Hi, 1) have frequent meals 5-6 meals per day 2) eat healthy like fresh vegetables and fruits and whole grain cereals, pulses, skimmed dairy products, nuts, egg white, chicken (2 times in a week if you are non veg), fish 2-3 times in a week (avoid fatty fish). 3) drink water before eat meals 4) do your house chores work or do physical activity 30-45 minutes every day. 5) avoid oily snacks, processed, refined and junk foods. Hye Firstly understand that just including proteins is not going to help. Most people going to gym for workout get obsessed with protein intake. Protein needs depend on your diet, your exercise routine and lifestyle. You have to have a balance of all nutrients for the proteins to be absorbed for body building. Try to include all types of protein foods in your diet. Proteins have to be distributed equally in your diet to avoid indigestion. Generally depending on your needs it would not be good to go for red meats on a regular basis.

Hello lybrate-user. Green coffee contains caffeine, similar to regular coffee. Therefore, green coffee can cause caffeine-related side effects similar to coffee like insomnia, restlessness,vometing, increased breathing rate etc. Depending on the concentration of Chlorogenic acid in your supplement, this can range from a dosage of 240-3000 mg of green coffee bean extract per day. I recommend that you follow the dosage instructions on the bottle. A common recommendation is one serving, 30 minutes before each meal.

My vit. D report was just 7. 15 days back. I took one injection of d rise and will take another 2 in 15 days interval. So I am told that I can take vit. D tab after that. Right now my body is some what fatigue. Also my vit v12 is also low at 185. please help me. I am told that it will take 3 months to get normal like before.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. With overall weight loss you can achieve loss of belly fat. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Reduce your main meals by 1/4th the amount. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

The principal symptoms of dengue are: -high fever and at least two of the following: -severe headache -severe eye pain (behind eyes) -joint pain -muscle and/or bone pain -rash -mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: -severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting -red spots or patches on the skin -bleeding from nose or gums -vomiting blood -black, tarry stools  -drowsiness or irritability -pale, cold, or clammy skin -difficulty breathing

. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories. * you can take medohar guggal of baidyanath 1 tablet daily for atleast 3 months but only under the supervision of ayurveda expert. Pod stands for pouch of douglas, you know in olden times organs and spaces in human body were named after person discovering them, douglas was the one to note there was some space around uterus which is empty and pouch like, because the uterus has to grow many times when it's carrying a baby. If not pregnant this space can be infected with pus due to unsterile instruments during deliveries, abortion etc. It's also called pid, pelvic inflammatory disease, common quack calls it sujan, and makes simple treatment complicated. With invent of ultrasound done to rule out or to confirm the disease, there are good oral antibiotics available and there is no need to give injections of antibiotics to earn money, to bother the woman to cone daily to doctor.

A human body needs daily physical exercise due to my job shift timings I have only time to do exercise at one AM. What I feel something is better than nothing. Is i am correct doing exercise at night. Please advice

Hi, any type of exercise needs an empty stomach or a gap of 3-4hrs after eating. So if this time is suitable you can exercise but ensure that you get a night sleep. Or you can exercise twice or thrice a week.
