Hello It must be extremely difficult on your part to undergo chemotherapy. I hope you are the taking the medicines for nausea and vomiting. The best thing to do is eat small frequent meals. Try eating cold foods too. Eat calorie dense food. That will give you more energy Please take care. All the best !

1. For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. 4. Eat healthy n light food .. 5. Drink plenty of fluids.. 6. Avoid constipation... 7. Walk 1km daily in evening... 8 .Follow up after a week.

As per data given by you, child is grossely undernourished & root cause is obviously under/faulty feeding habits. You have to be strict about it & teach him what is good for his health. Cut down on junk food, excesive sugars. Without any hitch. You should practice what is good for his health & not what child demands.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. No their are different supplement for different disease. A tb patient should take cery high amount of calories, upto 3000kcal per day so if it can not be taken by diet then they sholud start with a spplement.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To increase your weight you have to take a balanced diet along with doing regular exercise - your diet should include fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein containing foods to build muscles such as milk & milk products such ad paneer, curds, buttermilk, eggs, non- veg like seafood, chicken, soyabeans, sprouts, legumes, nuts like almonds, walnuts, pistachios, peanuts, include one of these items in each meal & also have snacks in between meals - have 8-10 glasses of water or more if you are exercising &sweating - do aerobic exercises like jogging, swimming, cycling for 20-30 min, do moderate weight lifting exercises two - three times a week to build muscles which will help in increasing your weight - as you increase your exercise your appetite will gradually increase - also sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night to improve your metabolism.

To gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions. 1 start eating high energy high protein food.
