Green tea is unfermented tea. The regular black tea leaves are dried n kept for fermentation which gives it its characteristic color n flavor green tea is rich in antioxidants which are important to reduce free molecules, main cause of cancer, also it is known to boost metabolic rate, d rate at which body burns calories at rest, thereby stimulating weight loss. You can hv 3-4 cups of green tea everyday instead of regular tea. Please remember pour boiling water over green tea leaves n cover n let it stand for a while n then strain n drink it. Hi lybrate-user here are some changes to make to improve your eating habits: - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. Hello, it's true, persons around the smoker are more sufferer & affected. Then the smoker himself. A smoker, damages his wind pipe & lungs by virtue of smoking but his family members are affected with bronchitis, asthma by inhaling the smoke, thereof. Not only that smoking during pregnancy alters the haemoglobin level & quality of blood, affecting heart condition of both, the baby and the pregnant lady. It may cause raised BP level, loss of sleep during pregnancy affecting the baby after birth. It has been noticed that mother if misses sound sleep during pregnancy the same condition has to be continued by the baby after birth, weeping the whole night for want of sound sleep and the ultimate suffer will be the mother. Please, quit smoking. Your feedback is important for further follow up. Do not evaluate the life, please.

Hi drink some bitter gourd juice on an empty stomach each morning. First remove the seeds of two to three bitter gourds and use a juicer to extract the juice. Add some water and then drink it. Follow this treatment daily in the morning for at least two months. Take pranacharya diabeto and shilajeet capsule twice a day with water. Take vasant kusumakar ras twice a day. Avoid sweets. Take small meals in less time interval. Do pranayama early morning. Avoid alcohol consumption.

Surely there is solution. Presently you both are" talking" but you both are not" listening" what the other person has to say. Typically with newly married couples, what happens is, both have certain expectations from their spouse, but they do not voice these expectations and expect their spouse to" understand" it on their own. At the same time, what meaning each person is making from the other's actions/remarks also differs - e. G. If the wife says" why are you late again today? the husband thinks she is suspicious or nagging. But what she actually wants to convey is" I want you to come back on time, so that I can spend more time with you" and if the wife is talking to her husband and if the husband is busy watching tv or reading news paper, the wife assumes that she is not important for him, tv/paper is more important, which may not be so. So please remember that most of the relationship issues are because of lack of communication and listening skills. You both please try to learn some communications and listening skills. Learn to express your needs and understand other's needs. It will help you a lot. In the absence of good communication and listening skills, you both will not be able to have any other good relationship. Even if you both decide to leave each other now, you will have similar problems later on, with another person. So the best way is, to understand and accept that you both have come from different homes/backgrounds so you will have clashes because you will have different opinions, perceptions, values expectations etc. If required talk to a counsellor. You both need to work together to make this relationship work. All the best.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Eat food with less sugar and Carbohydrate Eat food with more fiber. Eat foods such as whole grains (jowar, bajra, whole wheat). Food with low in Saturated Fats Wheat, Oat flakes Fresh fruit, Fruit juices, lots of vegetables, Legumes and Nuts Prefer food with protein If you cant make it naturally through foods then i could suggest supplements were you could lose weight and treat PCOD
