Hi, please follow these home remedies to cure constipation: - eat a big bowl of papaya daily before or after food. - soak dry fig in water overnight and eat it in the morning everyday. - add 2tsf of lemon juice and a pinch of salt to a glass of hot water and drink it on empty stomach in the morning. - eat one medium sized raw potato along with its peel daily. - include lot of vegeables like cucumber, carrot, onion, beetroot, ladies finger, radish, snakegourd, beans, etc, both cooked and raw, in your diet. - add 1tsf of pure ghee to a glass of hot milk and drink it at bed time.

Hello, the discharge from eh vagina is leucorrhoea and can be mixed fungal and bacterial infection and hence a course of vaginal antifungals and oral antibiotics shall be required, else the infection shall not subside. However irregular periods can be due t oPCOS, hypothyroidism or hyperprolactinemia.

Hi, simple nutritional deficiency can cause general weakness of the body. Would advise you to take homoeopathic medicines - alfaalfa tonic and five phos. - both thrice daily, and let me know about your condition after a month. Management: daily intake more of healthy, nutritious and balanced food which includes green vegetables, seasonal fruits, salads, legumes, pulses, eggs, milk & milk products, oats, cornflakes, muesli, nuts, lean meat (chicken & few seafood), etc. Keep yourself well-hydrated by taking at least 10-12 glasses of water in a day, also increase intake of other fluids like coconut water, shikanji, jaljeera, gulkand, rooh-afza, lassi, curd, etc. Which has got cooling effect on the body during this hot summer weather.
