Please suggest to recover from piles of my wife. No pain but blood is flowing. Age 25.

PDDM, MHA, MBBS
General Physician, Nashik
If you are having piles and bleeding, it may be due to constipation or damage of anal mucosa due to hard stools. I would suggest you Sitz bath: take hot water in a tub and add betadine solution, cover your anal area and sit for 15-20 minutes twice a day if possible thrice a day. It will reduce bleeding and helpful for healing. Wash the anal area with mild soap, pat dry and apply the Lignocaine jelly after bowel movement and at bedtime. Liquid cremaffin plus 2 tsp twice a day. You should prevent constipation by eating healthy food, which contains fiber. Avoid spicy, fatty, heavy meals and meat. Avoid smoking if you smoke. If your symptoms persist, I would suggest you visit a general surgeon for clinical and physical examination to know about degree of hemorrhoids. Treatment (medical or surgical) can be decided by surgeon. Hope I have answered your query. If you have any queries, I will be happy to help you. Thank you.

Hi sir, I have been suffering with Headache for the past 8 years and rounded several eye hospitals which didn't yield me anything in curing it. Finally a mam has suggested me to consult a Neurologist and I am here. The symptoms are worse and hard to bear when I am affected with Headache. It comes on the either side of the head and results in vomiting sometimes. Neck nerves in-turn pains me and sound like a break of a glass. I couldn't concentrate on my work and hands shiver often. I can't see heavy lights and couldn't bear some smells when I was with Headache. I feel like my BP goes down sometimes and finds dizziness. I feel like so stressed and all my bones make a crazy noise when I stretch out myself for a relax. Walking in Sun, Journey, Nervousness, Sleeplessness are some of the major reasons that brings me headache. I am currently using Grenil and Sibelium prescribed by an eye specialist and I didn't find any change from them. A bad sleep is the only medicine that cures my headache and I thank God for making this available for human kind. Please help me out with necessary steps I need to take before my case goes serious. I hope you would show me a better path in making me lead a healthy life. Thank you.

Dear Lybrate user. Phimosis is a very common problem. In most of the cases You can clear the problem yourself. Apply oil on your foreskin and on the glans. Move the foreskin forward and back slowly without hurting you much. Because the oil is lubricant, it will be easier than without oil. Do this forward and back movement 20 times several times in a day. Repeat the same every day for around one month. You will get the elasticity and you will be able to retract the foreskin completely. Take care.

I have a very thin and less hair but my hair is silky. What can I do to hv more hair?

Vaidya Visharad
Ayurveda, Narnaul
Whole grains include brown rice, oats, cereals, wheat, etc. Which are the powerhouses of diverse nutrients. Oats, plain or brown rice are good sources of complex carbohydrates and help build your muscles. On the other hand, cereals are a high calorie food. They must be consumed as morning meal. •Brown rice can be a filling food because of its fiber, carbohydrates and protein content. If you are planning for a healthy weight gain, then combine rice with some other nutrient and calorie-dense foods. Instead of water, cook them in broth or milk. You may also add butter or cheese over the top. Starchy vegetables and dried fruits can be mixed.

I am a 25 year old male and have severe limb pains and joint pains which have worsened over the years request you to check and give a solution.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hi. Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? any underlying medical condition? the pain in legs can be because of - muscle cramps (due to tiredness or dehydration), shin splints (doing activity over and over on hard surfaces can bring this on. You may also be more likely to get shin splints if you have flat feet or your feet turn outward. Rest your legs to feel better. Ice helps), tendinitis (you can get it from overworking the calf muscle or climbing the stairs, apply ice to get some relief), sprains (do rest, ice, compression & elevation). Other causes are varicose veins, arterial disease, sciatica, diabetic neuropathy. Medication: meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - arnica 200 and rhus tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply schwabe's topi-arnica and topi mp gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.

What type of treatment can be done is it neccesary to replace the back tooth. And what is this problem of the bone losing grip on the teeth.?

B.D.S

Hello, to replace the missing teeth one can go for fixed or removable artificial teeth choice is yours. For the tooth of other side you must visit dentist for proper check up. All teeth are held by the bone of jaw as the age advances the bone resorption occurs leads to weakend the tooth to hold in there place and causes the tooth mobility. Thank you drjagrati.

My friend is suffering from severe hair loss. He is only 21 years old. Can you suggest simple methods so as to reduce the problem of hair fall. And also suggest methods to get back the lost hair.

Advanced Aesthetics
Ayurveda, Gulbarga
Pattern hair loss in men is not a result of stress. It is not a result of wearing that baseball cap every day (and while you sleep). It is not a result of having worn your hair in a ponytail during your wild years. It is not a result of a nutrient deficiency, and it is absolutely not due to excess sweating, or sebum on your scalp. Male pattern hair loss is called androgenic alopecia for a reason. Its the result of hormones (androgens) and a genetic predisposition" andro-genetic. Simply put, you're losing hair because you are genetically predisposed to. Your follicles have been programmed to become sensitive to the changing hormonal activity in your scalp. Put another way, certain follicles become sensitive to your naturally occurring hormones, and the body begins to slowly reject them what is the significance of this? only two types of treatments are going to work: treatments that address the hormonal sensitivity, or treatments that stimulate growth despite it. This sentence is the holy grail of this web site, and it eliminates about 99% of the products you see advertised? if you want more tips on how to make your hair grow faster, try warm oil scalp massage. It? s a very easy trick, but it works wonders! just heat up a little bit of oil (my most loved oils for this purpose are: linen oil, olive oil, coconut oil, argan oil and jojoba oil); never boil the oil, just slightly warm it up, so that it? s pleasantly warm and comfortable to touch, then, gently massage your scalp with this treatment or ask your partner to do it for you. If you have a friend or, better, a lover, who will give you this wonderful head massage, this experience will become even more pleasant! ask them to massage your head, gently going through the roots of your hair in circular motions. This scalp massage can last for about fifteen or twenty minutes; then spread the oil on the length of your hair, wait for about half an hour and shampoo your locks thoroughly; you might even need to shampoo your hair twice. Not only this experience is very relaxing, but also, you will love the result. This treatment works wonders for the hair growth and makes your tresses look very shiny, glossy and healthy, especially, if you do it regularly. Healthy eating a vitamin-rich diet is probably the best way to get a healthy head of hair because it stimulates the speed of hair growth. Fruit, vegetables and iron-containing foods should be on your shopping list if you want healthy hair. Consult hair growth treatment apply tugain 5% and ketoconazole shampoo and tab-health-ok tab-biotin any queries inform me.
