Yes you can take it daily. As vit b is water soluble it doesn't have any side effects. Extra b is excreted through urine (hence it has more yellow colour)

Dear lybrateuser, -Green coffee beans have a higher level of chologenic acid compared to regular roasted coffee beans & this helps to burn fat fast & thereby help in weight loss, it might also help in reducing blood pressure by an effect on the blood vessels -it is also beneficial in diabetes ,Alzheimers disease & bacterial infection -it can cause caffeine related side effects if taken in excess, can cause insomnia, nervousness& restlessness ,nausea & vomiting, increased heartrate, headache & anxiety.

Avoid going out in hot atmosphere, if required, head and ears should be well protected with cloth, wear cotton made cloth wares, drink sufficient water, carry water bottle, avoid roadside drinks, fried, pungent, spicy food items. May consume coconut water, bel sharbat, jal jeera, water melon juice, sugarcane juice (precautionary drink in plastic glass when outside) be in cool place for some time but perspiration may be allowed as it is excretion, avoid to be more time in a. C, may take sattu in water or milk, fruits are to be preferred than snacks, water soaked whole grains like moong, chana, ground nut, almond etc. May be consumed.

If you do gym or workout you have to take extra protein in diet because it will help you to build muscle and in gaining weight.You can use whey protein or other nutritional protein supplement along with protein foods like fish,egg,lean meat,yogurt,mushroom,tofu,cottage cheese.take almond,walnut,pumpkin seeds,sunflower seeds,hemp seeds.Use healthy fat like olive,canola,fish oil.Use dense fruits,vegetables,unrefined foods.Avoid fast foods,junk foods.Avoid smoking,alcohol.

lybrate-userji, There is no exercise or asana which is "interesting" Exercise and yoga asanas are both need self motivation and dedication, to do regularly. Simplest of all exercises is brisk walking. Otherwise it is better if you join a gym and do workouts under the guidance of a professional trainer. Plus if you have diabetes, then taking appropriate medication is most vital. Blood glucose should be maintained: Fasting closer to 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c%<6.8. If one has excess weight then that is a triger for diabetes. Apart from drugs, diet and weight reduction with exercise is equally important. Thanks.

For loosing your weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, combination of cereals and pulses, milk and milk products, take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before and with meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

Hye. Yes, pregnancy test kits are meant to give you the results at the home level. To get accurate results its best advised to take the test after a week of missing the period. But this always needs to be backed up by a blood test especially if it's negative. Sometimes taking the test too early could show false negative results.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period.

Ab packs are well toned abdominal (belly) muscle. To get ab packs follow these methods: 1. On abdomen (belly) there is a layer of fatty tissue. First you have to dissolve the belly fat. For this, start running in morning. Start with 10-15 minute fast walk and then running for 2-5 minutes. Slowly increase the running time upto 15 minutes. 2. Eat lots of green vegetables and lessamount of fat rich foods like butter, cream, fried food. 3. There is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.
