Suggestion: If you're not eating enough, exercise is a bad idea. You're burning extra calories, so you may lose even more weight. You should be gaining weight anyway, but the exercise will help you gain the weight you want (i.e. Muscle, not fat). Go to the gym, lift some weights.

Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Squeeze in an additional meal or snack whenever you can, such as before bed. Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories. Try weight gainer shakes. If you’re really struggling then you can try weight gainer shakes. These are very high in protein, carbs and calories. Use bigger plates. Definitely use large plates if you’re trying to get in more calories, as smaller plates cause people to automatically eat less. Add cream to your coffee. This is a simple way to add in more calories. Get quality sleep. Sleeping properly is very important for muscle growth. Don't smoke. Smokers tend to weigh less than non-smokers, and quitting smoking often leads to weight gain.

U should eat frequently even if small amount. U can do following-- 1. Exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, Swimming, gymming, walking etc. 2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 3. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 4. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 5. Maintain active life style 6. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods 7.Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. It contains a lot of fiber which will help reduce tendency for constipation 8. Drink lot of water. For more details you can consult me.

Hi, Why I have weak core muscles What is the reason of core muscles getting weak. please suggest me.

Hi lybrate-user, There are a number of reasons for your weak core muscles in the body, 1. Poor sitting or standing posture being into that for a longer period of time. To correct this, move your back and neck i.e. Stretch out all muscles and bend your back backwards every 1-2 hourly 2. Over the time, you are sustained to this poor posture so your main muscles which should work evenly are getting weak and all your other supporting muscles are taking over the action of your core muscles. For this, you must activate and make your core muscles strong ** Must do this: There is a tiny muscle sitting at the sides of your waist deep down and is weak and suppressing. To activate this, tuck your belly button inside without holding your breath for about 5 seconds and the relax your tummy. Keep practising it for 10-15 times. You will gradually develop your core strength after doing this. You can also do push ups aainst a wall within your comfort levels and chin tucks i.e. Push your neck behind without nodding and bending for 5 seconds and do 15 times. Further questions? For increasing your wt eat lots of carbohydrates (potato, rice,corn ,banana) ,calorie dense food & good fats (various nuts & seeds, peanuts butter, fish,eggs ,Olive oil) high fat dairy products like whole milk ,paneer, cheese,curd nd yoghurt.
