hello , apart from medications just take proper nutrition include healthy fruits and vegetables like apple,chiku, muskmelons,mangoes, cheese, dal, green vegetables, also add dairy products milk,butter, ghee in a.proper amount. do strength training exercise twice in aweek

Precise alignment and balancing of the new knee implants is imperative for its long time survival - that's where technology kicks in. The computer helps us to accurately define the axis and the angles so that your new knee fits well and is placed within millimeters of defined scientific parameters. It reduces the chances of human error towards the placement of the new knee implants. If the implants are not aligned well it leads to pain, poor function and early loosening and failure of the surgery. This technology has lead to an improvement in the precision factor of the surgery and made the results more predictable and reproducible.

How is it different from the conventional/regular knee replacement surgery and what advantages can you derive from the procedure?

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Hello lybrate-user, try to take small & frequent meal. Don't starv. Avoid simple sugar and preserve products from your diet. Avoid processed food. Stock up on healthy food & snacks. Drink sufficient water. Daily work out approx for 30-40 minutes. You can also go through a calorie counting diet chart with the help of a dietician. And most important thing don't get disappointed, always be happy.

Most of the brands of green tea available in the market are ok. Some brands are lemon flavoured, ginger flavoured, that will add taste to the tea. Brewing; 1. Boil the water >200degrees c 2. If dip tea, dip for 10 minutes, stir and drink it. 3. If powdered leaves put in the boiled water for 10 minutes, filter and drink it. 4. If you are not diabetic add one teaspoon of honey, good for health. Leaves are not sold as green tea leaves in market. If you go yo some tea estate you can get as a friendly gesture.
