Fusidic acid is not used for fungal infections. You will need a anti-fungal ointment/cream or powder depending on the location of your lesions. Also, avoid using synthetic clothes and moist clothes.

I am suffering from low stamina. I can't run even for 2 minutes. Getting tired soon. And now I am practising 3.5 km walking practise. Is that enough. Or do something else? Kindly help me.

Along with walking you should also concentrate on food. Take food rich in all the vitamins, proteins, etc. For stamina you can take Majoon falasifa and majoon arad khurma both one teaspoon each, two times daily along with milk. Both the medicines are ava liable at hamdard or any unani retailer.

Dear lybrateuser, - It is advisable to get your daily protein requirement from natural foods as far as possible as they are easily absorbed by the body & cause no side effects in the long term - protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, milk & milk products, soya products, tofu, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, sesame, pumpkin seeds - include a protein rich food in each of your meals & also have as a snack in between meals - to know your exact calorie & protein requirement per day as per your degree of exercise, dietary habits & constitution consult a dietician on forum.

Dear lybrate-user, thats good you're concerned. I expect to see it more often. You can start by enrolling yourself at the gym, if youre already working out then great. Step 2, lift heavy and use performance enhancers like creatine monohydrate and cycle it with clean carbs. You will get a shredded look with proper guidance. I personally train with a lot of my clients here in chicago. They started off really thin but over a period of time they've gotten better and bigger. So good luck!
