Firstly start doing surya namaskar in morning to get amazing results, also start doing prithvi mudra for 20 minutes daily with your fingers. Try to have fruit fast every alternative days, means eat fruits every alternative days and the other alternative days eat normal routine diet. Its best if you do not eat anything after sunset.

Lybrate-user firstly you should take up to daily early morning exercise ie fast walking for atleast 3km, you could also join some yoga classes. Secondly as far as diet is concerned you should totally avoid all oily, fried, fatty foods, no fast foods please,

Mr. Lybrate-user, visiting a doctor often is not required, what is needed is to follow instructions and treatment advised by him. For a diabetes patient following few things are important: 1) take all the prescribed drugs reguarly as advised, do not stop or change on your own or listening to unprofessional advise. 2) take restricted diet again as advised by the physician, in diabetes the dictum is" no feasting or no fasting" 3) consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and permitted fruits (100 ga day). 4) always use whole grain products, do not use refined flours, highly processed foods, junk foods, sweets, sweetened aerated drinks and pastries. 5) avoid alcohol and smoking 6) exercise daily for at least 1 hour, brisk walk is a good option. Joining a gym also is good. Plus a periodic check up of blood sugar is necessary. If you have t1 diabetes then insulin is the only option in such a situation blood glucose testing is to be done more often. Initially vists to doctor may be more often.

Hye, thanks for the query. Your weight is a balance of calories. Fad diets may promise you that counting carbs or eating a mountain of fruits will make the fats drop. But when it comes to weight loss, it's sensible eating that counts. Weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you take in. You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity. Understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Take smaller main meals. Take a glass of lime water 10 minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. All the so called fad, crash, restricted diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, don't forget the bottom line: The key to successful weight loss is a commitment to making indefinite changes in your diet and exercise habits.

Hi, It will take time. Do exercise because it is good for your body mind and soul. Don't keep looking at watch while exercising. You have lost 2 inches that is great progress. Keep moving ahead. Slowly and steadily things will happen. Exercise is the only way. Lot of good things are happening to your body but not visible to you. Keep active keep moving, never give up. and control your diet too.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

Your present weight is 55 kg right but your ideal weight should be 75 kg according your height. Now focus on your diet. This is not a big deal to gain weight. Monitor your life morning till evening what you had or what you had not eat. First of all take a deep breath for 15 min daily and warm up yourself after completing your cool down session. To have 1 glass of milk shake may be banana or papaya with a b protein supplement to have a bowl of cereals like 1 paratha with curd and 2 boiled egg. To have rich dose of lunch. To have in evening juice or fruit or may be sprouts. Continue these all type of food stuff for 1month and check your weight.

Please can you give me a healthy diet so I can reduce my weight within a month, because on june 15 my marriage is there. Please suggest me scedule including diet.
