Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight (even while sitting or standing), avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Always select a chair with proper back support and hand-rest. (Excessive sitting or standing is to be avoided as well don’t carry much weight on shoulders). Apart from these, stress could be the major cause of pains! Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. Management: -Sit straight with a back-rest or back-support. -Stretching or activities that place additional strain on the back are discouraged. -Sleeping with a pillow between the knees while lying on one side may increase comfort. -Lying on your back with a pillow under your knees would also relieves pain and no pillow under your head. -Some people seem to benefit from the use of ice or heat. Take care, do not use a heating pad on ‘high’ or place ice directly on the skin. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter. (Get yourself examined from a doctor to know about that node on back and let me know).

Rajendra walk and exercise regularly for good metabolism...take warm milk with honey twice a day especially before sleeping..take high protein diet..take good sound sleep..maximum intake of fruit juices..take mixed nuts..

The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

At this age the cycles can be irregular, but if the cycles continue to be irregular, long or heavy, get an ultrasound done and meet a gyna. Ecologist.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Sugar and jaggery are the products made from sugar cane juice, hence both are containing sucrose. So there is no difference in their glucose content. Both are bad for a person with diabetes. Both will increase blood glucose rapidly. Thanks.

Vasectomy - 5 Myths Debunked!

Vasectomy is synonymous with sterilizations and is one of the most stress-free procedures for couples who want to limit their chances of pregnancy and child birth. It is a process that has been perfected over the years and is still the most reliable method to avoid impregnation. However, there are still some myths and allegories associated with it. Though these have considerably reduced in the modern age, there are still some pockets of the world where this is prevalent. Come, let us take a look at some misconceptions and myths regarding vasectomy and the actual truth behind them.

Myth 1: Your sexual performance gets affected.
This is one of the most common misconceptions that are associated with a vasectomy. This is the number one reason why many men are hesitant to go for it fearing that their sex life could get hindered leading to nonperformance.

Truth: This is incorrect. The idea behind a vasectomy is to avoid pregnancy, and there is no reason as to why it would hamper your sex life. You will be able to lead an active sex life, and semen production will also be normal.

Myth 2: Testosterone production will be nil after vasectomy
Sperms are made in the testicles, and hence this myth came into existence that once a vasectomy is performed, you would be unable to produce any sperms and testosterone.

Truth: The simple truth is the myth is entirely baseless. Your sperm production is never eliminated and only your tube for the distribution of sperms is closed by a vasectomy. Hence it in no way affects your sperm production. A vasectomy does not have any effect on the production of testosterone.

Myth 3: Vasectomies stops sperm production
Many people assume fertility with sperm production. Hence once a vasectomy procedure eliminates the fertility aspect your sperm production automatically stops.

Truth: No. This is incorrect. Vasectomies never stop sperm production. They only restrict the sperms from entering into the semen. Sperms have a lifespan of about four days. Hence it is only natural that they are removed and replaced.

Myth 4: You are completely sterile post the surgery
It is easy to assume that you are sterile after you have the surgery. There is no way that having sex can lead to a pregnancy.

Truth: While there is a lot of truth in the above, there can be some instances of live sperms below the procedure point. The complete process of sterility can take about 4 to 5 weeks to occur and for all the sperms to get relinquished. Hence it is safe to not have sex for these weeks. It is also safe to get a semen analysis post the surgery.

Myth 5: Vasectomies are fool proof sterility methods
The high success rates in the procedure have made everyone believe that vasectomy is the sure shot to infertility. It is also 100% efficient.

Truth: While it is true that a vasectomy has a high success rate it is certainly not 100%. There can be instances where there are failures in a vasectomy, and this will not curtail your sterility. There are even known cases when couples have been able to conceive even after a vasectomy. Though the chances are extremely high of becoming sterile, the procedure is not fool proof.

Vagina can not get loose with single act of sex. Your hymen is definitely torn, which can be repaired with a special minor surgery called as hymenoplasty. Still if you feel the vagina has become lax you can do kegel exercise by correct method to tighten it.
