No need of taking vitamins in routine if you are taking daily your full diet. If you are recovering from from sick ness then you can take vitamins for faster recovery. Take good healthy nutritious diet with lots of green vegetables and fruits. No junk and fast food.

I am diabetic since 9 yr now taking zomelismet 50-500 and triglicomet 1 tablet at morning and triglicomet 1 at night also ecosprin' 75 at night. I want to know if I can control my sugar level with exercise I have fracture in my right leg 6 month back can not walk smoothly still. What type of exercise I can do. My fasting sugar is 135 and pp 235 around.

Hi, thanks for posting your query. Well yes you can control your sugars with exercise. But know one thing you are on quiet a high dose medication for diabetes so don't except that only with exercise you can control blood sugars and avoid taking medication. With exercise you requirement for medication comes down and still you will require some medication. Best exercise are brisk walking and jogging but since you have limitations doing it, you can try cycling or stepper exercise. Also to some extent upper body exercise like weight lifting etc.

Hi lybrate-user Olive oil is best for cooking. There is very simple and easy to follow diet plan with which you can lose 2-5 kg in just 15 days. Follow this diet plan exactly as said; you will surely lose few kilos immediately. For Breakfast you take 150g curd, 30g Lipolyzer powder, 10g milk cream, 25g roasted flax seed, 100g any fruit, mix them all together in a bowl. Lunch 2 Chapatti made with Nutroactive Brown Atta, 150g, cooked vegetables, 150 gm green salads like cucumber and tomato. Dinner - 200g any cooked vegetable or vegetable soup only.

Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. To gain muscle mass.

hello mannat, its normal to gain weight in pregnancy. the effect of gainig weight is different to body to body so u dnt have to be panic. its normal to gain weight n fat. but if u think u gain more and more then u go for yoga. do daily yoga in morning and keep good diet. congratulations

Hi I am 27 years old. My under thighs (where I wear underwear) itch a lot, I wear underwear immediately after taking bath where it will still be wet. Sometimes I use 1 underwear twice a day and I keep it on shelf for whole week and wash them all at once 1 day. Is it because of fungus or bcoz I wear underwear immediately after bath?

Hello, wear loose cotton underclothes. Keep the private parts dry. Change underclothes regularly. It may be due to a fungal infection which thrives in humid, wet environments. Apply k-z cream twice a day on itchy areas for 6 weeks. If no satisfactory improvement, please see a local dermatologist for further assessment.
