To increase weight increase weight. Eat frequently. Do not skip meals. Use bigger plate than before. Avoid smoking, alcohol. No water during meals. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Use supplement. Take dense fruits, vegetables. Extra fish, meat etc will help you. Do exercise to gain weight. These are common but to gain knowledge about specific foods for you consult me privately on lybrate.

Add Coconut milk ( Crush 1/4 of Fresh Coconut and add lukewarm water , sieve and consume it. ) in breakfast or after 1 hour of breakfast and also take it in evening . It will improve weight and stamina and best suitable for summers too. Along this, you can take 5 gm mix of Ashwagandha and Shatavari Kulp ( mix them in equal ratio) . along Coconut milk. Take 5 meals per day ( 3 main meals+ 2 snacks) .

To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

You reduce weight to stay healthy and fit. Do regular exercise like push ups, sit ups, plank, yoga etc. Eat small amount of food. But do not skip meals. Take food 5-6 times instead of 3 big meals. Use extra protein to lose weight. Use lukewarm water after meals. Avoid fast foods, junk foods etc. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water specially before meals.

Hi. Thanks for your query. If your blood sugar levels are maintained then only can you avoid excess storage of fats. The sugars need to be maintained by following good diet and exercise routine. For a diabetic it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the sugar levels, lifestyle and history. Though you can follow some guidelines - The sugar levels will fluctuate depending on what you ate or did not eat, stress levels and activity levels. You have to try and manage a balanced carb intake. Have small frequent meals. Do not fast for long hours. Your diet must include whole grains, seasonal fruits, vegetables, small amounts of nuts and dairy and pulses or dals or lean meats like chicken or fish and egg. Starchy vegetables need to be planned into the diet. Avoid a very heavy meal at one time. Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar. Avoid junk foods. Exercise and stay active. Avoid exercise if sugar levels are above 250 mg/dl. Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into hypoglycaemia. Sleep well. It's all a matter of discipline.
