BCAA BCAA's are great for maintaining nitrogen balances. They are digested in the skeletal muscle and spare muscle breakdown. Whey Protein This is essential in creating an insulin spike and helping to build new muscle. This is a must if you workout. Remember to take .4 grams of protein per kg of body mass.

She has to strictly control diabetes and glaucoma. Cataract will ultimately need surgery I can help in sugar control if you ask me privately with list of medicines already taking and reports of fbs. 2hr ppbs and hba1c and her tsh results. Regards.

Hye, Thanks for the query. It's possible that you are not eating the right foods at the right time as needed by the body. If you want to gain some weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. 1. Eat 5 to 6 meals a day In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day. However, it is important that you break these meals into parts, as eating a lot at once may result in indigestion. Also, be sure to include healthy foods in your diet for a healthy weight gain. 2. Weight train at least 3 times a week When you train with weights, your muscles grow. 3. Consume more calories than you burn. Eating calories more than your normal intake may not be easy, but you must do it if you want to stop being skinny. Make sure you don’t do it just by overeating at once, but instead do it gradually over the whole day. 4. Work out your entire body A lot of gym goers usually train only the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Make sure you workout your entire body for a wholesome weight gain. 5. Load up on protein As informed earlier, you have to consume more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like dairy, meat, eggs, nuts, dry fruits, pulses, sprouts, smoothies, milk shakes etc. 6. Drink your calories It may be tough to meet your calorie requirements by just eating. Drinking milk, lassi, milkshakes or fruit smoothies with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on the required calories. 7. Loosing weight without exercise is impossible. Please don't depend only on medicines for that. You need to find time for yourself and its vital you do waking/jogging/ running/swimming/treadmill/yoga whatever suits you but no medicine can replace physical activity. Along with that, you can take tab medohar guggulu 2 tabs 2 times a day with warm water. Reduce intake of sugar and sweets. Avoid fried/oily food and junk food. Avoid fatty food stuff include salad in diet. Don't eat after 7 pm at night.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Ashwagandha is a short woody shrub that belongs to the Solanaceae family. The powder is obtained from its roots. Take 1 glass of warm milk and add 2 tablespoons of ashwagandha powder to it. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 1. Weight happens gradually over months and years but we always want it to disappear fast in days. 2. This is a problem with quick expectations. Which leads to frustration. 3. Most important point is that your goal should be to 'Stay healthy and Fit for Life. 4. Right now your goal is 'Lose weight for a function only' 5. There is lot of difference between the two. 6. Right now you have started a program. Continue doing it for life. Make it a habit. 7. Instead of walking try to jog. 8. Eat light eat natural and eat mindfully. Hello lybrate user, Artificial sweeteners are synthetic sugar substitutes, but may be derived from naturally occurring substances, including herbs or sugar itself. Artificial sweeteners are sweeter than sugar.Exposing your taste buds to these high-intensity sweeteners makes them less receptive to natural sources of sweetness such as fruit . When your taste buds get dulled, you're more likely to seek out sweeter and sweeter foods. They give a wrong signal to your gut that high calories are going to come and when they don't reach , hunger cravings develop.They have a bad effect on insulin hormone also and they make you overeat. They also increase the risk of diabetes. Stevia herb is a natural sweetener and considered 100 to 200 times sweeter than sugar, but it doesn’t raise blood sugar levels like sugar and other artificial sweeteners do. It is safe to use it in natural form but avoid it's processed form ( powder form)

Diet & regular exercise can reduce weight. 1. Drink 1 glass of warm water with lemon empty stomach. 2. Avoid fried foods, potatoes, maida items, sweet fruits like banana, mango, grapes. 3. Take plenty of fluids & salads with meals. 4. Take meals on time, more vegetables less chapati. 5. Exercise regularly, brisk morning walk for 20 min, gradually increase to 40 min. & add abdominal exercises after 1 week. 6. Don't skip meals.
