Is there any problem that we'll face in future on continuous masturbating 2 -3 times a day.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
Is there any problem that we'll face in future on continuous masturbating 2 -3 times a day.
Masturbation may be done at intervals of 35 days or more than 35 days to prevent any adverse effects on the body although doing it once or twice a week is bearable but doing masturbation 2-3 times/day will certainly cause some adverse effects on your body both mentally as well as physically----------. During these activities, many important minerals, hormones, and fluids responsible for the following are rapidly lost. It is a fact that just as our body requires food for energy and so whenever we are hungry we eat something, in the same way lust for sex keeps our mind hungry and this lust leads us to activities like masturbation or watching porn. We say that sex improves health but masturbation takes life from a person, steadily. Sex is with a partner and it's best with someone that you are in relationship with. Lust is an entity in itself and it will keep coming to steal your energy, if you keep feeding it. There is a much bigger picture here. You are giving away and losing something that is better to protect. This energy also helps with manifesting positive things in a person's life. It's very precious to just give away. That's why the lust comes to take it from you. Masturbation and porn addictions lead to shame, guilt, and worry. Effects of excessive masturbation on the genital parts -------" -----wet dreams or nocturnal emissions -----erectile dysfunction (ed) -----small size of penis -----incontinence -----discharge of semen along with urine -----premature ejaculation (only 10-15 minutes instead of the normal 35-40 minutes) -----enlargement of the testicles -----pain in the testicles -----involuntary urination in sleep so, ashas you are also travelling in the same boat like most of other boys who in their teenage had excessive indulgence in masturbation and when it will be time to really enjoy the powers, you will be deprived of it. Myself is a homoeopath and I can assure you that there are wonderful homoeopathic medicines and management with which your problem will permanently vanish without any adverse effect on your body and you can enjoy your sex life as normal as others. Doctor, I have a difficult to speak fluently or just like talking in speed motion. Only in sometimes I just got sticked while talking because of my tongue fluency. Can not able to speak fluently, I think its because of my tongue. I clean my tongue everyday after brush, also it still remains. Is there any solution doctor?

M.Phill
Psychologist, Chennai
Let your mind relax- anxiety or nervousness is one of the major causes of stammering. Through proper relaxation this problem can be easily solved. When you are requiired to speak up and make people listen to what you have to say, give yourself a few minutes to clear your mind. It doesn't matter how long it takes to clear your mind. Once the mind has already reached the optimum state of relaxation, next step is to think positive thoughts. Think only positive thoughts and do not worry that you are going to stutter. This in itself is a great cure which will give you an inner confidence whenever you need to communicate. Think about someone you feel comfortable talking with. Start talking softly. Visualize thoughts and word. Read out loud. Slow down your speed of speech. Do relaxation and breathing exercises.
