Food 2. Physical Activity/ Exercise" "Lifestyle modifications 1. Start some sort of exercise walk 45 mins/day or 10 mins after everymeal 2. Eat every 3hourly 3. Climb stairs instead of going by lift 4. Walk during ad breaks on TV 5. Park your car far away and walk to the entrance 6. Avoid eating outside foods, fried, oily, sugary foods, papads, 7. Hi Lybrate user There is no direct connection between low blood level and weight gain, but other relative factors can be the reason for not gaining weight. Hi, I am regularly doing gym for 5 days a week. I have done gym for around 3 years although not continuous. But I am not getting muscles and weight. My height is 5'5" and wt. 52 kg. Check for your Stress level and sleep pattern. If your stress level is high (Physical / mental) or went to sleep in late hours or have Disturbed sleep. During stress, our breath becomes shallow .that leads to low oxygen concentration of the body. That results in low muscle percentage and higher fat percentage. Correct your things: like practice deep breath whenever you are stressed or at least 5 times a day. Improve your sleep pattern. Went to sleep by 10: 00 PM. Keep following healthy eating pattern. And also, go for Thyroid Profile test.
