It can be achieved if you determine to opt for some simple ayurveda procedures. Some local application followed by wrapping of penis with medicinal leaves will open up vessels and cavernosa for proper filling. This may give you stout erection. Egg whites are a low-calorie, fat-free food. They contain the bulk of the protein. The egg white contains about 4 grams of protein, 55 mg of sodium and only 17 calories. A single egg white also offers 1.3 micrograms of folate, 6.6 mcg of selenium, 2.3 mg of calcium, 3.6 mg of magnesium, and 4.9 mg of phosphorus and 53.8 mg of potassium.------------------------------ whereas egg yolks carry the cholesterol, the fat and saturated fat of the egg. However, what is often overlooked are the many nutrients that come with that, such as the fat-soluble vitamins, essential fatty acids and other nutrients. One egg yolk has around 55 calories, 4.5 grams of total fat and 1.6 grams of saturated fat, 210 mg of cholesterol, 8 mg of sodium, and 2.7 grams of protein.----------------------hence from the above data it is clear that egg white contains more proteins but, the egg yolk has more actual nutrients, so in my opinion the entire egg gives the most complete nutrition.

If you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist.

Hi, take tab. Gasex 2-2-2 after food and tab. Avipattikara 1-1-1 for 1-2 weeks. Take food in small quantities frequently.

Will stammering fade away with age? My age is 19? What a stammer does usually to cure himself?

Stammering is typically recognised by a tense struggle to get words out. This makes it different from the normal non-fluency we all experience which includes hesitations and repetitions. Commonly it involves repeating or prolonging sounds or words, or getting stuck without any sound (silent blocking). Sometimes people put in extra sounds or words. Often people lose eye contact. Some people who stammer talk their way round difficult words so that you may not realise they stammer at all. This avoidance of words, and avoidance of speaking in some or many situations, is an important aspect of stammering. Stammering varies tremendously from person to person and is highly variable for the person who stammers who may be fluent one minute and struggling to speak the next. Get an mri brain and eeg with a psychiatrist evaluation.

Back pain may be due to many reasons. First correct your postures while walking & sitting. Be in complete rest for 1 week to get rid of pain then start with back strengthening exercises this will help to avoid future complications. If you get frequent throat infections it indicates that your immunity is low. Start taking mosambi juice with honey and gooseberry with honey. Cinnamon tea gargling will help.

There is no such thing that you may not suffer from t. B, if you acquire the infection from another person then there is possibility and in that case you will be put on cat 2 regimen. But don't worry keep good lifestyle healthy diet avoid direct contact with any p. T. B patients and you are safe.

I'm having breathing problem. I feel like I cant breath, or uneven breathing. sometimes sweat and feel hot, vertigo, feeling of getting faint, and cant sleep either. Ive asked physician and he prescribed montelukast tablet, avamys nasal spray, and some one a month injection related to nasal infection or something. But it doest seem to help. And Its been 8 months.

Hi. I understand your concern. You are having asthma. You will need to undergo pulmonary function test. It is needed for the diagnosis as well as to assess the severity of asthma. Hi, headaches are caused due to sinusitis which may not be noticed as you must not be knowing its symptoms. Take following medicines nat suph 30 4pills to be sucked thrice a day for 15 days kali bich 200 4pills to be sucked thrice a day for 15 days take plain water steam once a day avoid eating curd, icecreams, pickles, papad, citrus fruits, watermelon, green skin bananas, pineapple, strawberries, custard apple, guavas.

I used to sleep for 8 to 10 hours normally before but now I hardly get 5-7 hours sleep as I get up too early in the morning .i feel irritated, try hard to get back to sleep but all in vain. nowadays I sleep hardly from 1,2 am to 5, 6 am.

Dear Jay, do not consume any spicy or hot food. Herpes over entire body suggests highly immunocompressed condition. Kindly provide a detailed history. Herpes is normally seen along a single nerve root in one part of the body, extensive herpes is rare. So kindly get the diagnosis confirmed. For burning sensation you can have Coriander and Coconut in your regular diet and if possible also apply the same to the scars. Please get the diagnosis confirmed.

Sir according to ayurveda sciatica is vata disease and mainly nervous system's diseases. But if one is using excessive quantity of vata aggravating foods and behaviour then vata is vitiated in the sciatic nerve and gradually pain and inflammation arises either one leg. We suggest to avoid curd, citrus taste e. G. Pickles, tamarind and highly proteineous food. We suggest to hot water sipping boiled with ginger every half-hour. Oil massage and hot fomentation as these are vata pacifying.

1.Have a glass of whole milk (without the cream removed) with green cardamom powder before going to bed. 2.Have 1 teaspoon of licorice root powder with a glass of milk on an empty stomach in the morning. 3.Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. 4.Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. 5. Take 2 tab stresswin at night with milk for 5 days ONLY. 6. Take light meals at night and drink 10-15 glasses of water daily. 7.Stop using gadgets 1 hr before sleep.switch off lights at 11:00 pm. 8. Sleep in total dark room. 9.Add some fresh rose petals in a cup of boiling water. Keep it aside till it is lukewarm. Add ½ teaspoonful of sugar to it and have this twice a day. This is a good drink to uplift mood. 10.Do yoga daily 30 min n shavasana daily 5 min before sleep.... Do deep breathing for 2-3 min after every 1 hr....
