Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having body pain and laxity through out. To improve your immune system you have to take more haemoglobin in your diet, initially you can improve your diet and if not successful then you can take medicines to improve the immunity. It is advisable to drink or eat protein and mineral food which would be a reservoir for you to store the energy. Whenever you do breathing in and out you will feel pain in the upper back, middle back and also the pain will radiate upwards until the shoulder and also up to the chest. You might feel chest congestion and tightness and that be due to gastric trouble. Kindly do breathing exercises which might help you to get reduced with pain in the back and shoulder. Drink hot water to reduce the gastric trouble. Kindly consult gastroenterologist if you doesn’t improve.

My wife is 57 yrs old and she has been diagnosised as" dilated cardiomyopathy" patient. As per echo, the pumping rate is only 25 percent. On taking angiogram, no blocks have been noticed. She is a sugar patient as well as asthma. She also has bp. Apart from medicines, whether there is anything required to be done? how to get the pumping rate to the required level?

MD - Medicine, MBBS

Cardiomyopathy is weakness of cardiac muscles. When the blockage in the cardiac vessels has been ruled out it can be manged with drugs. Although a normal ef may not be achieved but it can be significantly improved with medicines.

you can take..tab.vit.D..OD. AND CAP.ZEVIT FOR MORNING TIREDNESS . Symptoms and Health Risks of Vitamin D Deficiency Symptoms of bone pain and muscle weakness can mean you have a vitamin D deficiency. However, for many people, the symptoms are subtle. Yet, even without symptoms, too little vitamin D can pose health risks. Low blood levels of the vitamin have been associated with the following: Increased risk of death from cardiovascular disease Cognitive impairment in older adults Severe asthma in children Cancer Research suggests that vitamin D could play a role in the prevention and treatment of a number of different conditions, including type1 and type 2 diabetes, hypertension, glucose intolerance, and multiple sclerosis. Causes of Vitamin D Deficiency Vitamin D deficiency can occur for a number of reasons: You don't consume the recommended levels of the vitamin over time. This is likely if you follow a strict vegan diet, because most of the natural sources are animal-based, including fish and fish oils, egg yolks, cheese, fortified milk, and beef liver. Your exposure to sunlight is limited. Because the body makes vitamin D when your skin is exposed to sunlight, you may be at risk of deficiency if you are homebound, live in northern latitudes, wear long robes or head coverings for religious reasons, or have an occupation that prevents sun exposure. You have dark skin. The pigment melanin reduces the skin's ability to make vitamin D in response to sunlight exposure. Some studies show that older adults with darker skin are at high risk of vitamin D deficiency.

Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation, yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, junk foods, alcohol, smoking, fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. Garlic,. Cod liver oil. I got heart attack on 25th dec. doctors did angography and then angioplasty, they put two stents now on 20th april. I again did angogram as i was unable to walk. It shows there is blockage inside both the stents. Is there a solution for this in ayurveda?

Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
Ayurveda, Bundi
Opening of blockage inside stents by ayurveda has not been reported anywhere so its not advisable to comment. However blockage inside vessels has been tried in ayurveda and long term treatment has often been heard with success. For details your reports and recent history needed to be known.

Please take bryonia 200 - once daily for next 3-4 days. Drink plenty of warm fluids. Drinking warm fluids helps to loosen the secretions in your sinuses so that your mucus flows more freely, making you feel better faster. Studies show that drinking warm fluids relieves cold symptoms such as runny nose, cough, sneezing, sore throat, and fatigue.

Dear lybrate-user, The medications you are taking are most likely to cause severe acidity. This converts into gas, causing Heart burns. Please consume foods that are easy to digest, high in alkaline context and the acidity surges should stop. Regards.

Use of refined oil is the main reason for abnormal cholesterol production in the body and many other conditions related to abnormal fat production and obesity.
Use of whole oils like til tel, groundnut oil and coconut oil is the best for good health.
