Hair fall is mainly due to hormonal and genetic reasons.There are no homeremedies that vil help or quick responses for it. It can definitely be controlled. It's important to eat plenty of pulses, fish, meat and milk. Drink at least two litres water everyday. Exercise regularly. Don't stress out because you don't have long hair or because your hair's falling. Avoid all forms of chemicals, hot devices and blowdryers to prevent hair damage. Massage scalp and wash twice or thrice a week. Don't overshampoo, it'll spoil hair. Don't tie up wet hair and sleep, it'll get infected. If any infections, g et it treated. A thorough blood check up is needed to eliminate autoimmune, hormonal and nutritional diseases. Apart from this, treatment may b needed in resistant cases.u may need transplant,this can b decided only after examining ur degree of hair fall.

I feel first we should sought out your headache and nausea problem and it can be due to sinusitis, Migrane, refractive error problem or due to hyperacidity and as of now take tablet paracetamol with domstal and for your PCOD problem exercise regularly

1.You have to do steam Inhalation 2-3 times daily 2.Take Viscodyne LS syrup 2 Tsf thrice daily 3.You have to take antibiotic, use inhaler and do nebulisation along with it if required 4.consult physician for advice 5. If it is due to allergy do an allergy test after consulting Allergist/Immunologist to find out the cause of allergy and follow rhe advice and treatment accordingly

Our growth: fall ratio is 80: 20. On our entire scalp 20% of the hair is always in fall phase. All together we have 1, 50, 000 hair on entire scalp. Loosing 20% means loosing 50 to 100 strands on daily basis is normal. It will come out while oiling, washing and combing. These hair grows back again. If the hair comes comes out even on slightest touch or if you notice hair fallen on pillow then it is considered as hair fall. It is very important to check the hair and even scalp. After checking it will be easy to treat. Hair is made up of minerals, protein and iron. Food like sprouts, beans, nuts, soya along with green leafy vegetables help us to give enough nourishment. Drink 3 lit of water/day. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week. Consult trichologist.

1. Take bland diet, avoid oily, spicy, fried and junk food, 2. Drink plenty of water 3. Take one tablet of meftal spas ds as and when required after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily 4. Take one tablet of rantac150 mg twice daily before food 5. If you have recurrent stomach ache, do upper gi endoscopy after consulting gastroenterologist.

1. Sulphur may help you grow new hair take garlic. 2. Keep scalp clean 3. Do dry massage of scalp for 10 mts 4. Apply coconut oil to the scalp at night and wash in the morning 5. Treat dandruff with ketoconazole shampoo twice a week 6. If no dandruff use vatika shampoo 7. Take good healthy nutritious diet including fruits and vegetables- eggs, cheese, cauliflower, whole grain atta, berries, mushrooms. 8. Curry leaves juice (boiling in water and taking that water)

Hi lybrate-user Obesity or being overweight is due to metabolic imbalance in our body. Due to excess consumption of carbohydrate. Body turns in to fat deposition machine. Less the physical activity and more carbohydrate intake is the main reason behind the extensive weight gain. You can turn your body into fat burning machine by reducing intake of carbohydrate in diet. So eat less of carbohydrate like grain, wheat, rice and sugar. Eat more of vegetable, protein ,and fat. To improve your metabolism also take. Lipolyzer tummy tab. After lunch and after dinner. Microfruit tab. After breakfast replace your white salt with mineral salt.

Hi lybrate-user, I can understand your concern. I would advise you to go for a second opinion here, with all your reports. You at least need anti-anginal medicine, including anti-platelet/ anti-coagulant therapies, if you are hesitating to go for angioplasty. Simultaneously, keep your diet and lifestyle streamlined, focus on a mediterranean diet pattern. You must cease smoking, if any, completely. Your lipid profile needs to be managed too. Do focus on anxiety/ stress reduction as well, through regular yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, anxiolytics etc all. Hope this helps. Take care and all the very best. Severe headache could be because of migraine, sinusitis etc. For time being, have belladona 200 and natrum mur 200 alternately 2-3 times in day. It will be available in homoeopathic stores.

1) As your hair grows, it is important to keep it in good condition, so you will be trimming your locks off again to get rid of split ends. Using a hair masks is a great way to keep your hair looking wonderful and here is extremely great and efficient hair mask, that will not only help your hair grow faster, but also will make your locks look shinier, healthier and even more beautiful: mix in a small bowl – one yolk of an egg with a tablespoon of honey, one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil (or linen oil) and a tablespoon of Vodka (or Cognac). Massage this mixture into the roots of your hair and then, spread to the lengths; wait for about thirty minutes. For better results you can put a shower cup on your head and cover it up with a towel, but make sure that your special someone doesn’t see you wearing this extravagant construction on your head, as this might not look very seductive. After the thirty minutes, wash and condition your hair, as usual. You will be astonished with amazing results, especially, if you do this mask regularly, once a week or once every two weeks, during one month or two.

If you don’t find an egg mask too appealing, then try a coconut oil, sweet almond oil and honey hair mask. Simply mix these three ingredients in equal proportions, warm it slightly in a pot and massage the mixture into your hair; leave for about thirty minutes before washing out. This wonderful natural hair treatment will nourish and rejuvenate your hair, making it shinier and glossier, while also boosting hair growth.

2) Do you want to know how to make your hair grow faster? Eat protein! Not only our outside beauty efforts, massages and sophisticated hair masks are important, but also, if you really want to have thick and beautiful locks, then watch what you eat! Did you know that food can make a tremendous difference in how fast your hair grows? Protein provides a building material for your hair to grow quicker, look healthier and be stronger, as protein is the very stuff that hair is made from, so the more protein you eat, the more your hair can grow; so make sure to include eggs, nuts, fish, chicken, red meats, etc., into your balanced diet. Eat healthy and your hair will say: ‘Thank you!’

3) Brush your hair every day for 1 or 2 minutes, do it every morning and every evening to stimulate circulation in your scalp. Make sure to massage your head gently, it’s not working by the principle ‘the harder you brush, the faster it grows!’ Gently brushing your hair twice a day for, at least, two minutes stimulates the blood circulation in your scalp and spreads your natural oils evenly over your hair. Healthy blood circulation is essential for hair follicles to work efficiently and grow new healthy hair. Remember never to forcefully brush your hair when it’s wet, because it can damage your locks and cause breakage. We don’t want it, because we love our hair, right?! Instead, gently brush through your hair with a wide tooth comb or use a special detangling brush for a smooth and pain free detangling.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

These are the methods to treat fastly acne - • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

To remain healthy you should follow 3 steps in your life 1.BALANCED DIET 2.EARLY MORNING BRISK MORNING WALK for 30 minutes and 10 minutes evening walk after Dinner 3.DRINK 6-8 Glasse of water daily. As 60% of our body is made of water, it acts as a carrier of essential nutrients inside our body. Loosing as little as 5% of body's weight as water can cause headache, fatigue and lower your muscle strength. To stay healthy, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Balanced Diet= 60% Carbohydrates + 20% Fats + 20% Proteins 1. Carbohydrates: Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) Instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: Banana, Milk, Sweets, Sugarcane juice. Sir/madam I hv joined gym in January 2016. At that time my weight was 93 kg. After 10 month (approx) my weight is 81 kg. Now I hv a busy schedule and I am not able to continue my gym. For reducing without gym, the best is to take light and easy to digest meals. Avoid non veg, cold drinks, alcohol, curd, cheese, junk food, salt and sugar. Take more off moong, masur, vegetables etc. Take 1 tsf trifla churan while sleeping.
