Eat moderately, exercise, long walks, healthy diet, no smoking or exposure to pollution, getting involved with fruitful activities, loneliness & depression can kill the person, so keep visiting them, if you are living away from them, if living with them, give them their space and do tell kids to bond with them, parents relive lives of their kids through grand children. Make sure about helpers in the home.

There is no elligible weight to start gym. Infact many people go to gym to get to there ideal body weight. For your height your weight should be around 75 kgs. Healthy weight gain means more increase in muscles and to a certain extent fat in order to support those muscles. Just eating anything or high calorie foods will result in only fat gain which will not give you a proper body shape and will also be detrimental later in life. A diet high in protein and adequate carbohydrate in necessary. In order to achieve a healthy weight you should know what you have to eat and how much to eat.

Mr. Lybrate-user, to put up wt in proper healthy way, you always mind to take protein rich diet like pulses, [dal], millets, cereals, whole wheat, sprouts, fruits, provided with proper exercises, try to reduce the intake of carbohydrates[rice] in intake. Do not take outside, more oily/spicy/junk food. You can take meat, fish, egg-white more to build up wt properly.

Reasons for ulcers: 1. Stomach upset stop fried and spicy food. 2. Don't eat in the same plate or with same spoon in which others have eaten. 3. Take vitamin b supplement for few days. 4. Brush your teeth twice a day.

Dear patient, I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice , Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. Do not be at fasting more than 3 hours take low amount of food at regular interval.Do brisk walk for 45 min in a day at any time. Thanks..

Dear lybrate user apply hot fomentation do knee isometrics- lie down & keep towel roll under your knee & press it, hold for 3 sec then relax, 10 times each knee, twice daily do slr- lie down & lift your leg straight up, upto 30-45 degrees, hold for 3 sec then relax, 10 times each leg, twice daily sitting on the chair or edge of bed with your back straight move your leg up without lifting thigh, your leg will become parallel to floor, hold for 3 sec then relax, 10 times each leg twice daily avoid floor sitting/crossed leg sitting/squatting avoid long standing or walking long distances use commode for toilet purpose stair climbing should be minimal.

You don't need to control your diet. You need to eat sensibly in the right amount at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Hello You need not worry. Drink plenty of water. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Start your day with peanut butter sandwich. After 2 hours take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with paneer curry. Take apple before workout. After workout take 1 scoop of whey protein powder. Dinner take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with paneer or soya curry. Thank you

Large chest like the breast of female is called gynecomastia. It mainly caused due to imbalance of male hormone called testosterone. Here I suggest you the you the most beneficial method for your problem: *practice bhujangasana and ardh matsyendrasan regulary. It definitely lower the tissues of your chest and make your chest in normal shape. Please do these asana under the guidance of yoga expert. * put clean sand in a pouch of cloth, then heat it in a steel bowl and apply the heated pouch on the chest daily. It dissolve the fatty tissues of chest and make it normal in shape. * take 1/2 teaspoon of amla powder with luke warm water daily to make the hormonal balance normal.

i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

A good breakfast helps you loose weight, control blood sugars and fell fuller for longer. A whole wheat cereal with a fruit or omelete can be a good option. Drink 10-15 glasses of water.
