Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Kindly mention the tablets u r taking for diabetes ..as u may need to increase/change certain medications...what is exact level of fasting/pp sugar and hba1c levels??regarding food items ..there is a whole diet chart that can be prescribed but plz provide above required details first...till then just take ur meals regularly on time daily and u can take fruits like guava /mausami/jamun etc

Hello. Nopes, it is sfe to store in Milton than plastic bottle. Its because, water in plastic bottle will come in contact with sun and plastic directly and which leads to adverse effect of plastic in water. Whereas in Milton water bottle, there isn't any contact with sunlight so reaction won't happen and water will maintain its originality. Hope you understood. According to your height you should have 70 kg.Along with gym you should take proper food.Eat more food more frequently.Use whole cream milk or milk shake.Take banana 4-5 pcs/day.Use whey protein or other nutritional weight gainer supplement.Take more dense fruits,vegetables,unprocessed foods.Eat extra protein to gain weight.Use more healthy fats in cooking.Take nuts,seeds.Avoid fast foods as far as possible.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not during meals.Take proper rest.

Hye. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: limit non-nutritious foods, such as: sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages cut down on high-fat foods by: choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken, fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. Find other activities to distract you from food, such as walking, taking up a hobby or being involved in the community. Include regular exercise in your daily routine.
