I have a ring over my neck and over my waist. From tha past 3 months. I'll try many medicines but it's not work. And the rind (daad) is being bigger between every 10-15 days.in the ring area there is too much itching. And my body feels too much hot (garm) at day or night. please help.

Your calorie intake has to be increased to atleast 2200 to 2500 calories. Eat frequent meals atleast 6-7 meals per day. Take good quality proteins. And also drink warm milk with a pinch of turmeric and a pinch of ginger powder along with 3-4 dates every night before bedtime.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert.

I am 24 years old. Last month I got to know that I don't have my right kidney and left one has a swelling. But I don't feel any problem with myself and I am fit. My GFR reading is 94ml/min. Doing pyeloplasty operation at this point of time is necessary or I can avoid for now? I was about to join my 1st ship in merchant navy when I got to know this. Please help.

Hi, your gfr is very good for a single kidney. Did you have any pain or urine infection? if you can share the ultrasound report, I will be in a better position to guide you. Otherwise, since the ultrasound shows hydronephrosis, next step is to get a dtpa scan (with f-15 protocol) done. It is done in nuclear imaging centers. It will show whether the swelling is really dangerous to kidney or not. If dtpa scan show obstruction, then its better to undergo pyeloplasty. Since you are asymptomatic with good gfr, I feel that your dtpa will be normal and you may not need pyeloplasty. However, since you have a single kidney with swelling further evaluation in the form of dtpa scan is a must. Wish you good health,

If u have fungal infection,y did u apply anti dermatitis cream?Avoid tight undergarments. Wear loose cotton underclothes. Keep the private parts dry. Remove any form of moisture that accumulates. Change underclothes regularly. Reduce weight. Tinea is due to a fungal infection which grows in hot, humid, wet environments. You need to use antifungals.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Try bland diet without much oil/ Spices/ Pickles/ Papad. Avoid Tea /Coffee. Take fresh juice and avoid packed juices which contain Preservatives. Eat Breakfast/Lunch/ Dinner at regular time. I am very tired. I am a 11th student. I needs to wake up early for my tutionss. When I wake half way of my sleep. I become very tied in class I usually wake 8: 00 clock. That is after finishing my sleep. But now I am breaking my sleep using alarm. I sleep very late. When I tryy to sleep early it doesn't work. Also I am an addict to my phone. What should I do.
