Hello from about 2 months I have strong vertigo that do not even sleep well . I've noticed that I also dilated pupils . I went two weeks ago by the neurologoneurologo and he prescribed supplements Melaxina Te Pineal Tens. No improvement in fact I always feel worse . Before I had a treatment with Cipralex drops for irritable bowel and took 7 drops in the evening before going to bed but the neurologist told me to take them off because they could be the cause of expansion but the fact is that I have always these problems . What may be somebody can tell me? I am very worried.

There are 2 main causes for vertigo. 1) diseases of the ear 2) diseases of the brain. Diseases of the ear causing vertigo are bppv (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo), meniere's disease, labyrinthitis, trauma to the inner ear, toxicity due to medicines. These diseases can occur at any age and are usually associated with nausea and vomiting. Examination by an ent doctor will help to come to a diagnosis. Diseases of the brain causing vertigo are bleeding or interrupted blood supply to the cerebellum (area of the brain responsible for balance) and its connections, tumours. These conditions are commonly seen in elderly and are not associated with nausea and vomiting. They can be ruled out by mri. I hope this answered your question. Mix clarified butter and sugar in equal proportion (around 1 tbsp of each). Eat this mix at least 30 minutes before your meal on an empty stomach. Consume it for one month. You will definitely see dramatic results.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. I am skinny fat with 19percent body fat which is normal. My face shoulders and arms are skinny but my thighs and belly is comparatively fat. After workouts should I take mass gainer or whey protein shake. If I take whey protein I will become more skinnier. Or should I take a little of mass gainer and not much in order to maintain weight while increasing muscle.

Hello, Go for meditation to nourish your entire body to strengthen your cell & tissues improving your body in a healthy manner by conditioning your bones. •Tk,  plenty of water to hydrate your body. •Your diet be easily digestible, thrice a day, preferably -high in protein, carbohydrates- and fats, take  fish, eggs, chicken to energise your body. • Tk,  apples, carrots, potatoes, sweet- potatoes, milk,  almonds. •Tk, banana with hot milk in the breakfast. •Add ghee in lunch. Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. * Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes. • Drink a glass of milk at night daily. * Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night. Dear lybrate-user, many working women get pregnant and deliver normally. I personally performed Caesarean section one day prior to my delivery so donot get worried. Take enough rest at home. Eat plenty of proteins nuts fruits. Avoid eating outside. Let your colleague cooperate and give a helping hand at work and at home take help from your family. Check your haemoglobin your Vit D3 level and take iron Vit cal and Vit D.

Dear, the most common causes of weakness are * anemia * metabolic disorder (diabetes, hypothyroidism) * breathing problems (asthma, sinusitis) *digestion problems (diarrhea, gestric ulcers) * cervical spondylosis first check out your haemoglobin (hb), if your hb is low, then eat a lot of green vehetables and iron rich foods like apple, guava, sapotas (cheeku, beet root and oranges. Takeiron suppliments for increase in hb. If your hb level is normal then your all parts of body get adequate level of oxygen. 2. Take deep breaths atleast for 10-15 minutes twice a day. 3. Check out the blood sugar fasting in every 6 months. If blood sugar level, then take proper medicines for high sugar level. 4. In thyroid disorder, there is a feeling of weakness and tiredness. Check out your thyroid profile, if you feel tired even after the proper deit and medicines and take treatment. 5. In the morning, do medication regulary, do pranayam atleast for 5 -10 minute. It will make your hormones level normal.
