This is a typical high stress disease pattern. If you exercise, walk or jog for 60 m. , do yogasans, control diet, you can overcome all the three problems. See a good physician who can advise correctly.

I am at border line diabetic but not taking any medicine however taking regular medicine for tg and thyroid. Im taking Atocor F and Thyronorm 25 daily for last 3 months. Now my blood test report shows normal thyroid and little hgh of tg (206). Now shall I continue the medicine and whats about my border line diabetic I.E HBA1C-6.5.

Thanks for the query. TGL 206 mg is not really needing any treatment. Secondly unless actual TSH level is mentioned it is difficult give an opinion about that. Usually treatment of hypothyroidism has to be continued for lifetime. As regards borderline diabetes, if your HbA1c% is 6.5, then there is definite diabetes, which needs to be treated with appropriate drugs, diet control and exercise. Thanks.

I am diabetic patient use to take medicine 1.Demicorn Mr_30. 2 Zenumate 500/50. My sugar level more or less normal h1c _6. 9. My question is 1.how I will take fenugreek if in powder when (before breakfast or launch or dinner) Quantity. Is it one tea spoon or above or less .If not in powder form then how. 2.Garlic (ak Dana or one or two part of a Garlic) how by chewing/shallow. When is at morning/day/night. 3. _Cinnamon _1. Quantity, time, in which form powder or in others way.

Hello, Thanks for the query. It is good to know that blood glucose is in control. Ideally when in control FBG should be < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. You can take other things as mentioned in your communication for additional support. Fenugreek can be taken either as powder or roasted seeds about 2 to 3 tea spoon fulls (seeds) before a meal. Similar quantity of powder can be used. Cinnamon about 6 g twice a day may be used. Garlic I am not aware. Thanks.

Going for walk after dinner is good. Every type of movement helps you to be fit. Jogging is better than walking but not after a meal. You can do jogging in the evening or in the morning. That will help you to be fit.

Body gains weight due to different reasons like improper digestion, acidity, constipation, side-effects of some medicine, low physical activity. You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Drink 2 glasses of lukewarm warm daily in morning. 5. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Yoga asanas you can do - manduk asana - sarwang asana - setubal asana - pawan mukht asana -nauka asana pranayama -anulom vilom -deep breathing - kapal bhati other exercises -crunches -cycling -leg rotation

Rx 1. You tack aswagandha powder one full tea spoon in tree tym with milk. 2. Drakshashwa 30-40 ml with water three tym. 3. Night bed tym tack triphala churna one tebal spoon. 4. And start running morning time.
