Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Hi, to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Eat healthy foods more frequently.Take whole cream milk or milk shake.Add ghee,cream,butter,cheese,jam,jelly with food extra amount.Eat banana 3-4pcs/day.Use weight gainer supplement.Eat more dense vegetables like sweet potato with white potato,peas,carrot,beet and others.Take more dense fruits.Take extra protein and use healthy fat in cooking more.Eat nuts,seeds.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals.Do exercise like swimming,skipping,push up,sit ups,yoga.Along with these play tennis,volley boll for god height.

Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Drink lot of water everyday. Take high fiber low fat diet. Do regular exercise. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for detailed diet plan.

Best way to gain weight fast in a healthy way is only through eating right nutritious foods. This will help to gain weight fast without disturbing body metabolism. Everybody knows milk and egg is a healthiest combo that will offer plenty of health benefits. Those who want to gain weight fast should drink milk by adding natural honey both morning as well as in night daily. Also take 1-2 eggs everyday in any form. Pasta and potato contains rich carbohydrates and starch which ultimately helps for weight gain.

Firstly get your thyroid tested. For hand shakes eat 15 walnuts everyday within 30 days your hand shakes will be cured, eat 5 walknuts, then after 2 hours 5 than after 3 hours 5 walnuts, chew them properly. There are 2 kinds of tulsi leaves we come across. One is" ram tulsi" (which is lighter in shade) and the other one is" shyam tulsi" (which is darker in shade) you have to consume 10-15 leaves of" shyam tulsi" which means the leaves with darker shade. Take 20 to 25 leaves of shyam tulsi and grind it into a paste. Boil this paste in 100 ml of water until the water comes down to the level of 50 ml. Then mix 1 table spoon honey or jaggery in it. Consume this water swallowing (never chew tulsi because it has mercury in it will damage your teeth) the leave remains daily in 3 installments without break. I guarantee you that you will feel better instantly and will get a permanent cure in some days. Besides natural remedies doesn't even have any side effects along with them. Besides keep yourself warm and away from cold/heat. Tulsi is the medicines of all problem, consume it regularly 12 months! thanks.

Ideally your body weight should be within 82 kgs to be under 23 kg/m2 BMI which is recommended for Indians.

Healthy diet: while trying to gain weight, the focus should be more on eating healthy foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals. Healthy food includes meat, poultry, unsaturated plant fats, low-fat milk, healthy starch content, vegetables, fruits and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. Research suggests that umami flavour inrceases satiety and enhances appetite.

I am going to gym since june from july's end I am feeling that my energy get loss day by day what should I do.

The fact that you are having a lack of energy after going to the gym means there is" muscle loss and not fat loss" Concentrate on fat loss and not muscle loss by following the right diet plan along with the right exercise.
