Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine asteris rubens 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.

Make a mixture by adding mishri 200gms, mulethi 100gn and amla 100gms. Take 1 tsp of this mixture daily empty stomach with water.

Dear sir, if both problems are present simultaneously, then it is important to evaluate properly before treating. For kidney stones, a 24 hour urine metabolic work up including calcium, uric acid, phosphorus, sodium, oxalate, citrate, magnesium and creatinine is done to rule out hypercalciuria. Then specific treatment for kidney stones can be started based on the results. Bone pain needs to be evaluated with dexa scan. Unless there is osteopenia or osteoporosis, there is no need to give calcium supplements. Finally even if calcium is required, it is preferable to give calcium citrate for stone patients. Most importantly, it should be give along with meals so that the calcium binds with oxalate in food and is excreted as calcium oxalate in stools. Hope I have answered your query, best regards,

Hello- you can get a fair skin naturally by following these tips. 1) change your routine. >protect yourself from the sun. >exfoliate your skin a few times a week. Doing manual exfoliation can really help to lighten the skin, since the process takes off dead skin cells. >be realistic with your expectations. Skin that is already naturally dark is very hard to lighten more than a shade or two, especially using natural methods. 2) natural lightening treatments >make a lemon juice rinse. >rub your skin with raw potato.

I am having itching sensation inside my vagina during night, and I can feel few rashes, when I put my fingers inside. I maintain hygiene, and keep my vagina absolutely clean by washing overtime with water. Pls suggest medicines to cure the vaginal itching and rashes.

Hello- The probable reason behind your vaginal itching and rash is your acidic vaginal secretion. As you live in Kolkata, certain food items like rice, fish, curd, spicy diet, salty diet, excessive use of pain killers etc decreases the Ph of body fluids or make them acidic and causes these symptoms as mentioned by you. Avoid these food items, coconut milk, milk, ghee, sweets etc are going to benefit you by decreasing the acidity of the fluids. You can also apply pure coconut oil locally in the affected areas. Ayurvedic medications like Chandraprabhavati and Chandanasava can also reduce your symptoms quickly with above changes. Do share your feedback on lybrate.

Hi lybrate-user to reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

हमारे जिन्दा रहने के लिए हवा का होना बेहद जरुरी है. लेकिन ये हवा साफ-सुथरी होनी चाहिए. यदि प्रदूषित हवा (जिसमें ओज़ोन, नाइट्रोजन डाईऑक्साइड, बारीक कण, डीज़ल से निकले कण आदि मिश्रित हों) लेंगे तो ये हमारे जिन्दगी को मुश्किलों से भर देगा. इसलिए जितना हो सके प्रदूषित हवा से बचें. कुछ प्राकृतिक एंटी-ऑक्सिडेंट्स हमारे शरीर को इस खतरनाक प्रदूषण से लड़ने में मदद करते हैं. यहाँ हम आप कुछ ऐसे पोषक तत्वों के बारे में बताएंगे जिससे आप कुछ हद तक वायु प्रदुषण से होने वाले नुकसान से बच सकते हैं. को अपने रूटीन में शामिल करके स्वस्थ रह सकते हैं. दरअसल फेफड़े के परत पर उपस्थित बचाने वाले एंटी-ऑक्सिडेंट्स जब तक ज्यादा मात्रा में होते हैं तब तक इन सब से तब तक लड़ते हैं. लेकिन जैसे ही इनकी संख्या कम होती है प्रदूषित कण हमारे प्रतिरक्षातंत्र पर हमला कर देते हैं और शरीर को मुक्त कणों के माध्यम से प्रभावित करते हैं. इसलिए अआप्को वायु प्रदुषण से बचने के लिए इन पोषक तत्वों को अपने दैनिक आहार में शामिल करना चाहिए.

1. विटामिन सी
विटामिन सी को पानी में घुलनशील होने के कारण हमारे शरीर के लिए सबसे शक्तिशाली एंटी-ऑक्सिडेंट माना जाता है. ये पानी के द्वारा पुरे शरीर में जाकर मुक्त कणों की सफाई करता है. चूँकि हमारी सांस फेफड़ों से होकर ही जाती है इसलिए विटामिन सी की यहाँ मौजूदगी के लिए इसके स्त्रोत आहारों को अपने दैनिक आहार में शामिल करें. विटामिन सी की भूमिका विटामिन ई के निर्माण में भी होती है.इसके लिए आपको सिट्रस फ्रूट्स, चौलाई, गोभी, शल्जम का साग, धनिया के पत्ते, आंवला, अमरूद, नींबू का रस आदि लेते रहना चाहिए.
2. विटामिन ई
वसा में घुलनशील विटामिन ई हमारे उतकों को क्षतिग्रस्त होने से बचाता है. इसका प्रमुख स्त्रोत खाना बनाने में उपयोग किए जाने वाले तेल जैसे कि सूरजमुखी, सैफ्फलाउर और राइस ब्रान तेल आदि हैं. इसके अलावा ये कनौला, पीनट और जैतून के तेल में भी मौजूद होता है. इसके लिए आप बादाम कुछ मछली के साथ मसाले और जड़ी बूटियां जैसे मिर्च पाउडर, पैप्रिका, लौंग, ओरिगौनो, बैज़ल और पार्सले आदि का सेवन कर सकते हैं.
3. बीटा कैरोटिन
बीटा कैरोटिन एक ऐसा एंटी-ऑक्सिडेंट है जो कि इंफ्लैमेशन को निंयत्रित रखने में बहुत महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है. इसकी एक खासियत ये भी है कि ये हमारे शरीर के अन्दर विटामिन ए में बदल जाता है. इसके लिए आपको अपने दैनिक आहार में हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियां जैसे चौलाई का साग, धनिया, मेथी, लेटस और पालक आदि का सेवन करना चाहिए. आप चाहें तो इसे पाने के लिए मूली के पत्ते और गाजर भी खा सकते हैं.
4. ओमेगा 3 फैट
वायु प्रदुषण हमारे शरीर में कई परेशानियाँ पैदा करता है. यह साँसों के रूप में ह्रदय में जाकर यह शरीर को वायु प्रदूषण से पहुंचने वाले हानिकारक प्रभावों से बचाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है. ऐसे में दिल के स्वस्थ बनाए रखने के लिए नट्स और बीज जैसे अखरोट, चिया के बीज, अलसी के बीज को दही में डालकर खाना ठीक रहता है. इसके अलावा मेथी के बीज, सरसों के बीज, हरे पत्तेदार सब्जियां, काले चने, राजमा और बाजरा आदि कुछ ऐसे खाद्य पदार्थ हैं जिसमें ओमेगा 3 की मौजूदगी होती है.
5. हल्दी
हल्दी के औषधीय गुण आपको वायु प्रदुषण से भी बचाने के काम आते हैं. जाहिर है ये एक लोकप्रिय एंटी-ऑक्सिडेंट है और प्रदूषण के जहरीले प्रभावों से फेफड़ों को बचाने में इसकी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है. यदि आप हल्दी को घी के साथ मिलाकर खाएं तो इससे खांसी और अस्थमा में आराम मिलता है. जब भी अस्थमा अटैक हो तो उस दौरान गुड़ के साथ हल्दी और मक्खन देने से राहत मिलती है.
6. हरीतकी
वायु प्रदुषण से बचाने में हरीतकी की भी भूमिका महत्वपूर्ण होती है. यदि आप हरीतकी को गुड़ के साथ मिश्रित करके सोने से पहले और सुबह में लें टी इससे कफ में आराम मिलता है. यही नहीं अस्थमा के दौरान भी आयुर्वेद कड़वी और कसैली फूड से भरपूर डाइट है, जो मीठे या नमकीन फूड के विपरीत होती है.

Home remedy for Dry Cough
5 basil leaves, 4 black pepper, 4 munakka, 5 gms liquorice (mulethi), 3 gms banafsha - boil these in 200 ml of water till it becomes 100 ml. Filter it. Add 2-3 patasha in it and drink lukewarm for 3-4 nights. Sleep well covered. Dry cough will be relieved.
You can also have steam with vicks

Hello. Face skin is very sensitive. Avoid wax on face. She need proper medicine. Tell her to consult the doctor for full treatment. Avoid using any product on face without doctor's prescription. Use mild face wash. Drink plenty of water. Avoid fast food. Do not touch face too much. It will increase pimples. Wash face with plain water 2 times a day. Do these to reduce pimples.

Or all those who want to put on weight are suggested to keep distance from junk foods which are not healthy for the body, since they are surely going add weight to the body but at the same time they also are said to add bad fat to the body. Go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: salmon tuna paneer soya beans soya paneer-tofu eggs shrimps granola bars cheese paneer yoghurt walnuts dates apricots anjeer raisins nuts and oil seeds peanut butter chicken breast gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. I suggest you begin implementing one principle each week and watch your body stack on more muscle to your frame each week.

Have some warm application over it. And try to do yoga daily for at least 15-20 mins daily when you are not in periods. This will help you to tone up your muscles.
