Please wake up early go for morning walk daily do pranayam and yoga daily take salads and fruits more avoid oily spicy and fast food avoid maida containing items like bread, toast, khari, biscuits etc take sy duphalac 15 ml at night in water tab pilex by himalaya 2 2 reduce your weight.

Eat smaller meals frequently than heavy meals. Eat fresh food. Avoid fermented and processed foods. Take curd,milk, buttermilk. Avoid constipation. Hope this helps u.

1.Take bland diet, Avoid spicy, oily, fatty and Junk food 2 Eat and drink slowly. 3.Avoid carbonated Drink, Beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc, 5.Avoid gas forming food like onion, bean , peas, lentil, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli,mushroom,whole wheat bread 6. Avoid oily, spicy, fatty and junk food 7. Avoid stress, anxiety 8.stop smoking 9. Go for regular exercise and avoid sedentary life style 10Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning 11.Take unienzyme 1 tablet thrice daily after food for few days. 12.consult me for further advice

What is the treatment available for fatty liver ,patient with no diabetic age 40.
1. Reduce weight if you are over weight by regular exercise, 2. Control diet by avoiding oily, fatty, cholesterol rich and high calorie diet, diary food product, fried /processed/junk food, soft drink, sugar, salt, ghee butter meat. 3. Take foods rich in omega3 fatty acid like walnut, fish oil, flax seed oil, high fiber diet, vegetables, beet/carrot and fruits 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Avoid hepato toxic drugs 4. Total abstinence from alcohol, smoking if you are having 5. Monitor your liver function test regularly and consult gastro enterologist/hepatologist for advice and treatment 6. Control diabetes/hypertension if you have 7. Take hepato protective drugs like liv 52 2 tablets twice daily 8. Consult physician for further advice.

I am having hard thick stool since a week. Change in place is there. Also I am eating ladoo of ghee given to delivery patients as I had a miscarriage. No else change. The stool are so thick to pass that I need to exert pressure of abdomen to let it come out. Please guide. Water drinking is 5-6litres per day.

It's advised to you to eat salad with food all the time and eat Papaya daily in afternoon or evening... You can take freego or lactifibre 3 teaspoon in one glass of water during night time... Msg me if are not relived or needs further advice.. Have a great health

Home Remedy- 1-Mixing two teaspoonfuls of ghee in a glassfull of milk and taking this once a day acts as a liner inside the gut and will heal all the destruction caused by the high flow of Pitta. Treatment- 1-Take pranacharya aceno syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. 2-Take pranacharya aceno capsule 1-1 twice a day. 3-Take avipattikar churna 1-1 gm with warm water. 4-Take pranacharya udar bhaskar kshar churna twice a day with warm water. Diet-take fresh butter milk empty stomach. Avoid tea. Coffee.spicy food. Junk food.

I feel heaviness and a kind of mild continuous pain inside and around my anus. L am told I have piles. Sometimes I bleed. What should I do to get rid of this problem. Please advise.

Correct your life style first. Have fixed routine for everything you do. Take regular PPI before meals for 14 days. Take cats nap after lunch n brisk walk after dinner. Avoid spicy food. Bakery items n tea coffey mixed with milk. If not relieved in 2 weeks get upper g.i. Endoscopy done.

Here are some home remedies to cure acidity.  - Skip the aerated drinks as well as the caffeine. Opt for herbal tea instead.  - Have a glass of lukewarm water everyday.  - Include banana, watermelon and cucumber in your daily diet. Watermelon juice is great for curing acidity.  - Nariyal paani is known to soothe the system if you suffer from acidity.  - Drink a glass of milk - everyday.  - Have your last meal at least two to three hours before you hit the sack.  - Keeping long intervals between meals is another cause for acidity. Have small but regular meals.  - Try to avoid pickles, spicy chutneys, vinegar, etc.  - Boil some mint leaves in water and have a glass of this after meals.
