Hi lybrate-user never take medicine or any fat burner for weight losstips for weight loss eat fresh vegetables daily. Avoid having sugar completely. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread; avoid everything made from white flour and make whole wheat bread, chapattis and brown rice a way of life. Do not skip a meal and eat three meals a day. Drink plenty of water to eliminate the toxins from the system. Limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoons a day. Increase the fiber intake as it provides a sense of fullness and also prevents hunger pangs. Take antioxidants for protecting the body against the toxins released during weight loss. Exercise catalyzes your efforts to lose weight and even regular walking for thirty minutes can give you the benefits of an aerobics exercise. To improve the metabolism, try increasing the duration, frequency, intensity of your daily workout. Remember that maintaining the ideal weight is a lifetime commitment and not a short-term affair. Firmly believe that the pleasure of being trim and healthy is far better than the pleasure of eating unwisely.

BHMS
Homeopath,
Hi. I have recently joined a gym nearby .I am in need of advice as to what foods I should take to build muscle.
You may have noticed that professional body-builders take supplements according to a fixed schedule. They take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. They take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again they take 40 grams of whey just after finishing workout. Now you are a normal person & unless you have any intention to compete in bodybuilding competition you do not need to follow the above timings of whey protein. In fact you can get the extra protein from your diet only. Try to take 50- 70 grams of protein daily. That would be sufficient for your daily need in initial stage. As you continue progressive overload then you should also increase your protein intake.

Avoid taking osteocalcium unless prescribed by the doctor. Take green vegetables, all milk and milk products, ragi and sesame seeds to get enough calcium and take enough vitamin D for calcium absorption. Avoid taking tea and coffee as it hinders calcium absorption.

Hello. The most effective and natural remedy for keeping your body and in your case hand temperature normal is" tulsi" there are 2 kinds of tulsi leaves we come across one is" ram tulsi" (which is lighter in shade) and the other one is" shyam tulsi" (which is darker in shade) you have to consume 10-15 leaves of" shyam tulsi" which means the leaves with darker shade. Hye. Thank you for your query. In general, all drugs degrade over a period of time. Normally, the expiry date is decided based on the time required for the drug to degrade. Therefore, in most cases, it may not get serious if the drug is slightly beyond the expiry date. The drug will maybe just show no effect due to the lack of enough potency to cure the ailment.  Of course in certain situations, the degradation products may cause severe reactions when consumed.

1. Avoid caffeine found in coffee, tea, chocolate, cola, and some pain relievers.[four to six hours before bedtime.] 2. Quiet, dark, and cool environment can help promote sound sleep. [use heavy curtains, or an eye mask to block light, and also keeping computers, tvs, and other work materials out of the room will help promote mental bonding between your bedroom and sleep] 3. Avoid stressful, stimulating activities like doing work, discussing emotional issues. Physically and psychologically stressful activities can cause the body to secrete the stress hormone cortisol, which is associated with increasing alertness.
