First you need to under stand some thing that the height a person attains is mostly decided right from the time a person is born, by his genetics. Height is mostly hereditary and a persons height is determined by the height of the father or mother. Still some inches of growth is possible by taking some healthy steps which you should always try. Try taking a healthy food and never skip a break fast. Sleep adequately. Growth hormone is released at night in sleep and you should give sufficient time to sleep. Do regular exercise. Preferably stretching exercises like skipping, hanging from the bar or standing tall on ones toes. Also sports such as badminton and basketball also increases the height. Adequate weight control is essential to divert your energy to increase in height. You can try all of them regularly and just hope for the best. Don't fall for all the super natural remedies claiming to increase height in 2-3 weeks.

To lose weight, you have to maintain an input-output ratio. Whatever food you eat contains the input calories which gives you the output calories in the form of energy. If your input calories is too much, you are likely to put on weight. The best way to lose weight is to exercise or spend the additional calories accumulated in your body in the form of fat. The other most important thing is to eat wisely. Try to cut down the excessive calories you are eating and make sure whatever you eat is healthy. Some tips to lose weight - 1. Have more fruits and vegetables than junk food and juices. 2. Avoid sugar as much as you can 3. Exercise 3-4 times a week. 4. Have an early dinner, preferably before 8 p. M. 5. Do not starve yourself. Eat small meals 5 times a day. 6. Have barley soup in dinner and avoid rice at night. 7. Drink lots of water daily.

Hi lybrate-user Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food chapati, rice, potato. U can use high protein diet exm pannier, egg, chicken. Take lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner.

If gallstones are detected incidentally, always go for surgery. As in diabetic patients, gallstones are not symptomatic. But it can cause complication in future. As stone can slip forward into common bile duct or it can cause pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas).

Add 1spoon honey and chawanprash in morning and evening and have 2 cups of milk wth almonds kishmish banana in morning and evening. Avoid fry spicy junk food and aerated drinks and do 30mints of exercise in the day avoid excess salt and spices. Do deep breathing 5times inhale exhale from left nostril than same from right nostril.

Diabetic patients can be suffered many problems (complications) like non healing ulcers weight loss (though good appetite) general weakness decreased sex power. Etc. Most important thing to get rid of all these complications is exercise. Do regular exercise, take proper nutrition from food along with good quality supplements. Then take regular medicines prescribed by your doctor (alopathic or ayurvedic)

*Avoid sweets, cakes, creams, fried foods, processed food and junk food. * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks sweetish juices, etc. And maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Avoid sugary soft drinks * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Even with desk job, you can spend morning and evening time for work out *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful. Obesity- Check whether you have thyroid and such ailments causing weight increase.

I am 32, delivered a boy baby through emergency cesarean 4 years before, after that I had reduced 6 kgs of weight. Again I had put on weight and weighing same weight during pregnancy, I have hypothyroid and taking thyroxine 100 mcg every day. Now I weigh 80 kgs.
