i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely

DEAR Lybrate USER. You have to follow some basic things, so that you get better results. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …. 6) do exercise regularly in form of walking, jogging, running, cycling, aerobics. For 15-30 minutes as per your strength…. A) take 30 ml of divya shawasari pravahi liquid (patanjali ayurveda) after meals. B) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. C) take 50 ml of trifala juice and 20 ml of honey along with 50 ml of lukewarm water early in the morning on empty stomach. D) take 2 tablets of NASHTA-PUSHPANTAKA RASA along with trifala juice and 2-2 tablets of AAROGYAWARDHINI RASA+CHANDRAPRABHA RASA after meals. Do all these things for 90 days. This formula of treatment is 100% succesful. Consult to me for further suggestions. THANKS.

Your BMI is 22.8 which means you are in 'Normal' weight category. You may have some bit of fat around your stomach which can be reduced through combination of exercise and simpler food habits. Do at least 30-60 mins exercise daily with 10-15 mins abs exercises. Take more fruits and salads. Drink more water. Reduce fried stuff and junk food. Aim for more fitness and you will be fine soon.

Lybrate-user, t2 dm is a metabolic disease occurring due to either deficiency of insulin or resistance to it's action or both together. Since this condition can only be controlled with appropriate medicines, diet restriction and regular physical exercise to maintain normal weight. There is no cure for it. So treatment will continue for life time. If sugar control is not good then there may be a need to change or add new drugs, but treatment will continue for your life time. Most of these drugs are quite safe, hence there are hardly any side effects.

Hello you need not worry. You need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. For belly fat do squats and planks exercises. Take green tea 3-4 cups a day. Drink plenty of water. Snack on fruits and nuts. Thank you thank you.

Hi, lack of energy could be owing to a host of reasons--nutrient deficiencies, sporadic sleep cycles, under-eating and subsequently overeating, dehydration, skipping breakfast to name only a few reasons. To regain energy, ensure you drink ample water through the day and that your meals are wholesome and complete and that your daily diet includes fruits and fresh vegetables. Hope this helps.
