Plan a proper diet according to your schedule. No outside foods. Fast foods, oily foods, junk foods are enemies of heart. Saturated fat like oil, ghee, butter should cut down to keep your heart healthy. You can do cardio exercise. Follow those steps and you will be fit and stay healthy.

Use more and more cereals in your diet like rice, puri, paratha, chapati with ghee. Take halwa of dryfruits and fruits and fruit juices. Take creamed milk. You should take some light exercises that do not burn much calories.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. 7. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice, half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
