You need to maintain your body fluids from dehydration. Just start taking ors /electrolytes in water reguar for maintaining fluids from dehydration. You may use light watery khichari with or without moong daal soups and salts. Norflox-tz. 1tab three times a day for 2-3 day. It will help you for your cure.

Hi I Am An Diabetic Patient And I Am 19th Years Old I Got My Blood Report On 18th March, 2016. As I Was Feeling Weak And Tired All Day And Was Thirsty All The Time And Was Having Frequent Urination From Last 1 Week I Searched It On Google Why All This Is Happening To Me Then I Came To Know That This All Signs Are Of Diabetes Then I Decided To Test My Blood Sugar Level When I Got My Report My Fasting Glucose Level Was 396.2 And P.P Blood Glucose Was 564.8 In Mg/Dl Units. It Was Very High I Got So Panic I Visited To A Doctor He Gave Me Metformin And Glenmark For 1 Week But I Took It Only For 4 Days Because My Uncle Took Me To A Diabetes Specialist Doctor Told Me To Take Immediate Insulin But I Told The Doctor That After Getting My Report After 3 Days My Blood Sugar Level Decreased To 271 From 564.8 Because I Don’t Wanted To Take Insulin Injection  Doctor Gave Me 3 Types Of Medicine For 1 Month Cyblex M80 For After Breakfast And Dinner, Vildagliptin Tablets Vysov 50 Mg For After Lunch And Zevit Capsules Of Vitamin B- Complex And C With Zinc Sulphate For After Dinner Which I Am Continuing Have This Tables After All My Meals Today Is 25th March, 2016 It’s The 8th Day I Am Having Diabetes My Blood Sugar Level Decreased Now It’s 171  As I Tested It On My Glucometer And I Have Changed My Diet. Dear, relax. I know it would have been shocking to have found out that you have diabetes but it will help to know that your condition is still manageable. Don't worry about insulin. At times, especially initially, insulin is given temporarily to manage the very high sugar levels. Your doctor may taper off and possibly even stop insulin if your sugar levels respond to oral antidiabetics alone. As of now, it is too early to know whether you will require insulin all your life. So relax. Find out if there was a stressful period in the last few months. As per evidence, diabetes and most other lifestyle diseases are caused due to sudden or gradual continuous tension or worry or at times a debilitating illness. You can try homeopathy which focuses on retaining and stimulating insulin secretion and thereby preventing further progression of diabetes and any onset of complications. With regular use, sugars will be controlled, allopathic medicines reduced at first then stopped. After a time, even homeopathy can be stopped. Once again, don't worry and stay positive.

Weight loss is PCOS is challenging and tricky and requires an action plan different from the normal weight loss plans. People with PCOS suffer from insulin resistance which makes it hard for them to lose weight. Also, they have a slower metabolism compared to other individuals. So to lose weight you need to increase your protein intake. You have mentioned above that you have given up chicken which is definitely not advisable on a PCOS weight loss diet. Also, increase your intake of whole fruits and veggies and eat small meals at frequent intervals. Drink 10-12 glasses of water per day and exercise/ Brisk Walk for 45 mins - 1 hour daily Try these for some time, if nothing works go for a strict Gluten free diet. Generally most the PCOS clients respond well to the above diet and 1% who do not respond show fantantic results when put on a Gluten Free Diet. Dear Lybrate User, Increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. First of all let me tell you that there is no shortcuts in the process of muscle gain. Increasing muscle volume & strength is a highly complicated process which is influenced by various internal & external factors. In the following article you will get a glimpse of that highly complicated process as well as some of its influencing factors. I have made utmost effort in the following article to oversimplify the total process & the factors so that it would be easy to understand for you Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. All type of exercises can be classified under two broad headings:- (1) HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training (2) LISS or Low intensity Steady Stamina. In short just remember that HIIT is weight training & LISS is cardio exercise like swimming & running. Both the form of exercise increases the rate of metabolism. But if your goal is to increase lean muscle mass of your body then you should stick to weight training aka HIIT The basic role behind the process of increase in lean muscle in human body is played by Metabolism. Metabolism is the set of life-sustaining chemical transformations within the cells of living organisms. The three main purposes of metabolism are the conversion of food/fuel to energy to run cellular processes, the conversion of food/fuel to building blocks for proteins, lipids, nucleic acids, and some carbohydrates, and the elimination of nitrogenous wastes. In order to add mass to your muscle you need to increase your rate of metabolism. Once your rate of metabolism or BMR is increased you will be able to achieve your goals There is an internal factor which controls & triggers metabolism. It is the TESTOSTERONE hormone secreted by your body. This TESTOSTERONE hormone plays an important role in the development of the lean muscle. An increased TESTOSTERONE level will help you to achieve your goal of muscle development in a considerable less time. Just follow these three basic rules during exercising:- 1) Do not rest for more than 1 minute between sets 2) Do not exercise for more than 60 minutes continuously 3) Progressive overload is necessary to increase your muscle mass Now lets come to your diet. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of excess protein in your diet. It is another vital part of increasing muscle mass. You may have noticed that professional body-builders take supplements according to a fixed schedule. They take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. They take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again they take 40 grams of whey just after finishing workout. Now you are a normal person & unless you have any intention to compete in bodybuilding competition you do not need to follow the above timings of whey protein. In fact you can get the extra protein from your diet only. Try to take 50- 70 grams of protein daily. That would be sufficient for your daily need in initial stage. As you continue progressive overload then you should also increase your protein intake. Excess protein produces excess harmful urea. Our kidney has to function more to excrete this excess harmful urea from our body. So excess protein creates excess pressure on our kidneys. For better reasons try to take protein from plant origin. Protein obtained from animal sources like meat & egg are found to play an important role in cancer. Just after exercise the rate of metabolism is increased but to maintain that increased rate of metabolism or BMR throughout the rest of the day you should need to make some little changes in your food habit. Just think of your body as a furnace & the fire as metabolism. If you add 10 kg of wood to the fire all of a sudden then the temperature of the fire will be increased suddenly but it would not last long. So in order to maintain the constant temperature of the fire it would be wise to add 1 kg of wood after every interval of 1 hour. Same happens with our body. You need to provide food to your body at certain intervals so that the rate of metabolism remains constant. I am giving a description of your food timings:- Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up Take some pre workout nutrition Exercise for not more than 60 minutes Take a heavy breakfast within 30 minutes of exercise Take a midday snack comprising of fruits or nuts after 2 hours of breakfast Take your lunch within 2 hours after having midday snack Take an evening snack comprising of fruits or nuts after 2 hours of lunch Take your dinner at least 2 hours before going to bed Get an uninterrupted sleep for at least 7-8 hours daily Throughout the rest of the day try to drink a glass (300 ml) of cold water after every one hour If you have a habit of masturbation then you should keep a minimum gap of 5 hours between exercise & masturbation. Just after ejaculation of sperm a sudden decrease in the amount of TESTOSTERONE hormone occurs. So it would not be wise to masturbate either just before or just after exercising. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.

Ideally your weight should be around 58.5 kg. You should eat protein and cal. And pls consult any nutrition for diet chart and follow it. Where there is will there is way.

Must check for associated features like headache. Body ache. Nausea. Vomiting. Skin rash. Cough. Chills and rigors. The fever may be periodic or continuous. May be mild (<101° F. Moderate 101 to 103° F) or high (> 103°F. This is very useful to detect the cause of fever. Sometimes intake of less water vause fever (dehydration fever. So. Drink at leat 2-3 litres of water a day. May carry out blood tests like CBC. CRP. LFT. MP. NS1 Antigen (for Dengue. Widal test for typhoid /paratyphoid. Udine Routine exam and a Chest X ray etc. A physical check up by a local doctor is a must.

Dear lybrate-user, you should start her diabetic and hypertensive medicines in consultation with physician. The long term consequence of uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension is too costly to take a risk of managing them with diet alone. Lifestyle measures such as diet, exercise and weight reduction are no doubt benifitial but they are not that effective compred to medicine. At best they are additive to medicines. Thank you.

Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.
