Hi lybrate-user you should take a balanced diet with right ratio of calories, protein & carb. This diet will help you a healthy gain 2-3 kg in month. You should take a healthy meal in every 3 hours. Don't drink water or any liquid before or while eating. Foods-dairy products, soya, sprouts, egg, potato, rice etc.

HI Lybrate USER, 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 2) sleep up to 10-10.30 pm, 3) avoid coffee and tea, A) Eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jiggery during meals, B) Take 200 ml of fresh butter milk with pinch of saindhav lavan after meals, C) take 30 ml of aamla juice along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, D) take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast…do all these things for 15 days…gives you good result…THANKS.

Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight. If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient.------------------ 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day you should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. Along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc.-------------- 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet.------------ 3. Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately. Separate them by at least 3 hours so you can digest each meal fully. Don't go without food for 5-6 hours after having a major meal. For example, if you wish to consume 3000 calories a day, you may eat 3 larger meals of about 650 calories and 3 smaller meals of about 450 calories.------------ 4. Have a balanced diet.--------- 5. Exercise regularly for putting on weight. Some thin people think that exercise is not good for them. This is not true, it keeps the metabolism high. Remember that eating alone is not sufficient. You don't want to gain fat but lean mass, so exercise is important. Resistance training exercises will help to increase your muscle mass, which in turn will increase metabolism. Learn to distinguish between weight gaining exercises and weight loss exercises. Note that if you do not get enough amino acids during exercise, the existing muscle may break down. Amino acids come from protein foods so you should eat such foods after exercise. Keep in mind that excessive exercise without putting back the energy you have used will not help you to put on weight.-------------

At your age, the cure for bipolar is very difficult. But there is no harm in trying and meeting the requirements and seeing how good the effect will be. Comply with all the medical prescriptions and work in tandem with a counselor for a long time and learn coping skills and techniques to handle the daily challenges you will face. There are certain adaptations that will suit you during the elation phase and there are certain behaviors that are required during the depressed phases. In the meantime, you can do certain things that will give you benefits anyway. Emotional therapy will alleviate a lot of the problems faced in this condition because it is a mood disorder. You need to particularly look at your levels of anger both for its reasonableness and to express it in an appropriate manner. I suspect that much of this anger may have origins in early childhood that you may never be aware of now. This information will help the counselor too. Also, you will need to check whether there is any genetic factor involved. You must exercise regularly, eat healthily and sleep normally too. If your motivation and cooperation are good much can be achieved. You must have a time-structured schedule filled with interesting and reasonable activities and it must be monitored for compliance and delivery. The reason I say this is that many times you will be inclined to have grandiose notions and confidently believe that you can do without the medication. This will set you back many months in the treatment and delay and sabotage the recovery: forewarned you are forearmed. Bipolar is characterized by two extreme poles i.e. feeling very high (mania) and suddenly feeling very low (depression). Maintain healthy body weight by doing regular exercise like yoga, push ups, plank, running etc. Eat small amount of foods. Do not skip meals. Take 5-6 times foods with small amount. Avoid fast foods. No sugar, cola, soft drinks etc. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. No underground vegetables etc. Take unrefined foods. Extra fish, lean meat etc will help you. Avoid smoking, alcohol.

Anorexia is one of the most common eating disorders plaguing a large section of today's youth. Anorexia is one such condition which arises as a psychological ailment and then culminates as serious physical manifestations. One of the most prominent preconditions of anorexia is the severe dissatisfaction with your body. The desire to lose weight constantly reigns supreme in your mind. So much so, that all that you can permit yourself to eat and all that you can't pre-occupies your mind entirely. This extensively impairs your social life and threatens your potential in all other aspects of life. This undermines your health and self-confidence tremendously and inflicts a distorted body image complex upon your psyche.

Under the spell of anorexia, you tend to dread even the slightest weight gain and consequently, it builds a sense of self-disgust in you. It can be an extremely stressful and harmful physical condition, gravely affecting your moments of joy and happiness. Drastic diets, excruciating exercising or using laxatives and diuretics could be some of the most common leeways into anorexia. The terror which looms around your weight gain will disable you from acknowledging how thin you are or for that matter, appreciating the body that you have. This may not only jeopardize your normal body functioning but also subjugate you to acute emotional distress and depression. What is worse is that anorexia works in such insidious ways that in most cases, one doesn't even realize the existence of the problem. The first and foremost step to recovery is to avoid anything and everything that may trigger the condition. Other recourses that one may take have been enlisted below.

  • Realizing the difference between dieting and anorexia: Anorexia often indicates deeper problems like depression and insecurities and the eating disorder simply emerges as a consequence of the same. Dieting does not entail an austere denial of food to self or completely throttling all of one's hunger pangs. Fulfilling the basic nutritional needs of your body as against starvation is the first step to recovery.
  • Seeking advice from well-wishers: If your loved ones seem perplexed about your health conditions, know all of it is well founded. Learn to acknowledge the fuzzy body images that afflicts you and take proactive steps towards combating them. Share your problems with your trusted ones and learn to adopt a healthier way of living. Join some productive engagement that will keep your mind off such baseless weight obsession.

Identify your problem first, you need to know why your Breasts are big, this can only be because of: 1. Genetics 2. Obesity 3. Lactation( for lactating mothers) 4. Hormonal Changes 5. Drug side effects You must understand if you are large because of your genes, there is not much you can do without medical intervention. The best is to control your body weight and keep your breast tissue firm to avoid any health hazards. Rest all the other causes can be treated and taken care of with exercises, change in drugs and of course some prescribed medicines. The causes are dealt with in depth here. Body fat reduction plan consists of three phases- food plan , exercise to reduce body fat and then striking the balance between both – your diet and exercise pattern. Now, you must be wondering how body fat reduction can help me in reducing breast size – this will be taken care when you know that your breast consists of mainly fat tissue and reduction in body fat will result in automatic size reduction of breasts. This is quite an effective method but this will not help ladies who have:  Big breasts because they are genetically big.  Big bust size and the breast is less of fat and more of glandular tissue – thus this may help some and may not prove too effective for others. Exercising is always good and this makes your body firm and devoid of flab. The best exercises are cardio exercises like running, jogging and cycling. Apart from cardiovascular training when you are planning to reduce breast size you must add definite strength training exercises too to your fitness regime, as this helps in building and toning of your pectoral muscles that is chest muscles and firms the breast tissue as well. Bench press and pushups are best for your breast muscles and they are simple as well you can do it twice a week in gym or at home as well. The only thing you need to be careful about is the weights you carry, do not go for heavy weight as this will only lead to building up your muscles and makes you look broader and heavier. Below I have listed down some best exercises that will help you Reduce breast eventually  Pushups  Dips  Barbell Bench Press  Pec Deck Butterflys Using a Pec Deck machine, seat yourself in it accordingly. Perform the exercise by squeezing your forearms and elbows in together so that you virtually touch them together at the peak of the movement. Be sure to really squeeze your pecs at the peak of this movement for a one-count. Return to the start position and repeat.  Decline Dumbbell Flyes Position yourself on a decline bench, flat on your back. Have your spotter hand you each dumbbell. When you begin this movement, you want your arms to be stretched out wide to your sides with your elbows slightly bent and your palms facing inward, toward one another. When you lift the dumbbells up together, visualize hugging a giant tree trunk. At the peak of the movement, really squeeze your pecs together for a one-count. Be sure to lower the dumbbells in a slow and controlled fashion. Repeat this movement for as many repetitions as you can until failure. Remember to always use a spotter when performing this and almost every other free weight exercise! With all this you must take care of your diet too – eat healthy and apt food , do not go for crash diet as it may lead to weakness as you have taken up a exercise plan and you need to take some calories to burn them. Big size Breasts although attract a lot of attention- they may cause you embarrassment sometimes too so to avoid physical and mental pain from your big bust you must stick to some given food choices: 1. Fruits – Fruit diet is what is always recommended, a bowl full of fruits that are rich in nutrients and water content should be your first preference. Fruits contain antioxidants that help you reduce weight and remain healthy. This will help you maintain your body fat proportion and thus a natural way to reduce breast fat. 2. Vegetables- Having lot of vegetables is also recommended as like fruits Vegetables are also good source of nutrients and antioxidants that keep you metabolically active. Being active means you will not tend to put on weight and managing weight is the key to your over grown bust. Veggies like Spinach, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower etc. that have no starch are best. 3. Fish- best protein source- For your daily protein source you must rely on fish only this is the lowest calorie protein source. This will help your muscles in getting healthier and toned. Fats are minimal in fish. Fishes like Tuna, trout &salmon are best to use. 4. Nuts- nuts are also source of energy and necessary antioxidants and nutrients which are necessary for a female body to cope up with everything. Best nuts that you must include in your diet are walnut, almond and Brazilian nuts along with macadamia nuts that are neither salted nor coated with sugar. The intake of nuts helps you maintain healthy metabolism again the key to weight management. The food management is an important part. If you have a healthy diet you tend to manage weight and have less body fat which leads to automatic and natural reduction of breast. This regime if combines with exercise works best.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user! Although your blood sugar levels are not alarmingly high, nevertheless high blood sugar levels do have their detrimental effects on the body. The oral cavity (mouth) is not saved either! High blood sugar levels bring down the immunity of the body and minor and small infections also escalate causing a lot of problems. I strongly suggest you to keep your blood sugar levels under control and meet good physician who can help you with that. Oral Health can be kept optimum by timely visits to your dentists and taking his/her recommendations seriously and putting them into practise. A good dentist will always tell you about best practises and tips and tricks about keeping a good oral hygiene. Do not ignore small decays and never ignore gum disease, as these are especially more common in diabetics. Regarding a good toothpaste. Well there is no such thing as the best tooth paste. Any tooth paste is always as good as your brushing habits and techniques. Although I would suggest you to keep away from tooth pastes which have any type of abrasives in it, as long term use of these can be detrimental to the tooth structure. There you go. Hye, Thanks for the query. For a diabetic it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the sugar levels, lifestyle and history. Though you can follow some guidelines - Have small frequent meals. Do not fast for long hours. Avoid a very heavy meal at one time. Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar. Avoid junk foods. Exercise and stay active. Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into hypoglycaemia. Sleep well.            It's all a matter of discipline.

Hi to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Hope you r consuming a good healthy breakfast, every single day. Your symptoms seem to b coz of prolonged lack of food ie long gaos between 2 meals, esp between the last meal of the day n your breakfast.

No any problem now you planning for baby you try for these days periods 12th day to 18 th day without condom at these time more chances of pregnency.
