Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert.

Hi, If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat.  The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength.

October 3, 2016 To, Doctors, Respected doctor/ doctors, I have high ringworm for 8-9 months. I had even consulted an experienced dermatologist But his medicines were not much useful for me. Recently I consulted another dermatologistHe consulted me following medicines & tube. × Tab Biotral 100 ml × Tab Alrax 25 ml × Tab etoshine 5 ml × Tube Clob-M cream I have been using this medicines for 2 months. This medicines were useful and the ringworm disappeared. Then I stopped talking this medicines but then the ringworm was there again. Then I started talking medicines, the ringworm disappeared. Then I stopped, the ringworm was there again. So I have to eat this medicines daily for lifetime without fail. Then I decided not to take this medicines anymore as there may be side effect from medicines. I think my this decision is good, isn't it? I have decided not to take medicines anymore but now I am irritating from this ringworm and there is much itching on the area. Now please tell me what is the ayurvedic method for getting rid of this. Can alovera be used on that part? Which another things can be used? This problem is even with my brother. The doctor even advised me not to eat Bananas and sour things and not to use any soup on the infected part. Is there any other proscriptions like this which can help me for getting rid of this? Which are the sites involved. Stop using clob-m cream. If it is extensive you may require oral treatment, which can be given only after examination. If localized then topical treatment will suffice. Zoderm-E cream is a topical antifungal cream, which can be started after confirmation of diagnosis. Show to a nearby dermatologist who will diagnose and prescribe treatment. Antifungal treatment to be continued for two weeks after symptom clearance to prevent recurrence.

For removing cold and cough eat jaggery after every meal, you will cure your cough and cold. If you are working more it means you need more energy. For amzing results start doing surya namaskar and surya jal every morning empty stomach, I am giving you a Guide notes that will cure your 90 % problem all you have to do is read it, and stick to very point. 1.Make sure you have your head in the south or east direction while sleeping. In this position your body is taking force of attraction. Sleeping in north is very unhealthy and will make you tired and lethargic because your body is taking force of repulsion. Attraction bring elasticity, ease, good blood pressure, sound sleep, relaxation, increase in height while North brings high BP, quick heart beats, muscle and internal body part contraction, your breathing will affect. In Indian culture head of the Dead body during Antim sanskar is kept in North direction. In west direction researches are going on, so don’t sleep till researches come. 2.It is advisable that you consume" cow ghee" take 1 spoon of cow ghee and warm it, With the help of a dropper, Pour one drop of cow ghee in each of your nostril. It may sound weird or a hectic job at first but trust me it is the most effective remedy for any kind of problem related to health. It Makes your head nerves lighter and healthier that too without any side effects. Cow ghee reaches those areas in your head where allopathic and homeopathic medicines fails to reach. 3.In the morning start consuming lukewarm water right after you wake up & sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) (see image) it is advisable to even do rinsing with the lukewarm water in your mouth and gulp it after that. Drink your water sip by sip instead of drinking it in speed, this process is done for the detoxification and cleaning of your stomach/intestines that has everything to with your health issues. After this your stomach condition will remain intact at pH7 condition (which is not alkaline or acidic in nature but neutral). The alkaline or saliva (laar) of your mouth should mix with the acid of your stomach to make stomach in neutral. This is only possible if you are drinking water sip by sip, slowly each time you consume water. This will not just help you in attaining a proper health but will keep you away from other health and weakness problems, which comes from the acids produced in stomach. In Ayurveda it is said to through this formula you can live for 100 years without disease or stress. You should also eat your all meals sitting in sukhasana (check image) 4.Other advice is that don’t drink water after your meals (lunch, dinner, breakfast, or any mini meal). Drink water after 90 minutes of meals. Drinking water after your meals reduces your digestion, and as you know if food is not digested it will produce acid, which in turn will increase your weight. Scientifically it is proved that food takes at least 90 minutes to digest, drinking water during that 90 minutes will bring almost 68 types of diseases of stomach. 5.Make sure you are walking at least 5000 to 12, 000 steps every day. It is strongly recommended that you start with a jogging regime also if possible. I suggest you to buy a Pedometer which will calculate your daily steps, will help you a lot. 6.Start doing surya namaskar, its more than a weight loss exercise. From improving your posture, strengthening muscles to whittling extra inches around the waist, the benefits of Suryanamaskar are many, provided you adapt it the right way. A set of 12 fixed, cyclic postures define Suryanamaskar which when performed repeatedly at an easy pace can bring a sense of well being, almost immediately. However, those with a heart condition, arthritis or slip-disk, need their doctor's consent before starting the routine. 7.You should avoid late night dinners at any cost and make sure you are following a routine while having 3 main course meals of the day. Try having your dinner before sunset and not eat anything heavy after sunset this will surely help you with a better health. Try to sleep before 11: 00 P. M. And sleep for minimum 6 to 8 hours. Lack of sleep is also a leading factor of bad health. 8.Avoid processed food, sugar and its products as well as refined oil/double refined oil. Use pure oil of mustard (sarso), peanut, coconut, cow ghee, sesame. When you put 10 to 12 chemicals in these oils then they become refined oil and bring almost 68 diseases along with weight gain and bad health. Don’t follow what this television advertisement says about refined oil. It is all marketing. EAT PURE OILS. 9.Listen the music you love when you feel tired, music has a therapeutic energy and reduces stress and makes you energetic. 10.Bhramari pranayama is very effective in instantly calming your mind down. It is one of the best breathing exercises to release the mind of agitation, frustration or anxiety and get rid of anger. A simple-to-do technique, can be practiced anywhere at work or home, and an instant option available to de-stress yourself. 11.This breathing technique derives its name from the black Indian bee called Bhramari. (Bhramari = type of Indian bee; pranayama = breathing technique). The exhalation in this pranayama resembles the typical humming sound of a bee, which explains why it is named so. Benefits Of Bhramari Pranayama (Bee Breath) •Instant way to relieve tension, anger and anxiety. It is a very effective breathing technique for people suffering from hypertension as it calms down the agitated mind. •Gives relief if you're feeling hot or have a slight headache •Helps mitigate migraines •Improves concentration and memory •Builds confidence •Helps in reducing blood pressure Points To Note While Doing Bhramari Pranayama (Bee Breath) •Ensure that you are not putting your finger inside the ear but on the cartilage. •Don’t press the cartilage too hard. Gently press and release with the finger. •While making the humming sound, keep your mouth closed. •You can also keep your fingers in Shanmukhi mudra (hand position) while doing this pranayama. To sit in Shanmukhi mudra, gently place your thumbs on the ear cartilage, index fingers on the forehead just above the eyebrows, middle fingers on eyes, ring fingers on nostrils and the little fingers on corners of your lips. Contraindications None. Once this pranayama is learnt correctly from a yoga teacher, anyone from a child to an elderly person can practice this pranayama. Because of stress you are taking additional food. Because of no job. You become very lazy and additional rest due to this reason. You are getting more weight. That is ignorantly you forgotten. Your mind is also not active in these days. Always thinking about job. Lack of opportunities. You become very lazy. No problem now you find out the problem. Try jobs better to walk most of the time. Take less food. Practice yoga it will give mental peace. Try and try until you get the job. Search jobs online ready to take any risk of the job. Better to enquire yourself directly go to the office. If they rejected do not worry. Take another chance. You will get the job. Better to practice running also morning time. Your weight is reduced and your both the problems solved. Is protien shake or these body building protien powders are they good for liver and over all health? Can our liver digest this? Is it advisable if we have live problem?

Hye. Thank you for your query. Usually you would decide to take protein supplementation to improve workout. Now, it all depends on your definition of" workout" just because you join the gym and pick a few weights or you want to grow muscles or gain weight does not justify taking protein supplementation. Proteins are not stored in the body like some nutrients. Your body will utilize only as much protein it needs and the rest will be broken down for energy purpose which is it's secondary function; main being building/repairing muscles. Depending on the exercise (ie. Strength training/cardio or activities like gymnastics or weight lifting) your body's needs for proteins varies. Although whey is natural and the most easily and quickly assimilated form of protein - it is not needed to be exclusively included in your diet. You have to have a balanced healthy protein rich diet for the protein or supplement to be utilised. Protein need totally depends on your present food intake & activity levels. Supplements are designed to combat increase in protein requirements. But mind you, just taking it to gain weight or taking it without the right type of" workout" or to burn fats can lead to side effects. Supplements cannot be taken in isolation. The dosage and combinations and requirements depend on weight training and cardio workout intensity, basic intake, medical history and lifestyle. You need to assess all these parameters if your liver is already compromised.

Hi my name is yellagi I want to increase my weight and height also give some very useful tips.
The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

U need complete evaluation with epilepsy protocol mri. Why do you want operation if it can be treated with medicines. Brain operation is not without risks. If its medically refractory and surgically curable I may be of help. Whethet it can be cured by surgery we will only know after thorough evaluation.
