Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

From your description, it llooks like infection of the lymphnodes. Check head for any wounds or boils. Also check the teeth for infection. Continue antibiotics. It will take 6 weeks to reduce in size. If it becomes bigger, he may need a biopsy. Any tuberculosis in the family?

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Keep a pillow under knee. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello, * go for aerobic exercise under the guidance of physiotherapist. Take homoeo-medicine** @ ruta 1000-6 pills, once a wk @ arnica mont 200-6 pills, thrice a day. @ bellis pernice q -20 drops + olive- oil- take a massage on your shoulder in circulatory movement. Report fortnightly. Stay-fit.

Dear user. Sciatia is Pain radiating along the sciatic nerve, which runs down one or both legs from the lower back. It's usually caused when a herniated disc or bone spur in the spine presses on the nerve. Pain originates in the spine and radiates down the back of the leg. Sciatica typically affects only one side of the body. Medication for pain and physiotherapy are common treatments. Do consult your bone specialist. Take care.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

There is no immediate remedy. But if you could find the cause there is a chance. *check your shoe (if you wear shoe frequently) if your toe tip is more sharp just replace it with other shoe. *check your foot - if there is more elevated arch on inner mid aspect that may be reason - then have to place an elevation on the outer mid aspect of your footwear. Press over the ankle area (front and sides) firmly if you find the same kind of pain occurrence on your toe (you haven't mentioned which toe) this may be because of nerve compression which supplies to your toe. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Great to know you are such a enthusiatic & good athlete. If you have shooting pain from your back going to your legs it could be spine related issue leading to nerve compression. You may need specific medications and interventions for it. In addition to good physical therapy in form of spine strengthening exercises. Consult a pain specialist or spine surgeon. Its better to go for treatment at early stage especially since your an athlete.

Mr. lybrate-user, Diabetes if not well controlled almost always causes frozen shoulder as a complication. Primary need therefore is to achieve a strict blood glucose control with FBS closer to 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c%<6.8. Problem of loose motion may or may not be linked to diabetes. Sometimes gastrointestinal problems may be seen in diabetes. Suggestions or advise can be given only if all the necessary details are made available including FBS, PP HbA1c%, dietary habits, extent of exercise, current medications with dosage. Thanks.

Hello bcoz of constipation your body heat is increasing& your getting pimples. Do some exercise daily at this age you should not have this kind of problems. How many times in a week you have constipation? wat medicines have you taken for this till now? by the time start medicine named nux vomica 200, 3-3 pills, 3 times a day daily for 1 month. Have plenty of water, salads, fruits. Start with some exercises. Only medicine will not help you you also need to take some efforts from your side. Reply after 1 month thanks.
