Hi dear, you should walk for 5 -10 min after each 1 hr. There are few physio exs which will help u. Sit on your chair. Move your ankles up and down, rotate them for 20 counts. Another exs is sit straight on chair. Now raise your leg up from your knee joint. Count 10 sec. And then lower down. Do this for 10 repetitions. There are more exs like you can stand on one leg for 10 counts. Lunges are there and many more. Bt these are easiest one. And I can not give demo also. So you can start with these. You will get relief for sure but you have to be regular. Do these exs everyday, 2 or 3 times in a day.

If uterine os is closed (get sono report or pv exam) and there is not much of pain in uterus every day. You can do walking 1 kms. Breasthing exercise. Relxation exercises.

One of the major reason, there may be poor posture. Sedentary job. Musculo skeletal weakness due to lack of hormones and minerals. Lack of excercise.

Dear mam may your uncle hve frozen shoulder so tell him to start shoulder range of motion exercise nd for back start back extension exercise. Avoid forward bending. Thanks.

Complete tear of acl requires an orthopaedic surgeon intervention. It might be fixed by reconstruction by graft. But it is solely on the discern of orthopaedician. But yes after the surgery physiotherapy plays a major role to put you back in life and to improve your quality of life.

Back. Do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch. Knee. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi * stop running completely or decrease your training. *apply ice to reduce inflammation. *gently stretch your achilles and your calves. *consider cross-training for a while swim, run in the pool or ride a bike. *when you return to running, increase your mileage slowly, no more than 10 percent weekly. *make sure you wear the correct running shoes do reply for detailed treatment plan. The shin splint pain can be caused by.. -Irritated and swollen muscles, often from overuse -Stress fractures, which are tiny breaks in the lower leg bones -Overpronation or ''flat feet" -- when the impact of a step makes your foot's arch collapse -Weakness in stabilizing muscles of the hips or core * do ROM exercise or consult physiotherapist for detailed treatment plan.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Lie down on bed on your back without pillow. Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and Get your blood checked for CBC and follow up with reports and get an xray lumbosacral vertebrae done and follow up with reports.

Initially pain, spasm, tiredness tends to occur as the body was not use to it. But as you mention that its already been few months then I believe your husband is over using the muscles. Every body has its own endurance, power and capacity which should not be compared to any other body. Apart from over exertion, take a watch on his diet. When you workout more - you burn more calories - your body needs more energy -you need to feed your body more. Try an monitor for a week, I am sure you will get your answer. Regards!

Aside from seeing your doctor regularly and following your prescribed treatment plan, staying active is probably the best thing you can do for ankylosing spondylitis. Regular exercise can help relieve pain, improve posture, and maintain flexibility. Before beginning an exercise program, speak with a physiotherapist about designing a program that’s right for you. Another important thing you can do for yourself is to practice good posture and sleep on a firm mattress and avoid the use of a pillow in order to prevent spine curvature.

Dear, follow the tips they will help u: 1.Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag). 2.Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. 3.Increase the consumption of vitamin C in diet. 4.Take fresh Ginger into pieces, place in the cup of water and boil it for 30 minutes in low flame. Cool for 30 minutes after boiling. Consume this solution with Honey. 5.While sleeping, lie straight on your back or with bent knees supported by a pillow. 6.Taking hot and cold compresses on an alternate basis can be quite helpful in relieving pain. 7.Do yoga and pranayam early morning daily.

Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Inform after 5 days.
