Hello,1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. fatoline drops from Haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4.Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily.

How To Treat Pimples?

1. Avoid picking and squeezing them
Before you start treating the marks, it's extremely important to note which is the most effective way to reduce the likelihood of acne scarring. When you start picking on it, it automatically increases the chances of the marks staying back because of the trauma you inflicted on it.

2. Use targeted treatments
The best way to treat acne marks is by preventing it during the healing process. You should ideally target the acne and use a spot treatment that will prevent it from breaking out further.

3. Choose the right products
Another way to treat marks left by pimple is by opting for skincare products that cater to sensitive skin.

4. Never forget your sun protection

Exposing an acne scar to the harmful UV rays of the sun will darken it all the more. The rays of the sun stimulate pigment-producing cells which makes the scars much more noticeable.

5. Treat hyper-pigmentation

If you notice your scars becoming red and bigger, this results from hyper-pigmentation of the skin.

6. Do not scrub too often

Scarring happens the most when you use exfoliating agents too much on your skin. The rough granules which are used to get rid of blackheads irritate the acne and thereby lead to scarring.

Dear Don't worry for your black stool, but yes if it is persists there may be mixed with altered blood. So first do one thing, investigate RE stool first. If there Occult Blood +, then need treatment and it is because any ulcer in intestine or due to liver problem. If no! Then don't worry. If yes, take Leptendra6/one dose Bd until cure. And investigate LFT for better diagnosis. If and problem! Then add Carduus M Q/15 ml, 10 drops bd with half cup of water with the first medicine. Report after 10 days. If not cured! Then need Endoscopy. But I do think you will be recovered by these two medicines after investigate RE stool and LFT. Thanks.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it. *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.

Eat lesser calories than you spend. And what bever calories you eat, should be metabolised with the support of warm water and herbs. Pl consult for best herbal combos. For the time being start drinking paneer ke phool strain daily morning for two months. Report every two weeks to get tips in between.

For healthy & build up body:- proper & healthy diet:- green vegetables, all types of fruits, avoid fast food, hotel food, avoid fast food for examples:-wadapav, pizza, burgers etc. Exercise daily:- early morning yoga in yoga anulom, vilom, pranayam, all types yoga aasans. With exercise proper diet take homoeopathic malt. Bio alfa malt:- useful for youth, vigor and vitality, toning up appetite, gaining weight & body building. Dosage: adults: one tablespoon, 3-4 times daily.
