I am an 18 years old girl and I had epilepsy earlier on but now its not there but since I was strictly told by the doctor not to use mobile phones, watch tv for more than half an hour , swimming ,cycling and many other of such things but these are something which I need to use and sometimes for relaxing like tv and mobile so is there any chance that I happen to face the disease again also these days I have been using tv and mobiles a little longer. Please give some advice.

Hello lybrate-user. Its certainly very disappoiningt to restrict oneself in use of gadgets. It is recommeneded so because primarily the epilepsy is due to electrical over activity of the brain. You have to happily accept this for your safety and wellbeing.

Its all time management, try to take out 45 minutes for fitness, I am not saying that you go gym or some wellness center, all you need is a yoga mat for your room, involve yourself in some stretching, yoga, pranayam, pushups, sit ups, squats, lunges, chin ups, these all exercise are body weight you do not need any equipment, try to walk more, avoid late night dinners, eat less at night more in morning, avoid tea, sugar and processed food, always remember health is more important than wealth. Take care.

Follow these steps to lose weight and stay fit
There's no magic bullet to losing weight. It requires hard work and effort. People often overeat and assume that they can burn off the excess calories at gym.
But it is easier to take out the calories than to try and burn them off. To drop a kg of body fat you need to burn or reduce 7500 calories. Through exercise. Burning 200 calories per day than through cutting 500 calories a day from their diet.
" that's either 1 hr or 1 1/2 hrs at the gym on the treadmill, on the rowing machine; or just cut off a couple of sodas, or burger and pizza with cream cheese. 70% contribution comes from diet and just 30 % from exercise. So choose your foods wisely.
Tips to stay healthy.
1) eat more of foods that are rich in fibre.
2) avoid oily, fried and spicy food.
3) make sure to have sufficient amount of water throughout the day. Ideally 8-10 glasses.
4) aim to achieve and then maintain your ideal body weight.
5) ensure to follow a regular exercise routine
6) dinner should be had atleast two hours before bed time for effective digestion.
7) avoid overcooking, reheating, or deep freezing food.
8) avoid the use of soda bicarbonate, preservatives, and colors while cooking vegetables and pulses.
9) prefer the consumption of whole fruits over juices.
10) use wheat flour without sieving.
11) never skip a meal, instead have smaller and frequent meals.
12) always start your day with breakfast. This will keep you energized throughout the day.
13) avoid refined products and processed foods.
Remember you eat to live and so do not. Live to eat.
Stay healthy. Stay happy.

To reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

Hi gain weight and mass you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories. * you can take guggalu tablets of himalaya company 1 tablet daily for atleast 3 months but only under the supervision of ayurveda expert.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Abdominal Crunches: ? Lay down flat on the floor. ? Bend the knees with feet on the floor. ? Place your hands by the side of your ears. ? Take a deep breath. ? Crunch up lifting the head and chest a bit. The aim is to try and touch the knees with the forehead. But do not try to do it in the first attempt. Give your body some time. ? It is not true but you should paraboil cabbage as raw cabbage may contain bacteria and normal germs.

Hi, I don't think health is less Important than work.if you don't remain fit every sphere of your life will be effected. its advised you do some time management. To de stress take breaks. have warm water lemon and honey empty stomach in morning and throughout the day have warm water. cut on carbs potatoes aerated drinks etc. have leafy vegetables and eat every 2 hours. For that u will have to eat every two hours even at office. when you get up.. do some skipping for 10 minutes . search you tube videos they have 7 minute 5 minute work out. try to do that. It may be tough initially but if you don't you will feel bad afterwards . so why not try. you can consult me for any query
