Hello,take homoeopathic medicines 1. Carbo Veg 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 7 days. 2.Nux Vom 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 7 days and revert. Keep a gap of 15-20 minutes in both the medicines. *If overweight,loose weight. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *Avoid spicy and fried food *Include fruits, fresh vegetable juices in your diet.

Am a pcod and thyroid patients. Though am in diet I can't reduce my weight (75 kgs). Am 24 years old. Am working in software sector. I always feel like lazy every time. Am using cetapin and garbolim pils right from 2014. But no use I felt tell now. Just suggest a Gud diet or medicine to cure as early. Also taking 100 mg for thyroid. I'll get married within 4 months. But I've irregular periods cycle. Am so much worried.

You can take: Fresh fruits or frozen/canned fruit without added sugar, or unsweetened applesauce Non–starchy fresh vegetables or frozen/canned vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, and carrots Whole grains such as whole wheat pasta, brown rice, oats, and whole wheat bread High fiber cereals such as Kashi, shredded wheat, (Look for cereals that have at least 5 grams of fiber per serving or sprinkle ½ cup of bran cereal or unprocessed bran on a low–fiber cereal to increase the fiber) Water or seltzer, flavored with fruit if desired, unsweetened iced tea High fiber baked goods made from whole wheat flour and oats Crackers and snacks with fiber such as Triscuits, Wasa, or popcorn. Also quit coffee. Start doing some workout daily, some yoga, gym, dancing, swimming etc. You will feel energetic and your cycle will also be regularized with this.

hello shukari, my suggestion is to go for the orthodontic treatment and I guess the payment will not be a problem as many times it is in instalments, there is no better option than orthodontic treatment for open bite, there are many fancy treatments available but unless you find what causes you open bite don't get it treated, as the major treatment in open bite starts from removal or correcting the cause of open bite. be confident and proceed with the treatment. still I find any difficulty don't hesitate to text us. take care

Go out for a 40 mins walk or jogging. Do not eat so much food. Eat just half of what you are eating at present till your weight comes back 72 kgs. Instead eat more salads and fruits

•First you have to improve your digestion & make it strong, For this take 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of jeera (cumin ), 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of dry corriander seeds (dhaniya) , 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of ajwain (carom seeds ) and add some leaves of mint in glass of water and boil it till the water become half in pan. Drink it daily once in a day. • Add one sachet of ORS in one liter of water and Drink 3 to 4 litres of fluid in a day. Make your body hydrated . • Avoid red meat & non veg completely because the most probable chance of infection are contaminated meat. • Avoid to eat chilly and Oily food items such as fast food burger, samosas , pranthas etc. • Take a sachet of probiotics in a day that make you intestine healthy and help in digestion. • Take a table spoon of bran, fry it on heat without oil. Then take it once a day with water for atleast 3 weeks. . • You can take isapghol one teaspoon with a glass of water once a day after meal.

How can I get fat I am very poor in health I want to become a good and perfect body. Please help and suggest me.
To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

Hello lybrate-user- weight loss can be easily achieved by following some ayurvedic rules- a) go to bed before 10 pm and wake up early morning if you want to study. B) avoid fast foods and foods which are processed in nature. C) practice kapalbhati pranayam in the morning. D) have foods which have more fibre content. E) take evening meals before 7 pm and try not to take milk while going to bed. F) drink water before meals as it will decrease your food urge and will reduce your weight.

For sleep you can have tab. Goodnoct sr 12.5 mg at bedtime. If your headaches gets relieved with a good nights sleep its okay. Otherwise you might need an evaluation for your sleep problems and headache. Consult me personally for the same.

5 Ways to Eat Healthy Even When You are Depressed

Food’s relation with depression is a complicated one. A person can suddenly lose appetite or become extremely voracious. There are instances when you feel hungry, but do not eat due to the lethargy of cooking. Either way, it is a difficult task to eat healthy during a depression. Here is a list of tips that will help you to refrain from eating and drinking unhealthy and unhygienic food items such as alcohol, junk foods, chocolate, caffeine and ice-cream.

Prepare frozen meals well in advance:
During depression, not many people feel the urge to cook a meal. The alternative, in this case, is to prepare as many meals as you can and freeze them for future consumption. Food items such as black beans, pasta and chicken can be cooked and stored in the refrigerator for quite a few days. Store the cooked food in as many jars as you have. This cooked items will act as a life saviour when you feel hungry, but do not feel like cooking.

Use fewer dishes:
Minimising the number of dishes will save your life. A lot of people lose the urge of cooking or eating healthy when they see a pile of undone dishes in the wash basin. Use a minimum amount of dishes that is required for daily use and immediately wash them when you are done eating. This way you will fell motivated to cook and eat healthily.

Do not go for complicated meals:
They are a lot of easy to cook healthy meal options out there. Do not go for a dish that is difficult to prepare. If you mess up, chances are that you will neither enjoy eating the dish nor it cook in the future as well. The best thing to do is to prepare simple and easy to prepare healthy meals. Refer to a recipe book if you need help.

Listen to music while preparing food:
Cooking can be boring if you do not enjoy it. A good alternative is to listen to music while cooking. This will keep boredoms at bay and meals will be prepared in a whisker. Not to mention music will also keep your motivation level high. If work and play are not your things, you can watch the cooking shows to get your motivation level up.

Eat out:
Eating out is not a crime. If you feel the urge to eat out, go by all means. You need not eat junk food when you are out. Instead of going to a fast food joint, go to a good restaurant that serves healthy yet tasty food. Hello the reason for the above issue most of the time is either diet is not up to the mark or exercise you do is not enough. And most of the times diet and exercise are on and off. You have to be dedicated towards losing weight, give some time for yourself start eating at home never skip meals drink enough water exercise with floor exercise. Don't get rut in a particular exercise avoid excess sugars and fizzy drinks for a detail diet plan and guidelines Consult through private text.

Do some yoga exercises to loose weight. Avoid eating carbs, take protein. Take early dinner. Eat, but eat right as you have to feed the baby, you should never starve yourself. Take sugar free tea or coffee. Do not go for aggressive workout, you can do surya namaskar, kapal bhati to reduce the weight from tummy. Follow a strict routine, make your own diet chart, including quint essential foods and removing all the unwanted calories and try to replace them with fruits or vegetables.

Make diet plan according to calory. Reduce sugar intake. Replace high calory food with low calory. Take green tea 2-3 times a day. Ayurvedic medicine has good results. Do exercises n walk.

You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. These tips will also help you in height growth. For a start please follow: Cut down the excess carbs. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). A low carb diet reduces your hunger and makes it easier to eat less. And it might even increase your fat burning at rest. Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds.  Stay hydrated. You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly. Start exercising. Strength training builds lean muscle tissue, which burns more calories — at work or at rest — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The more lean muscle you have, the faster you'll slim down. How do you start strength training? Try some push-ups or a few squats or lunges. Use your free weights to perform simple biceps curls or triceps pulls right in your home or office. Do these exercises three to four times per week, and you'll soon see a rapid improvement in your physique. Go for an evening walk. An evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips. Take adequate rest. You should also make an effort to get enough good sleep, preferably every night. Strive to wake up refreshed of your own accord, independently of the alarm clock. If you’re the kind of person who always gets brutally woken up by the alarm ringing, you might never be giving your body adequate rest. Supplement vitamins and minerals. Nutrient-dense, good food is certainly the foundation of weight loss. But an adequate amount of vitamin D can be difficult to ingest via food. In the case of a lack of sun (such as during the darker months of autumn and winter), it’s wise to supplement for multiple health reasons – and perhaps even for your weight.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Avoid junk food and oily food. Avoid late night dinner. Take proper sleep. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.
