No it will not -you need to focus on your exercise only. Also try to burn extra calories what you eat daily with workouts in gym.

Titrate thyronorm by yourself according to the test. These symptoms might be due to these. Still you have to do exercises. Regular walk morning and evening according to your ease. Progressively increase the duration of the exercises. Then start aerobics regular stretching exercises. Diet have be maintained with low fat but fibre rich and break your food habit if you are habitual binge eater. Restrict calories intake.

For waking up early you must sleep early. Finish dinner by 8 PM and sleep by 10.30 PM and get up by 6.30 AM. 8 hrs sleep is sufficient. You must set up a mental clock and say to yourself before sleeping that you will get up at 6.30 AM at any cost. Slowly you will start getting up.

Hi lybrate-user green chilli: green chilies are more subtle in taste and are used as fresh spices in various food preparations. Manages blood sugar levels - green chilies tackle high blood sugar levels and control it if consumed regularly promotes digestion - owing to the various fibers found in them, they help in better digestion good for skin - green chilies being rich in vitamin e is a very good spice for a clean and healthy skin very good for heart - due to a considerable proportion of beta-carotene in green chilies the cardiovascular systems stays strong and the heart too stays healthy both chilies have great benefits and consuming both in permitted quantities is only good for health.

Firstly don't lose heart. Proper care and diet will help her put on more weight and she will be healthy. 1. Give her a dose of De-Worming Syrup/tablet and repeat it after every six months. 2. Giver her any good multivitamin syrup for one month. 3. Try to give her lot of fruits and home made fruit juices. 4. Daily give her almonds/cashews/peanuts to eat. 5. You can cook halwa/kheer etc. Things that she likes. 6. Never force feed her, when she is not hungry, be patient. 7. Children are moody eaters, never make food into an ego problem. 8. Prepare different milk shakes, lassi shakes and give to her. 9. Give food/snacks every two hours. 10. Ask her what are the things she likes. Make food times as happy times. 11. Use Ghee liberally in her food. 11. Take help from neighbours/friends regarding different menus. Never lose heart. Kids are picky eaters, but you have to keep trying and it will work. Don't be sad. Be happy and keep doing different experiments, it will work. All the best.

Sleeping disorders or as some people calls it, insomnia, is the condition where a person loses his night sleep completely or is able to sleep only for few hours or minutes. They feel a sudden restlessness when they go to sleep, or they naturally do not get any good sleep. It is a known fact that sleep is a major necessity for any person since the hormone levels and other form of bodily activities are regulated only if the person gets a good night's sleep. The body needs some form of rest after a long day, that is, the normal breaks that a person takes is not sufficient enough to keep him or her healthy, but a proper sleep for atleast 6 to 8 hours is needed to keep oneself fit. 

Forms of sleeping disorders: 
Sleeping disorders can be of various types and they are not just only about the person's inability to fall asleep. Some common types of sleeping disorders are,

  • Loss of sleep due to excessive snoring
  • Sleep apnea
  • Restless leg syndrome
  • Insomnia and sleep deprivation
  • Sleep walking

At times, the break in the sleeping pattern can also be brought by jet lag or an uncomfortable travelling schedule. 

Symptoms:
Sleeping disorders cannot be identified from the day one. The slow build up of symptoms are the only clue to the fact that one is suffering from this condition. Some of the very common symptoms that would help the person to identify the problem are: 

  • Loss of concentration during the day
  • Falling asleep during the day and during work
  • Irritable sensation all throughout the day

Solution to the problem:
