LDL (low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, also called" bad" cholesterol)------------------LDL cholesterol can build up on the walls of your arteries and increase your chances of getting heart disease. That is why LDL cholesterol is referred to as" bad" cholesterol. The lower your LDL cholesterol number, the lower your risk. If your LDL is 190 or more, it is considered very high. Your doctor will most likely recommend medicines in addition to making healthy lifestyle choices. After figuring your 10-year risk, your doctor will recommend a percentage by which you should try to lower your LDL level through diet, exercise, and medication if necessarY---------- HDL (high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, also called" good" cholesterol)---------------------When it comes to HDL cholesterol --" good" cholesterol – a higher number means lower risk. This is because HDL cholesterol protects against heart disease by taking the" bad" cholesterol out of your blood and keeping it from building up in your arteries. To clear the burn marks - • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water. • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it. *Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the marks. *Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes.

Hello, you are not clear,please. If U are 6.1 feet tall, your weight ( 52 kg) is less than d required weight limit,facing belly problem. However, go for aerobic exercise for abdominal muscle. Tk, Homoeo medicne: @ phytoberryQ -10 drops,thrice with little water. Tk care.

Dear lybrate user, hair growth occurs in cycles. Each cycle consists of a long growing phase (anagen), a short transitional phase (catagen) and a short resting phase (telogen). At the end of the resting phase, the hair falls out (exogen) and a new hair starts growing in the follicle beginning the cycle again. Normally, about 40 hairs reach the end of their resting phase each day and fall out. When more than 100 hairs fall out per day, clinical hair loss may occur. Hair loss have many causes such as:- 1) shrinkage of the hair follicles due to the influence of androgenic hormones. 2) under-nutrition of the hair due to fungal infection on the scalp. 3) effects of radio therapy or chemotherapy. 4) nutritional deficiencies. 5) autoimmune diseases. Modes of treatment for hairfall/alopecia includes surgical modes, oral medicine & local external application. The minimum duration of the course of oral medicines & external application is 6 months. You need the following medications:- 1) take 5 drops of thuja 1000, once in a week. 2) take 5 drops of homoeopathic acid flour 200 every morning before brushing your teeth. 3) take 4 tablets from biochemic kali sulph 6x tablets, thrice daily. There are methods by which you can gain centimeters of height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowly lower down your heels back on the floor and breath out the air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towards toes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. * first stand barefoot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walk At Least 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for at least 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height is controlled by growth hormone which is secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stress free lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitary gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height. 6. Common signs and symptoms of dengue fever include: High fever, possibly as high as 105°F (40°C) Pain behind the eyes and in the joints, muscles and/or bones. Severe headache. Rash over most of the body. Mild bleeding from the nose or gums. Bruising easily. 1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% protein, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet, don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /6-8 glasses of water daily.

Day 1:

Being the first day, it is always the hardest. Try to keep yourself away from all kinds of cravings as you will be consuming only fruits. You can consume all the fruits, excluding grapes, bananas, litchi and mangoes. You can have them in any quantity you like. It is suggested that you consume more watermelon, lime, oranges, apples, pomegranates, strawberries and melons. You can eat 20 times a day, but you should eat only fruits.

Day 2:

Like the first day, the second day is 'all veggies day'. You can eat nothing but vegetables and only vegetables. Boiled or raw vegetables will do. You can even begin your day with a boiled potato and a teaspoon of butter. This is done in order to give the body enough energy and carbohydrates for the day. But after that only raw and boiled vegetables. Only one potato this day is enough, don't consume more than that. Adding a pinch of oregano or basil seasoning to make the vegetables more edible is perfect. Day 2 is a calorie free day with a good amount of fibre and nutrients. If you make it through day two, you are definitely dedicated!

Day 3:

Day 3 is a combination of day 1 and 2. You can eat the mentioned fruits and vegetables. Eat any quantity and any amount you like and drink lots of water as directed. You need to avoid potatoes on day 3 as you are getting enough carbohydrates supply from the fruits. Your system is all set to burn the excess pounds.

Day 4:

Everything has its perfect time if you believe in this saying then you're right. Remember how you were told not to eat bananas on the first three days? well on the 4th day of the vegetarian diet for losing weight, you have the liberty to eat up to 6 bananas for the whole day. You can drink up to 4 glasses of milk. You must have heard that bananas help in weight gain, however in this diet, they act as a source of potassium and sodium for the body. Since the intake of salt is reduced, bananas will do the job.

You can also have one cup of a highly diluted soup for a meal. The soup should consist of capsicum, onions, garlic and tomatoes. You can drink it only 1 time a day, it is only to refresh your taste buds from all the vegetable and fruit intake.

Day 5:

Day 5 is a festival day for you, as you can have a tasty meal. You can munch on tomatoes, sprouts and cottage cheese, also known as paneer in India. You can also add soya chunks to you meal. Make a tasty soup with the mentioned ingredients and drink it. Make sure to increase your water intake on day 5.

You can eat up to 6 tomatoes and increase the water intake with 1/4 of the daily consumption. This is done in order to cleanse your body from uric acid. The tomatoes are for the fibre and digestion process. The water will purify your body from all kinds of toxins.

Day 6:

Day 6 is a little different today 5. You will be eating sprouts, cottage cheese and other vegetables but by excluding tomatoes. No tomatoes on day 6, avoid them. The tasty soup and lots of water should help you through your day. Vegetables will provide vitamins and fibre to your body. You will already notice a change in your body by this time. Continue consuming a good amount of water every day.

Day 7:

The last and final day of the diet plan. This is the most important day. You will be feeling light with your toes and happy inside out. You can have fresh fruit juice, one cup of brown rice or half chapati and other vegetables you would want to eat. You can complete your day with the consumption of water. That is the whole diet plan for 7 days. If you can follow it strictly, no one can stop you from gaining a healthy and slimmer body. The below tips will help you to plan your 7 days effectively.
 

  • No fruit juices allowed in the first 6 days. Try to increase water intake to 15 glasses by the fifth day
  • Completely avoid tea coffee or alcohol. You can replace these with black tea, black coffee and lime water (all these are without sugar)
  • A 45-minute workout on alternative days will help you get the best results.
  • In case this weight loss program you are undertaking is for a particular occasion, try it 2 months beforehand with 2 to 3 days gap after every 7 days.
  • Vegetables can be taken in salad form or eaten as a whole. You can dress it in squeezed lemon, herbs, garlic or even white or wine vinegar. Nothing else should be added to this.
  • The soup recipe given can be consumed in unlimited quantities. It will be a pleasure to eat while you are following this diet regime. In case you do not like the ingredients, you can add other vegetables like cauliflower, corn, peas, asparagus, cabbage and others. Try to stay away from all type of beans (kidney, lima, pinto etc) they are said to be high in calories.

hi. its unlikely that wearing helmet will give you significant hair fall. very negligible hairfall may occur bcos of wearing helmet. Hair fall occurs due to many reasons. Common causes are hormonal, nutritional deficiences like iron, proteins, vit d, local inflammation in scalp, stress chemical tretment of hair and any systemic illness or medication. Very important to find the cause of hairfall and then treat accordingly. Every patient would have a different reason for hairfall.

For the past 2 weeks I was having itching in my scrotal skins and base of my penis. And 4 days earlier I have discovered that I have developed some peeling of skin in some areas in my scrotum and penis base. Its very small although but seems like new skin has emerged and the new one is somewhat like light red. Its like my old dark scrotal and penile skin are no more in those specific areas. I have visited a dermatologist and he said its nothing serious and its due to something I am worried about too much. He gave me momate cream and coconut oil for genitals. He said its not looking like any fungal or bacterial infection. I have not applied the momate cream cause I have heard it can reactivate tuberculosis cause I had pleural tb earlier nad recovered frm it few months back. Now I am worried. Its very uncomfortable wen the pant is getting rubbed at those spots. Its itching also. And those places where it seems like dat my old skin is no more and the skin has got peeled off. Whats happening? I have neosporin powder at those spots. those spots itches specially during my sleep most of the times. I am worried. Is it something serious? Well I had oral sex with my girlfriend few days back and she was having a sort infection in her groin areas and my penis and scrotal has touched those places. Your bp seems to be highly variable. The giddiness is because of the high blood pressure & also when the bp comes down. Are you on any bp tablets? are you a diabetic? check your bp every day for a week. Record it. We will be in a position to find out the average reading.
