Hello, do regular exercise. Eat balance diet. Do not skip breakfast. A good breakfast keeps you healthy and energetic the whole day. Eat more fibre in the diet salad, sprout, green leafy vegetables, fruits, whole cereals & pulses. Maintaine a desirable body wright. Restricted alcohol, quite smoking,& tobacco.

Hello To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results. Thanks!

Dear lybrate-user, you are suffering diabetes with heavy amount of sugar. You avoid rice, sugar, jagger, ghee, oil, spices etc. Although there are insufficient data at present to warrant any specific recommendations for the prevention of type 2 diabetes in youth, interventions similar to those shown to be effective for prevention of type 2 diabetes in adults (lifestyle changes including reduced energy intake and regular physical activity) are likely to be beneficial. So change in life style is basic need for you.

Hello. The flood has done so much of damage in south that one gets helpless in a situation of Natural Disaster! As there are so many water borne diseases which can be avoided by drinking only boiled water (bring water to a boiling point and then keep boiling for 5-10minutes), let it cool down and then only consume it. Sunlight is a natural source of Sterilization. So, exposure to sunlight for few minutes will help you and clothes to keep them away from any bacterial or fungal growth!

Hi lybrate-user gastritis home remedies: ginger: has long been used as an aid for stomach upset. Its juice can be diluted with water and honey and consumed (slightly warm) if you have indigestion. Most of the causes of indigestion, such as nausea, upset stomach and giddiness often tend to make you feel sick and unhealthy. Tips to lose weight  faster: 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. 2Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice.  3. Drink water a half hour before meals. 4. Under PFA Section 44AA, the use of calcium carbide for artificial ripening of mangoes, apple, plum, banana is prohibited and can attract both imprisonment and fine.
Calcium carbide powder is usually kept wrapped in paper between the fruits (unripe mangoes) in a basket or box.
Once the basket of mango is closed from the top, calcium carbide absorbs moisture and produces acetylene gas, which accelerates the ripening process of fruits.
The health hazards are related to the gastrointestinal tract, kidney, heart, liver and brain and in long run cancer.
Calcium carbide 1kg is available for Rs. 25/– and is sufficient to ripe 10 tons of fruit.
