Her weight is fine for her age. But most important thing is that she should regularly gain weight as per expected. This you can get vaccination card where you will find a growth chart. You can plot her weight against her age at regular intervals like say 1 to 3 monthly and see whether she is gaining weight normally or not.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

I had a hard love bite which made the mark very visible. Now the skin is also rough from that area and its like a wound. Its even paining a lot. Its very embarrassing. please help. I hve been trying to put everything from soframycin , borolin , coconut oil, calamine. Its not working out, please help.

To clear the scar marks - • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water . • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it. *Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the marks. *Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Healthy eating for fitness and stamina as a student involves eating right at the right time when needed by the body and not skipping meals just because you are busy studying. 1. Base your meals on starchy foods: roti, bread, potatoes, bhakri, rice whole grain pasta. Choose whole grains, roti, bhakri, unpolished rice and potatoes with skin where possible which have more fibre, vitamins and minerals. Remember carbohydrate rich foods contain fewer than half the calories of fats per gram and they are the source of glucose for your brains. 2. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables: Choose a variety of fruit and vegetables as they contain different combinations of vitamins and minerals. Soups and fruit juices all count! Try grating vegetables like carrots and cabbage into parathas or add lots of vegetables to khichdis. 3. Eat more healthy fats - aim for at least two portions per week of nuts Include also oily fish like salmon, fresh tuna, sardines, mackerel and trout. 4. Cut down on saturated fat and sugar Although we need some fat in our diet (to provide the essential fatty acids and aid the absorption of the fat soluble vitamins A, D, E and K), too much fat may lead to weight gain. Replace saturated fats from butter, pastries, cream, pies and cheese with unsaturated fats found in vegetable oils, nuts, seeds, oily fish. Too much sugar, especially between meals can increase risk of tooth decay and will add extra calories so limit your added sugar intake! If you get a sweet craving try having fruit instead. 5. Eat less salt, adults should eat no more than 6 g per day. A high salt intake is associated with altered lipid profile, high blood pressure. Most of our salt intake comes from processed foods rather than salt added during cooking or at the table, so always check food labels for the salt content. Try using extra herbs, spices, citrus juices (lemon and lime), mustard or vinegar to flavour foods so you can use less salt in your recipes. 6. Get active and be a healthy weight! Ideally, 150 minutes of moderate intensity or 75 minutes vigorous intensity physical activity and muscle strength training on at least two days per week. Moderate intensity activities include cycling or brisk walking. High or vigorous intensity activities include swimming and running. Muscle strengthening activities include weight lifting, exercises with weights or carrying heavy boxes or groceries. At least indulge in some sport like football, basketball athletics etc. Physical activity can reduce the risk of lifestyle disorders at an early age and helps maintain a healthy weight. 7. Don’t get thirsty Aim for 8-10 glasses of fluid per day. Water is the best choice as it hydrates you without adding any extra calories to your daily intake. Most types of drink count including water, tea, coffee, soft drinks, milk, fruit juice and smoothies, but try to avoid added sugar in your drinks as this can increase risk of dental decay. Alcohol does not count because it makes you pass urine more frequently and contributes to dehydration rather than hydration. 8. Don’t skip breakfast. This is very important. A healthy breakfast can provide fibre, calories, vitamins and minerals important for health. Choose wholegrain cereals, porridge or wholemeal toast, roti, poha, rawa, with fruit for a healthy start to the day. 9. Avoid alcohol and smoking. 10. Get good sleep.

Hello, you should take a homoeopathic tincture called arnica montana and mix 1 tsp in 1/2 cup of water and apply upon the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor movement technique. Take sulphur 200, 5 drops once in a week. Take pituitarinum 1x, 1 tablet daily for 15 days. Repeat the process every third day. Revert me after 1 month.

Do massage 10 min with dhurdhoorapathradi cocanut oil and leave it 30 minutes and wash it off with methi paste do it 15 days and inform the result.

Before going to gym u should take carbohydrate rich diet because carbohydrate is the best source of energy.bananas have carbohydrate but not that much.u should take some energy drink mixed in milk.milk will also give u the required calcium

. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories. * you can take medohar guggal of baidyanath 1 tablet daily for atleast 3 months but only under the supervision of ayurveda expert. First of all, sleep on time if you want to get up on time and feel energetic. Sleeping post 11 p.m starts lowering your metabolic rate due to which you feel lethargic in the morning. As soon as you wake up, have a apple or juice. Start exercising daily and have healthy meals throughout the day.

We all dream at night. A normal person may have 5 - 6 dreams every night. But we don't remember these dreams, because we are fast asleep. We remember those dreams which occur when we are half asleep. Since, you remember so many dreams, that itself shows that you are not in the state of deep sleep for a long time. Our body is rejuvenated completely when we get enough of this deep sleep. But you are not able to have enough deep sleep and hence your body does not get enough rest. So you find it difficult to wake up early. Please understand that getting many dreams is not your problem, but not getting enough deep sleep is the concern. There might be many reasons for not getting enough deep sleep. Like you said your are stressed because of ca final exams and stress at office, this might be putting a lot pressure on your mind. If there are any other personal worries or health concerns, financial troubles etc then that also will affect your sleep. If possible go for jog/walk/yoga etc which will help you in reducing your stress. Try to go to bed at a fixed time. Have a cup of hot milk if possible, before sleeping. Before lying down, sit on the bed with legs folded, eyes closed and lights switched off and then take long, deep breaths. Just observe your breaths. Start counting from 1 to 100. Also recite some mantra/shlokas if you believe in them. Basically try to calm your mind before sleeping. In spite of all this, if you cannot sleep early, still get up at a fixed time, it will help you to fall asleep early the next day. All the best.

Hi, your child bed wetting problem can be cured with homeopathic treatment. But may take a few months for complete cure to happen. First give her equisetum hym 200, 5 pills two times a day for two days.

I hope you are not suffering from any medical problems. You can get it check like tsh, fbs etc. In the mean while you can start with: any choice of active or passive exercise/ thrice a week. Less fat & high fiberous food some of protein rich meal too. Include some of antioxidant food like green tea &coffee beans with honey etc. Take frequent meals high metabolism always makes you reduce weight. Do check it and go further accordingly.

1. For increasing weight. First we have to work on your digestive system. It will do aam pachan and will increase your digestive power and appetite. 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day. 4. Eat healthy n light food. 5. Drink plenty of fluids. 6. Avoid constipation. 7. Walk 1km daily in evening. 8. Follow up after a week.

You are a growing up boy who needs more proteins, carbs, minerals and vitamins, take a healthy diet rich in calcium like milk, curd, eggs, soy, pulses, few nuts. You feel it is heart pain and my opinion is this is part of generalized pain, if worried about heart, get basic tests done like ecg, halter, blood sugar. Get back here with reports.
