Immediately after gym you should have carbs rich foods along with protein. You can take whey protein or any other nutritional supplement. Do exercise like yoga, push ups, plank etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods. Avoid smoking, alcohol.

Please do not get scared. The most practical and ideal thing to do is to visit a physician and get your throat checked. It can be treated very easily. Let the doctor diagnose and not the internet. Hello, this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take(if no drug allergy): 1. Tablet Meftal spas one tablet stat after food 2. Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. Kindly see a physician for further management

Hello, dandruff is a big issue coming across nowadays. Mostly everyone to a certain extent is suffering from scalp roughness as well as dandruff. The simplest cure for such kind of problems is" aloe vera" juice/pulp (freshly made. Consume 4 spoons of aloe vera juice everyday besides apply aloe vera juice on your scalp as well. It may sound a hefty job to do but trust me it is the best natural remedy for your scalp. It will also help you grow your scalp healthy and your hair will look more prominent with a spark of shine. For weight gain start doing surya namaskar everyday in morning and also start doing prithvi mudra with your fingers (see image in google) everyday for 20 minutes. Below are the list of weight gaining foods, eat them regularly 1. Peanut butter 2. Whole eggs 3.100% fruit juice 4. Cheese/paneer 5. Dry fruits 6. Oats 7. Whole wheat bread 8. Yogurt 9. Brown rice 10. Banana/banana milk shake 11. Beans 12. Potatoes 13. Figs (soak 5 to 6 figs in water overnight, next day eat them in 2 parts during day- 1 month daily) 14. Raisins 15. Ghee (cow) 16. Mangoes/shakes 17. Take 1 glass cow milk and add 2 table spoon ashwagandha powder to it, then mix 1 tea spoon of ghee, stir it and drink for 1 month 2 times a day) yoga for weight gain do these asans - bhujangasana, vajra asana, pawanmuktasana, matsyaasana, shavasana & surya namaskar.

Rinse your face with water and pat dry. Mix 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon together until they are thoroughly blended and have formed a sort of paste. Apply the mask to your face (or spot treat) and leave on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse off completely, and pat your face dry.

Hi lybrate-user, I appreciate you seeking help. Your symptoms, apparently, are owing to severe acidity/ reflux. It possibly has a bearing on your dietary patterns, lifestyle and stress levels. I would suggest you to streamline your diet and lifestyle and relax/ de-stress on a regular basis. It is necessary that you stay cool and think positive. Do take more of wheat grain cereals, fresh fruits & leafy greens and ensure that the food is well cooked, bland yet tasty & easily digestible. Avoid hot, chilly, spicy & oily & greasy hard to digest foods. Also, restrict intake of tea, coffee, alcohol, and other high calorie foods like carbonated sugary drinks, packaged juices, sweets, pastries et al. It is good to take smaller amounts of food in regular intervals rather than taking three large meals. Sitting in ‘Vajrasana’ post every meal, helps digest better. Drink plenty of fluids, at least 8 – 10 glasses of water daily and avoid taking water intermittently while eating as this will hamper effective digestion of food. Brisk walk for at least 30 to 45 minutes, 5 to 6 days a week, unless you have any other health issue or advised otherwise by your doc. Amla, ginger, mint, tulsi, ripe banana, cold milk etc also help arrest acidity & associated issues. At the same time it is also advisable for one to restrict alcohol & stop smoking completely. Hope this helps arrest your acidity issues and also help prevent relapse of any gastric ulcers in future. Do take care and all the very best. Sincerely

The best way to get a flat stomach is to try high intensity cardio. This is because it burns a larger number of calories than low intensity cardio. Playing sports such as football, basketball, cricket, tennis and other sports is also helpful in promoting weight loss. You should perform cardio exercises each day for 60 minutes. Brisk walking is considered an effective cardio workout for those who suffer from joint problems, as it does not place much stress on the joints, compared to other cardio exercises such as running or cycling. Also take milk and banana daily.

It is wrong to think that Pimple acne or dandruff are skin problems of face or head is all wrong. These are just symptoms of a body laden with toxins. Therefore no local treatment like applying creams, lotions or face washes can do anything good.
