Hello sir/madam, I am 22 years old female. I am not married. I have immune problem from my birth onwards. Now I have zinc deficiency problem and also now paining my hand and legs nerves. You may have immune deficiency but your harmonic imbalances as well as metabol ism also taking a greater part in your life. Better advice is to follow regular routines of getting all yoga and exercise with proper dietary measures and practice meditation twice daily then you feel better result. You continue it for six months regular and hot water sipping boiled with ginger and tulasi leaves every half-hour. If you trust me then continue it and I assure you for your complete cure without any medicine.

1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Massage scalp with this oil. 3. Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4. Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5. Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6. Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.

Hello Siddhant shaving hair at early age doesn't mean u ll nt get beard ..it's absolutely baseless.so stop worrying .. Include protein rich foods in ur diet, include green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits in ur diet,drink 2-3 lit of water daily, exercise 45 min per day.stop smoking if ur doing it . Thanks

Hello, These are some home made tips to get shiny and strong long hair. *Massage the scalp for 10 to 15 minutes after bathing with water. This stimulates the blood circulation and strengthens the hair follicles in the scalp. *Massage the scalp and hair with coconut milk or Aloe Vera gel. Leave it for ½ hour, and then rinse with warm water. Repeat 3 times a week. *Massage into the scalp and hair honey with egg yolk. Leave for a 1/2 hour, then rinse. *Massage almond oil on scalp 2-3 times a day, daily. This will stop further hair loss. *Rinse hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar and sage tea to help hair grow *Make a shampoo by mixing 100 g each of amla (Indian goose berry), reetha, and shikakai and boil in two liters of water until the liquid reduces to half. Use this shampoo for your hair for at least one month. Your hair will become thick. *Mix equal amount of warm castor and almond oil and massage over scalp at least once a week. *Make a hair pack by mixing amla (Indian goose berry) powder with one egg. Apply it to your hair and leave for half an hour. Wash hair.

The patient should be thoroughly examined and 'Prakriti' should be evaluated so that the appropriate treatment can be planned. The therapy can be planned by shodhana (detoxification) and by shamana (pacification).
Shodhana(detoxification) : to remove the accumulated toxins in the body. Ritu anusara shodhana karma should be performed. To begin with, the person is given medicated ghe internally till the samyak sneha lakshana appear in the body
After ghritapana, abhayanga and swedana karma should be performed. The patient is than subjected for the specific shodhana karma.
Shamana (pacification): Useful drugs are chandanasavam.saribadyasavam.
Care of the Skin:Twacha is the term for skin in ayurveda.Skin is a cover of the exposed parts of the body. The sense of touch spreads over the entire body through skin. As ayurveda believes that all living beings have the panchamahabhoota as it is components, same is for the skin. It is the seat of sparshana indriya. Skin is also the dwelling of bhrajaka pitta and regulates the temperature of the living body and absorbs all local medicinal application.
In charaka samahita,the charaka state medicinal plants in 'Varnaya mahakashaya'. used to obtain glowing complexion. The herbs mentioned in Varnaya Mahakashaya are -
1. Chandana
2. Nagkeshara
3. Padamaka
4. Khus
5. Yashtimadhu
6. Manjistha
7. Sariva
8. Payasya
9. Seta(shweta durva)
10. Lata(shyama durva)

In sushruta samahita 'Eladi gana' contains -Ela.Tagara,kushtha,jatamansi,tavaka,dhamamaka,patra,nagkeshra,priyangu,harenuka,vyaghranakha,shukti,stouneyaka,choraka,shriveshata,khus,guggul,sarjarasa,turushka,kundaru,agaru,ushira,devdaru,keshra and padamakeshra.All these herbs can eliminate toxins from the body, clear the complexion that leads to a glow on the skin and alleviates kushta and boils. Before choosing any ayurvedic beauty care method, it is important to know about the body constitution (Prakariti) and the basic types of skin. Three basic type are based on the doshas Vata,pitta,kapha.
Care of the Hair :
Hair is also a part of beauty of the human beings.a hair consist of a root( the part implanted in the skin) and a shaft (portion projecting from the surface)
Ayurvedic aspect of hair:
The hair (kasha) is the waste of asthi dhatu. Hence, anything detrimental to ashthi dhatu will be harmful to the hair. Depletion of ashthi dhatu causes hair loss.
The health of hair depends on the health of the bones and skin.
The nourishment of hair depends entirely upon the rasa dhatu.Dearrangement of rasa dhatu causes hair fall and premature greying .So health of hair depends upon rasa and ashthi dhatus and on all the three doshas.

Herbs for hair care:
-Bibhitaka: The seed oil of bibhitaka prevents premature greying of hair.
-Brahmi : Sesame oil enhanced with brahmi ,kulanjana and vacha is very useful for promoting hair growth and prevents the hair fall.
-Bhringraja: The fresh juice blackens the hair. It is the best natural hair dye. The fresh juice of the leaves or sesame oil enhanced with it is useful in promoting growth of hair.
-Shankhapushpi: Its oil prevents the hair fall and premature greying of hair.
-Tila (sesame): Prepare the decoction of its roots and leaves .give hairs wash with it. It promotes the hair growth, blacken them and gives a silky texture.
-Yashtimadhu: Sesame oil enhanced with liquorice and amalaki prevents the hair fall .In charaka the term 'keshya' is used for liquorice.
-Madayantika(Mehndi): Henna is mainly used as a colouring agent. It is mixed with other natural dyes, and largely used as hair dye.
-Methika : A paste of its leaves applied over the scalp regularly before taking bath help hair grow and keep them silky.
-Narikel : Daily massage the scalp with coconut oil. It promotes the hair growth and prevents the hair fall.
Natural hair cleanser
Take amla, shikakai and reetha seeds in an iron pan and soak them in water for a night. Mash them and wash hair with this water.

I'm 17 years now and 11 weeks back I had arthroscopic acl reconstruction using arthrex tight rope and abs button. I've been jogging, cycling and a free more exercises. Could you give me a schedule for what exercises I am allowed to do now and what can I add as time passes. I also play football.

It's good that you're following your doctor's advise on exercises regimen as it is 11 weeks old to strengthen your knee muscles you can walk inside the water pool till your waist level to and fro and zig zag walking and free exercises of flexion and extension exercises on advice of your surgeon operated for about 20 min in alternative days best wishes.

Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Hello you must drink plenty if fluids and replenish the lost electrolytes n water before draining yourself much. Electral solution is a good option when playing, especially during hot season. Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Badiaga 200, Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Anti-Dandruff shampoo and Anti-Dandruff oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

Facial and body hair is due to hirsutism.This doesnt improve with home remedies,medicines or creams,but definitely improves with laser treatment.This is the only permanent solution for it.It's very effective,safe and economical.It gives u your money's worth.extensive research and the best experienced doctor vil tell you that unwanted hair cannot b controlled or eliminated with home remedies. It is not a useful or helpful measure but if you r still keen on it, you can make a mixture of lemon, sugar, honey, dip a thin cloth in it and apply and remove it from the hairy area. You vil see a slight change which won't b remarkable.
