Exercise and diet are the main parts of weight loss. So, its important to exercise & weight loss is impossible without exercise. If you find it difficult to exercise as a reason of any medical issue you can go for yoga. There are treatments for weight loss in ayurveda.

Hi, thanks for your query, sometimes warm with 99 degree temperature is very much normal. Apart from that if any other symptoms if you have, we have to look into it. Normal temperature 98.6.

Your reports are normal. Except pus cells presence. There must be some infectious disease. Homeopathic medication is very effective in this. We give treatment of 1 to 3 month depends on case. Your weight,shape and tone of d muscles depends mostly on what u eat. Gym and different exercises do help but to gain weight u ll ve to change ur diet accordingly. This can be due to many reasons such as hormonal imbalance, disturbed lipid profile, improper sleep, certain deficiencies in the body and many more, get your tsh, t3, t4 and lipid profile profile test and take proper sleep and drink lots of water and take balanced diet.

Quality of food is more important than quantity, include more of protein rich foods in your diet, if you are a non vegetarian you can take 2 eggs daily along with chicken or fish twice or thrice a week, or if you are a non vegetarian, try to include more of whole pulses such as rajmah, cholae etc in your diet along with paneer. At the same time you can include dry fruits, 2 bananas and at least 500 ml milk per day.

Sugar is not under control. Cover both feet with shock. Daily wash both feet with warm water and change daibitic drug to control sugar. Test which can be performed: hb1ac.

Wrong concepts

Many think that a combination of honey and hot water, green tea with honey and lemon juice is a healthy practice and that it will help to reduce weight.

The truth is that it doesnt. And even if it have had such an effect on some people, ut isnt healthy.

Honey should never be heated or mixed with hot food, drinks or water.
It will lose its good qualities and become incompatible.

It will result in decreased immunity or in allergic conditions in the person or in his/her generations yet to come.

So its a request to everyone not to follow such so called healthy practises which are actually not healthy.

I am daily going for gym for past 2 years now I think I want to take protein supplements to build up my body ,so please tell me if I take protein supplements will it have any side effect for it and which protein supplements is good for health.

You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Yoga asanas you can do - manduk asana - sarwang asana - setubal asana - pawan mukht asana pranayama -anulom vilom -deep breathing - kapal bhati other exercises -crunches -cycling -leg rotation

If someone has PCOD. The best way to keep it in control is by proper lifestyle ie Exercise and nutrition. Certain foods which you should stop immediately is Wheat and wheat products, dairy and sugars. Certain tips to maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.
