Eat smaller meals frequently. Eat more of your favorite foods. Make sure you eat more protein in each meal. Go for tamarind juice Soak tamarind in water for a few hours, strain the water and add salt and pepper to taste. Repeat this for few days till you start feeling hungry which will help you to improve your appetite and digestion.
