To reduce belly you have to do abdomen exercise. Also you need to take a low calorie highly nutritious diet. Adopt an active lifestyle. Cut down the amount of carbohydrate in daily diet & increase the protein part.

Hello, During pregnancy, pains do occur because of electrolyte imbalance. For this, you can take vitamin E capsule - Evion/ 1 cap. daily once for 3 months and your wife will definitely get amelioration. Ask her to take 10-12 glasses of water in a day as dehydration can also be one of the cause for pain or cramps. Also, more intake of fruits will increase her vitamins as well as water content in the body naturally! (except papaya which is not recommended during pregnancy!) You need a high protein high calorie diet. Eat more protein food. Eat nuts and good fats. Eat fit & lite oil of doctor's choice 20-25 ml/day. Eat ghee, butter, paneer, milk product, cheese, chocolates. Eat various nuts/ day 2-3 no. Eat oats, sattu, ragi. And complex carbohydrate. You need to take soya seed.

I have got fever in january before that on october 2014. After fever I have problem of pain in lower portion of legs below knee every day after I wake up in morning. Then when I start walking my pain is gone again next morning after sleep I feel pain again as I start walking no pain so could you guide me what is the matter and can it be deficiency of vitamin b12.

It is too early for you to get disappointed. Nothing changes in 1 month. It is a long and continuous process. For any visible changes you must persist for 4-5 months and don't give up. Supplements also do not help immediately. It takes time. Take protein rich food like skimmed milk, sprouts and lentils, nuts and seeds.

Hello, Whey protein at times can give gastric troubles. Avoid its consumption if you can. Have simple sugars like Sugarcane juice,sweerlime juice juice, Glucose d for better recovery. Workouts can give strain to your liver resulting inflaming it further. Rest well and don't be impatient to start workouts and diet.
