Hello lybrate-user, your BMI is normal as of now. So why do you want to increase your weight and thereby increasing your BMI. As of now, according to your age the BMI is correct. I am suffering from ringworm since last 10 months near inner thighs and buttocks area. I have been prescribed for Funzi It powder. Itaspor & Xyzal tablet. absorbs soap. After using these medicines it was cured for a month den again it came back have used Ointments like dk gel memasone onabet al these recommended by Derma. Pls suggest some permanent cure medication or home remedies.

Fungal infection never gets cured by mometasone and dusting powder and soaps. Please buy the best brand of itraconazole (Sporonox or canditral) 100 mg twice daily and take it for 3 to 4 weeks with lemon and water or food. Add two variant topical anti fungal Nizral cream and Loceryl cream, mix and apply it for 4 weeks. Take tablet Teczine 5 mg for two weeks. 80% Relief will come in 2 weeks and 100% in 4 weeks. The drugs are written in good faith and are available on prescription only and any side effect arising out of these drugs needs to be reported to qualified dermatolgist.

To gain weight, you should eat every 2-3 hours. Have 6 -7 meals in a day with healthy and high calorie foods. Include milkshakes, cheese sandwiches, paneer or aloo parathas in your breakfast. Lunch and dinner should be 3 - 4 chapatis with vegetable, rice and dal. Add a sweetdish after meals. In between snacks can be cookies, ice-creams, juices, dry fruits like kaju, kismis, badaam, peanuts, dhoklas, idlis, bhelpuri, aloo chaat etc.

Hello lybrate-user, you can very well improve your weight by following healthy diet in a proper way along with the exercise - Eat more often and don’t drink water or soups before your meal - Drink energy dense juices like mango, avacado, sapota, banana etc - Munch on nuts, - Add healthy foods like fruits and vegetables - Add butter, cheese in your diet (full fat ones rather than low fat one) - Have a good sleep - Exercise daily Thank u. Hi No need to count the calories as long as you choose the right food. Listen to your body and eat for hunger. Eat three good balanced nutritious meal. Be physically active as that helps in improving appetite. Eat lentils, legumes,fish, egg, regularly. Doing muscle strengthening exercises helps in building muscle. Include various shakes and smoothies, dry fruits and nuts, ghee and other healthy fats, multigrain or whole wheat bread, cheese to your diet. Eat more potatoes, rice and bananas. You can also try peanut butter or other nut butters. Increase your protein consumption. If you eat non-veg, eat it more often. If not then have paneer, chickpeas, dals and other beans and lentils.
