Hi lybrate-user you can eat everything which normal preson eat except sugary thing. You shoud avoid sugar honey jaggery, sweets, cake pastry. Use whole grain aata instead of maida and bread in fruits avoid grapes mango cheeku and banana as they have more sugar than other fruits. You should eat high fibre diet thanks and regards.

Your life will not suffer in anyway by donating one kidney and yes you can get pregnant like a normal girl and you can live for 100 years a normal life, example is our ex pm shri. Bajpai who has only 1 kidney.

Include more proteins in your diet. Pulses, sprouts, milk, cottage cheese/panner, are rich in protein. But work out is the best option and the most effective option. But it weight gain or weight loss there is no escaping work out.

4 Habits of Weight Loss Winners

Weight is one issue that 90% of the people are not happy with. While some think they have a fat stomach or thighs, others want to reduce their biceps or arm size. Changing food habits and sedentary lifestyles have made weight loss a big challenge. Losing weight is not just about looking good, but also about living healthy.

The journey of weight loss is a tedious one and in a way never ending. Because it is not just about losing weight, but maintaining it. If you were overweight to begin with, then the changes that you are prone to bounce back to your previous weight are quite high.  However, as much as it may sound tedious, it is not impossible. There are some things that people who have succeeded in losing weight do.

The below are just a few of the top things, there are definitely more:

  1. Discipline: Whether to say no to the extremely appealing cheese laden pizza or your favourite alcoholic drink, when you are on the way to weight loss, you need to say NO. A loud, affirmative, clear NO. Every single thing that you put into your system needs to be watched for. The same affirmative NO is required for the urge to sleep for that extra few minutes and delay your workout.  You just have to be hard on yourself - discipline, self-control, strong will, or commitment - whatever you want to call it, this is the most important ingredient that weight loss winners would vouch for. Without this, no amount of coaxing by your trainer or dietician or doctor is going to work. The final onus and the single determining factor in your weight loss is you - you decide if you win or lose. 
  2. Set realistic goals: Just because you idolize a sportsperson or a movie star does not mean you should set target to look like them.  Each person's body composition is different, which will determine your looks and weight. Consult with experts who know the subject and set realistic goals. While some may be able to lose 10 kilos or pounds over 10 days, others might only to able to accomplish 3 to 4.  Do not fret over this, realize that your body as unique and set goals based on how it will respond.
  3. Winners keep scores: As you embark on your weight loss journey, remember to keep scores. Set up milestones by weeks and months, and make sure you track and meet them.  If you are falling short, step back and analyze and work at it.  Once you have reached your target of the initial loss, keep scores in terms of what you can eat and exercise and track those too.
  4. Enjoy the grind: If you look at weight loss as something you are doing to please somebody, then you are going to find it more difficult. The most important ingredient is to realize that you are doing it for yourself and to enjoy the entire journey of weight loss. Feel good about your altered food habits and exercise and look at the mirror to appreciate the small changes that your body is going through. Feel good about every inch you lose, and you are sure to lose more.

Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Dear to decrease weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily

This a buzz going around the world. It is dangerous to drink water from plastic bottles as the plasticisers will leach in to water causing hormonal imbalance. They might also cancer. Drinking coke from plastic bottles is more dangerous as coke itself is full of sugar. 1 200 ml of coke have 20 cubes of sugar. Which is very high and stresses your pancreas. On long run you end with chronic ailments like diabetes, thyroid, alzheimer's. Hope this helps you. Stay away from plastic as much as possible.

Hello lybrate-user There could be other reason apart from diabetes which needs to be ruled out. There are many conditions like chronic infections Viz. Tuberculosis, HIV or some type of malignancy or anxiety neurosis. Get detailed check up done by Physician. Regards.

Add 1spoon honey and chawanprash in morning and evening and have 2 cups of milk wth almonds kishmish banana in morning and evening. Avoid fry spicy junk food and aerated drinks and do 30mints of exercise in the day avoid excess salt and spices. Do deep breathing 5times inhale exhale from left nostril than same from right nostril.

Hello,lybrate user, You are obeased ,first try to enshape your body,else with u may suffer so many unwanted problem,please, to gain weight will b improper,instead. Go for a brisk walk in d morning. Go for meditation. Diet should be easily digestible ,simple on time. Go for cycling,jogging,swimming,gardening. Tk homoeo medicine/ Phytoberry Q-10 drops,thrice with little water. Tk care.

Hello- Try these tips to increase your weight- A) Avoid fast food and spicy diet an increase dairy products in diet. B) Eat diet prescribed for Indians that is dal-chawal-sabji and roti, do not try to follow western routine by reading some article on magazine or internet. C) Sleep at least 8-10 hours daily. D) Use these ayurvedic medicines- Shatavari kalpa 1 tsp twice daily with 1/2 cup milk. Lasunadi vati 1 tab twice Chyawanprash rasayana 1 tsp in the morning empty stomach Use sheer Bala tail daily body massage for 15 minutes. You will see the results in one weeks’ time.

I am 24 yrs. Basically I was slim with weight 45 kgs height 5'3 and flat stomach like zero size. After joining in software job my weight increased to 47 kgs n abit belly fat also. Hi lybrate-user, You already know your problem arise after joining desk job. So, lack of physical activity is your main culprit. Start your day with 20 minutes exercise session. (can start with body weight exercises or 11 rounds of Surya namaskar) after that, you can have your breakfast. As you are having Protein and fat rich breakfast .there should some physical activity prior that. It will help in it's absorption and proper utilization. Also, have 5-7 minutes walk in every 2 hours in your office. It will keep you active and alert throughout the day. These 2 small changes will help you to get in shape back in 2- 3 weeks :)

I have gain alot weight in past 2yrs of my marriage and finding very hard ro reduce. I have bp issues as well and face anxiety sometimes. I am a bit short tempered and loose confidence early. I am already 145 kg, how should I reduce weight. Either by jogging or gymnasium. If gym then what exercise I should do and avoid. Dear you need to do a lot of hard work for at least 6 months. 1. Do jogging 2 km early morning and aerobics in evening. Daily. 2. Skip dinner only take soups and oats at night. 3. Drink 3 litres of water daily and prefer luke warm water in evening. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. Morning and evening. 6. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 7. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 8. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 9. Take 500 mg medohar guggulu and 500mg triphala guggulu twice a day with warm water after meals (chew it well before swallowing). 10. Revert me back after 20 days, good luck and take care.

Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If it does not work than, contact for personalized program as per your hormonal and metabolic status. 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4.
