Tips to gain weight, stay healthy and fit for a person who have no appetite and have a gastric problem. Height- 5 ft ...
Weight gain is the result of well balanced diet, physical activity for 30-40 mins 3-4 days/week preferably weight training and rest of 8-10 hours. All foods included in your diet should be power packed i. E giving you many nutrients and calories, also it should be high on proteins like chicken (skinless, egg whites, fish, milk, beans and sprouts so as to help you in gaining muscle mass for better health and immunity. Examples-banana/mango/chickoo milkshakes with honey and nuts, paneer stuffed sandwiches/parathas, chikkis of peanuts/chana to be stocked with you as this can be conveniently had anywhere, dryfruits and mixed nuts. Overeating would harm more than help as it would lead to burning excess calories to use the food eaten leading to wastage of energy and in the bargain you might lose weight. Try to have a citrus fruit like orange, sweetlime or papaya with your meal for betterdigestion. Also have sauf or ajwain for improving digestion after meals.

I'm lean my weight is 65 and my age 29. How to be fat. Please help me what change I shall include In my food.
Food is the best medicine healthy balanced diet along with healthy life style and proper rest are the keys of good health. You need counselling by dietitian so that specific changes will be incorporated in your schedule. No supplement is helpful without proper diet. Start eating small frequent energy dense meals instead of 3 large meal. Small meals are easy to digest and keep digestive system running. You can eat small portion of any thing in difference of 2-3 hours like 1 small stuffed paranthas with curd\ whole eggs\spoon full of desi ghee in dal or with roti, paneer, nuts, sprouts, pulses, chicken etc have shakes of fruits with added nuts drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water. Eat all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Quit smoking or drinking if any Manage stress do some moderate intensity exercises for 30 minutes daily. Have positive body image appreciate your self Take sound sleep of 7-9 hour keep your self motivated as it not going to happen overnight. Consult me privately for customized diet plan. Edit Answer.

I want to know what are the signs and symptoms of zika virus related infections and are there any vaccine's available to prevent the disease.

I want to know what are the signs and symptoms of zika virus related infections and are there any vaccine's available...
Its a fake news of zica virus, so that people start purchasing antibiotics, its a milliion dollar fake news. Be aware, its a gud thing. These pharmaceutical companies can create hoax like they did for ebola. I am not saying that these viruses are not there, yes it is there but not so deadly as shown in media. The infection, known as zika fever, often causes no or only mild symptoms, similar to a mild form of dengue fever. Its dangerous for europeon countries because they lack in sun light, in india very less viruses live long because they are killed even before they are born, sun is a great protector for we indians.

Eating salmon fish will help in reducing your body weight as it is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. •Make it a point to eat two to three servings of salmon in a week as it has very low fat when compared to red meat. •Salmon help in burning fat faster in your body and will also help in boosting metabolism. •But, you should never have fried salmon. Eat roasted, grilled or baked salmon instead.

How do I grow my weight & health also would you tell me something diet for keep our health is good?

PGDD, RD, Bachelor of Home Science
Dietitian/Nutritionist, Mumbai
How do I grow my weight & health also would you tell me something diet for keep our health is good?
Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.
