Hi,Use Bakson Sunny Herbal Lip balm . Home Remedy:- 1. take a pinch of haldi powder and one tsp of lemon juice in a bowl, mix it well and apply on to ur lips and wash it after 10 minutes. 2. crush fresh rose petals, mix it with little amount of glycerine and milk cream, now apply on to your lips.use this thrice a day.

It's better to avoid medicine for gaining weight and I will suggest you to follow Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Hi lybrate user, at about 5 weeks gestation, your baby's heart begins to beat. At this point, a normal fetal heart rate is about the same heart rate as the mother's: about 80-85 beats per minute (bpm). So I think there is a development problem and rescan in a week to confirm diagnosis and to take further step.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Your TSH level must come below 5.5. The medicine you are taking is not enough. Request your Homoeopathic physician accordingly or take a second opinion. Your thyroid function also depends a lot on your stress levels. Go for yoga regularly. Avoid eating cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli. Add protein rich food to your diet.

I twisted my ankle a few days back & it's been swollen ever since. Hurts a bit too. Is there any medicine I can take? I already use a crepe bandage but it doesn't seem to work.

Hi s Get an xray done pa and lateral view of your ankle. Sometime you get a hairline fracture when ankle is twisted. If this is so go for soft plaster for 4 weeks.

Many of my clients when first consults with me, they ask this question' despite trying so many strategies, why I am not losing weight?

When I ask them about their efforts, they share:

  • I did the gm diet for a month
  • I took herbal life shake for three months

My son, details given below is underweight and underweight and poorest eating habits to the extent of not eating any vegetables, fruits, chapatis, milk. He does not need any medicines at all.Correct councelling is needed to manage his behaviour disorder.To begin with,do not get disturbed ,only you can correct his behaviour, Accept & appreciate all good done by him. Never scold or slap for wrong doings but never accept his undue demands.Offer him foods at 2-3 hours but never force even he does not eat for a day.Talk to him without any prejudice.Soon he realises that his undue demands will not be fulfilled & appreciated for good .

Please get complete blood tests for hemogram diabetes, thyroid, etc. Breakfast= fruits only. Abundant amount. Lunch/dinner= half plate salad, 1 katori sprouts, green vegetables 2 to 3 katori, daal 2 to 3 katori, only 1 roti in one meal. Stop having: milk, milk products, refined foods, packaged food of any kind like bread namkeen buiscuits maida etc. These cause weight gain and do not help much in nutrition. Do light excercise for two hours daily slowly without straining yourself.
