Hello- 7 tips for losing weight after pregnancy. 1. Give diets a miss *ditch all junk food from your kitchen - studies show when you're sleep-deprived you'll be more tempted to eat it. *fill the fridge and pantry with lots of fruit and veg, lean meats, fish and seafood, whole grains (oats, grainy breads, beans, pulses), eggs, and healthy snacks like yoghurt, nuts and seeds (chia seeds for example, are great in a smoothie and a real fibre-booster). *even though you're probably short on time right now, a food diary can be a great help if you want to keep track of what you're eating. Research shows that women who monitor their eating enjoy greater weight loss than those who don't - because it makes you more mindful of what you're putting in your mouth. 2. Forget celebrity mums 3. For post pregnancy weight loss, consider breastfeeding 4. Get fit with baby 5. Get some sleep. 6. Consider a belly wrap 7. Use ayurveda use ashokaristha 2 tsp twice daily tab chandra prabha vati 1 tab twice.

For weight loss. It is important to take frequent meals at regular interval of time. Empty stomach try to include 2 tsp aleovera juice+ 2 tsp amla juice in equal amount of water. In Breakfast you can museli/oats+ milk+ 1 apple /1 bowl green moong dal sprouts/1-2 besan cheela+ green chutney. In mid morning 1 cup green tea + 1 bowl fruits. Lunch 1-2 wheat bran roti+ 1bowl veg+ 1 bowl salad/1 bowl veg daliya + 1bowl curd E.T:1 cup tea+ 1bowl roasted channa/murmura Dinner: 1 bowl fruits+ 1glass skimmed milk/Grilled/roasted paneer/1-2 bowl cooked yellow moong dal+ 1bowl veg. After Dinner Take 1 cup jasmine tea. Go for exercise like you can do 15-20 minute brisk walk.

no. Riding​ bikes will not cause any issues. but avoid wearing leather clothing and tight fitting clothes like jeans while riding bikes

Hi, I am Dr YV Rao, a plastic and cosmetic surgeon. In this video, I will briefly mention about the various types of Trauma and their reconstruction.

Starting from the Fingertip injury to various severe injuries of different parts. This can be divided into 4-5 categories. We deal with the reconstruction, be it whatever it causes. The common cause is the birth defects, that is, congenital.

As I mentioned, some people are born with some defects, starting from nose, face, limbs or anywhere in the body. All these led to a problem if not corrected. These correctable deformities need to be corrected at certain stages. This is the Congenital birth defects.

Now comes the Traumatic defects. Deformities are caused due to trauma which may be accidental, may be operative, or may be a cancer surgery or any other deformation related to surgical. For example, reconstruction following a breast removal. Breast is considered as one of the feminine sign in females. If one breast is removed and another breast is there, so definitely she likes to have another breast. Now the time has gone in which people could live with one breast or apply padding on the defected one. Now, people are getting forward and when the possibility is there then why not get it done. Yes, it is possible. So the reconstruction of the breast is possible because of the plastic surgery. Likewise, in trauma, be it a fingertip injury or a major crush injury by road traffic accidents

hello you need to take a healthy balanced diet along with regular exercise regime for 5 days a week. take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. start your day with 5 almonds soaked overnight with apple and green tea. take fruits as mid meal. Drink lots of water. take seasonal fruits and vegetables and sprouts. avoid sweets, junk food and aerated drinks. for detailed diet plan you can consult. thank you

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hello, don't join the gym if you are having pain in knees and follow the below.you can lose weight with the help of Homoeopathic medicines, without any side effects.
