For weight gain Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Use warm milk boiled with ginger and haldi including ghee and nuts every day. Rich proteins and nonveg if you like otherwise tofu and milk proteins. Follow regular routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as exercise and morning walk every day.

1.Check your Hemoglobin, Bp. 2. Avoid stress, anxiety,severe physical and mental exertion 3. Take adequate rest and sleep for 7-8 hours daily to remain healthy 4. Have good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits etc 5.Drink plenty of water(8-10 glass daily) 6. Take one capsule of Revital daily after breakfast 6. consult me for further advice

After age of 18 years height cannot be increased,, before that do some yoga,, stretching exercises,, swimming cycling also take high protein,,,,do regular exercise take butter with bread,,butter with boiled potatoes,,take 4-5 banana with milk,,with this u need proper homoeopathic treatment

Weight gain The first thing you need to understand is that when you gain weight you’re either gaining muscle or you’re gaining fat. So the healthiest way to gain weight is by putting on lean muscle, which means while you’re going to be eating more, you need to be conscious of what you’re eating. Take foods high in protein, fat, and carbs (carbs on days you’re working out) and trying to stay away from foods high in sugar, especially added sugar. This being because a lot of the sugar we eat gets metabolized into fat, and high-blood sugar levels have been linked to metabolic syndrome, cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, memory loss, and even premature aging. Here are important foods for weight gain.... Soya, lean meats, salmon, tuna, egg whites, sprouts, pulses, rajma, chole, tofu, beans, whole grains. Take expert advice. Thanku.

Hello Lybrate users according to your height and weight your BMI is normal but you like to gain your weight so increase approximately 5 to 8 kg weight. The changes she is undergoing are due to the HIV illness, rather than medications. HIV by itself produce these changes. Discuss with your doctor what needs to be done to alleviate the sufferings. She might require protein rich diet with frequent antibiotics to counter infections.

Hi If you want to put on weight, you need to eat a meal rich in protein and a good amount of carbohydrates. Also do muscle strengthening exercise as that helps in building muscles. Sample plan Breakfast- omelette, idly, coconut chutney Lunch- rice, fish gravy, stir fry green beans Snack- peanuts Dinner- Roti Chickpea gravy Banana smoothie.
