I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

For increasing your weight through healthy lifestyle Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

You can stop your existing medication and instead start Glycomet Gp Forte (1/1000mg) at night. Also, do a HbA1c level. And repeat blood sugar levels fasting and PP after 7 days.

Avoid mass gainers. Here is a diet plan for you :- Breakfast - 1 glass banana milkshake+ 5 khajur+ 5 anjeer, • . mid morning - 2 chikoo • . lunch - 4 chapati + 1 bowl sabji+1 bowl dal++ 1 bowl rice + 1 bowl curd • tea time - tea + 1 pckt parleg • . late evening - 1 bowl roasted chana • dinner same as lunch • . bed time - 1 glass banana milkshake • Try these advices and you will definately gain weight (2-3kgs/month)

Follow periods paricharya strictly during periods avoid heavy food heavy work bathing travelling exercise during periods take proper rest during periods 1/2 strength in morning is best way for lossing extra fat avoid overeating and frequently eatings habits avoid day time sleeping and late night eatings for more details consult privetly.

Hello Lybrate user, I would suggest you to reduce your weight through diet and not through medicines as weight loss supplements will give you results initially but it has side effects in the long run and you may end up with weight gain once you leave these medicines. So I would suggest you to follow a diet rich in fibre will help you in weight loss plus help in controlling your blood pressure. With this avoid all junk foods, fried, saturated foods and also limit the intake of ghee and salt, this will work best for acidity as well. Along with this avoid salt at night after 7 pm and also avoid raw foods like fruits and salads to overcome acidity. You can go for hot milk without sugar at night before you go to sleep which will help you increase your metabolism and will help in weight loss. Also limit the intake of caffeine to once a day (tea/coffee), you should avoid coffee whenever your blood pressure is high. I had gone through your question and i can understand your concern I don't think it is a difficult task to loose weight . So don't loose your mind. In my opinion you should follow these guidelines strict dietary restrictions and make a chart of what you are eating and follow it very religiously. 30 to 45 minutes daily exercises, slowly start with brisk walking or jogging and gradually you can build your stamina. You should also include muscle building exercises for additional benefits. Have plenty of fruits vegetables and dietary fibers Take plenty of fluids 3 to 4 liters a day. Medicines are not recommended in your case. But if you wish to try them under strict medical supervision, you can discuss about appetite suppressant drugs like phentermine or sibutramine and lipase inhibitors like orlistat with your local doctor. These are not available over the counter I hope you will find my response informative and helpful Best wishes

Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. (Slow and steady weight loss is good. Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat 6 meals a day. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, rice, bread, starchy vegetables, milk shakes in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Hello There, 15 minute before food with 1/2 cup of water. If forgot you can take after food also but do not miss your dose.
