Hi. M 25 yrs. i want solution for my problems. My hemoglobin level is always less than its normal The normal range starts from 13 to 18 gm/dL. But my observed value is always less than 13gm/dL in blood test report. M also feeling tiredness n laziness very soon after doing less work. So my family doctor has told me to take capsule cheri for one month n I have completed taking capsule cheri for month and feeling good during the time of taking capsule but m feeling again laziness n tiredness as m not taking capsule cheri. So please advice me which medicines should I take for a long time for getting a ride off from the same problem. and m not passing my stool clearly. Now-a-days m passing my stool in lesser quantity for 2-3 times in a day. So please suggest me medicines. The third problem is my weight is not increasing. My body is ok but my both the hands from shoulder to fingers are very thin. Reduce weight with in few days continue like that:- First day of the diet must be a complete fruit diet day. You have the option of eating all the fruits that you possibly can and also take in whatever fruit that you like. But, it is important for you to make sure that you avoid bananas from your fruit list on day one. Some of the suggested fruits that you can take on the GM’s weight loss diet plan are watermelons and can notaloupe. You are also supposed to drink about 8 to 12 glasses of water on day one and make sure that you do not even touch any other food items, not even raw or boiled vegetables. If you need this plan to work effectively in your body, then you should only consume various kinds of assorted fruits throughout the day. If you feel hungry, try to eat more fruits and of course drink water. If day one was a day that gave you the opportunity to binge on your favorite fruits, then day two provides you an opportunity to eat only vegetables throughout the day. You can take in the vegetables that you like both in the raw state and in cooked state. But, it is important for you to make sure that you do not use any sort of oil while cooking vegetables. First health check up and proper diet will help you. Use bigger plate. Eat more food more often. Use whole cream milk. Take weight gainer supplement. More dense fruits and vegetables, unrefined foods. Extra fish, egg. Lean meat, cottage cheese, tofu, mushroom, soy product, yogurt. Extra fat in cooking. Take nuts and seeds. All About Anal Fissures

Anal fissures are the small tears formed in the anal lining. They are also known as anal ulcers. An anal fissure causes a lot of pain and bleeding during your bowel movements. Usually a fissure heals automatically in a few days time. It can be treated with simple home remedies as well.

Causes:

  1. You can suffer from an anal fissure if you pass hard and large stools. 
  2. Also strained childbirth or suffering from violent spells of diarrhea might get you an anal fissure. 
  3. Chronic constipation may also be cause of a fissure. 
  4. Other rare causes may be anal cancer, HIV, tuberculosis or herpes. 

Individuals of all age groups can suffer from anal fissures. It is not a very serious problem and heals on its own in a few weeks. Although it can heal itself, there are certain treatments which can help relieve the pain you get from an anal fissure.

Symptoms:
An anal fissure has quite a lot of symptoms for you to understand what you are suffering from:

  1. There will be a very visible tear around the anal region. You will be able to spot the tear on the skin very easily.
  2. A small lump of skin may form next to the tear.
  3. When you will be undergoing your bowel movements, you will feel a very sharp pain in the anal region.
  4. You will find spots of blood on the stool passed.
  5. You will also feel a burning or an itching sensation in the anal region.

Treatment:
Although most fissures do not require treatment, there are a few remedies that will help cure them faster:

  1. Stool softeners: You get certain medicines at the chemist, which are known for their stool softening functions. These stool softeners help to soften the hard stools and initiates smooth bowel movements.
  2. Eat fibrous foods: Eat foods rich in fiber like fruits, whole grain cereals, raw vegetables, etc.
  3. Take warm baths: Take a bath in warm water as it relaxes your anal muscles, helps to relieve irritation in the region, and increases blood flow in the anorectal region.
  4. Use ointment: Apply nitroglycerin ointments and topical pain relievers to promote blood flow to the anal region and to relieve discomfort from the region respectively.

Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, to decrease extra fat on you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Dear lybrateuser, -Since your mother is a diabetic avoid giving her glucose or sugar as it will disturb the blood sugar balance, glucose can be given only if signs & symptoms of low blood sugar occur -if you want to give then give her vegetable juice, lime juice(no sugar, use sugar free),low fat milk, soup -check blood sugar & give her proper diet including fruits, vegetables, wholegrains, low fat milk & milk products, lean meats, nuts -keep meal timings fixed, give a variety of food items, should take medicine on time, also do exercise like walking, should not feel tired, 7-8 glasses of water in a day.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. * for boosting memory, take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day. Hi shahwar here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night.
