Hairfall is very common now a days in this age group. These are due to hormone changes, stress, lack of sleep, unhealthy diet .Regulate your daily activities, stress, sleep, drink lots of water ,eat vegetable and fruits. And do some exercise daily. Do massage to your hair with different oils like Almond ,coconut, olive oil, castor oil. In the Medicine part Apply Tugain 5% lotion on scalp. Biotin salt will help. If you take few sessions of PRP therapy ,it will be further beneficial

FOR TEETH PAIN: We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning, root canal treatment & capping. Until then apply clove oil on the decayed tooth. Rinse frequently with mouth wash. FOR BLEEDING GUMS: We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. FOR BAD SMELL: Dry mouth also can cause bad breath. Smoking or chewing tobacco-based products also can cause bad breath, You may need deep cleaning & fill tooth cavities with artificial enamel filling. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To gain weight & build muscles you have to have a well balanced diet with more of protein foods & do regular exercise - have more of fruits & vegetables, whole grains, protein rich foods including eggs, non veg, milk & milk products like cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, butter milk, soya products, tofu, beans, lentils, pulses, peas, sprouts, nuts including almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts, seeds - include a protein food item in each meal & also have as a snack whenever you feel hungry - also do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, play an outdoor game, do moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min 2-3 times a week, also try to include yoga & deep breathing in your daily schedule to keep fit - consult a dietician for your exact calorie requirement as per your daily exercise & activity level.

Eat plenty of water and food enriched with vitamins and a small amount of fat. Eat a heavy breakfast and lighter dinner. Sleep for at least 7-8 hrs.

For dark circles: 1. Most important thing is to have an ample amount of rest as a routine part of your life. Sleep for at least 8 hours. You can also take a 30-45 mins nap after your lunch. 2. Limit your screen life. Take breaks while working on computer and wash eyes frequently with cold water. 3. Wash your face twice with a good cleanser like tea tree face wash and use soothing toner like rose water or tea tree after that. 4. Use Kojic Acid based cream below eyes for at least 4 months to help lighten your dark circles.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hello, hair takes it's own time. Applying oils and such home remedies might work on a bunch of people but surely does not work wonders with many. If it is a genetic problem, your hair might just remain scarce on the face. You can try beardo oil.
