What's wrong in drinking milk is organic milk better. Is soya milk is better alternative way at other dairy products.

Milk is really good for health, it should be consumed everyday but should be of low fat only, yes organic one is better as its natural without any preservatives. Soy milk cannot be compared with cow's milk, if you don't have any allergy to milk i. E lactose intolerance, as a dietician I would prefer to go for cow's milk.

My Daughter 2.5 years old has very bad cough with Vomiting. Given all kinds of syrup. Nothing help her out. Very tensed. Do not know what to do. Please suggest me something.

I understand your worry and concern as a parent. Mostly her vomiting is due to cough. I do hope you have consulted pediatrician ans giving her medicine as per recommendation. Other than that. Give her more liquid diet instead of solid. Many times food particles could cause vomiting. Also as she is very young. As a parents it is important that you stay calm and engage her in some fun activity. Laugh with her tell her stories or what ever she enjoys. Positive and calmer environment around her will help her stay calmer and help in healing process. Support each other as a couple to reduce your anxiety and do everything that needs to be done medically. What ever virus or bacteria that is causing her cough will take. Its course before she will start recovering. Make sure she is hydrated properly. Even one spoon water and electrolyte at a time will also help. Hope she feels better soon. Wishing you all very best.

Shrinking of hands is because of loss of subcutaneous fat'muscle atrophy of hands and dermopathy' all due to advanced diabetes leading to neutopathy: needs good blood sugar control and if on oral drugs then insulin will be better anyway get assess by an good diabetolosist to look for diabetic complicstions.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. Your joint pains and tiered ness could be related to many factors. Please get your vitamin d level checked. Most likely it will be very low and that could be one reason. Your diet should be a balanced one- small frequent meals is better than 2-3 large ones. Try to have good protein source foods in the whole day like pulses, milk or curd, paneer, soya bean and also some nuts.

Hi, Thanks for the query. Weight loss cannot be timed. everyone takes different times to reduce fats. One person may take 6 months to reduce 30kgs, another 1 year. Don't limit or time bind fat loss. As for workout choose what you are comfortable with. Fat loss needs both cardio and strength training. You can alternate cardio and weight training days.

Best way to reduce weight is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....

Dear, if you tired very fast and have less stamina. Then you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking.

I am male 73 years having had blood pressure since 1993. Was taking Amlong 5 mg. Daily one tab. Since last two weeks, my b. P is 90/60 and at times even below than that. So, I stopped taking medicine. Now even without medicine it is below 120/80. Please advise whether I should stop medicine or reduce the dosage. Blood sugar is under control with medicine.

My father in law is 80 years old, had trouble breathing has been diagnosed with severe hypokinesia involving anteroseptal and apical LV and also he has significant bilateral pleural effusion and also shows symptoms related to bronchitis.
