jay.if you are sedentary working male than your daily calorie requirements is 2320kcal/day.so you are taking less calorie than your requirement and that is why you are not able top gain weight.calorie requirement also change according to one's BMR(basal metabolic rate).in your case all you need proper guidance of diet.feel free to take my consultation.

Hi lybrate-user. Bleeding during pregnancy is not a good sign. Since you previously also had a miscarriage, I would suggest you to avoid sex atleast during the first trimester in this pregnancy. Please get an ultrasound scan done to see for baby's well being, and if all is well, start with progesterone supplements. That will help in stopping the bleeding and stabilising the current pregnancy. All the best.

Take high protein diet. Include all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc in your everyday diet.

Hello lybrate-user, some tips to lose weight are 1.1. Eat small and frequent 4 -5 meals in a day, instead of 3 heavy meals. 2. Drink 3 -4 lts of water daily. 3. Include high-protein foods like milk and milk products, paneer, dals, soybeans, eggs, chicken/fish (if non-vegetarian). Reduce excess carbohydrate intake like rice, banana, chips, burgers, pizzas, etc 4. Minimize sugar intake in the form of sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, etc 5. Use less of oil to cook your food as well as stop eating fried stuff like puris, chips, samosas, etc. 6. Include 30 minutes brisk walks 5-6 times a week.

Hi, seems to be due to simple gas formation. Take homoeopathic medicine - natrum phos. 6x/ 3 times a day daily. Management: - avoid fried, fatty, spicy food, chocolates, tomatoes and citrus fruits. - eat smaller, more frequent meals. - give your digestive system an assist from gravity by not eating too close to bedtime. Wait at least 3 hours after eating before you lie down. - lose excess weight. - avoid alcohol and caffeinated beverages. - stop smoking. Smoking interferes with digestion and can damage the lining of the esophagus. - wear loose fitting clothes. Tight waistbands compress the internal organs and may block digestion. - raise the head of your bed 4 or 5 inches higher than the foot. - get enough sleep. Try sleeping on your left side. - avoid stretching or bending after meals. - chewing your food thoroughly makes it easier to swallow and digest, thus reducing or preventing symptoms of heartburn. -have meals on time that too 6 frequent meals (3 main course and 3 snacks in between meals). Never ever skip your meals as it leads to more acidity. -take 7-8 hrs of sound sleep at night. -drink at least 10-12 glasses of water daily.

Hi Take ½ glass of carrot juice + Add ½ glass of spinach juice + Mix well + Drink this juice to cure headache 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya no tens capsule 1_1 twice a day.
