Please go for herbal neem shampoo. Use shikakai and amla as conditioner (soak amla and shikakai in water overnight and boil a little in morning). Apply it on hairs. Keep for half an hour and then wash. It will condition the hairs. Avoid using comb in wet hairs.

I am 69 years old Diabatic patitient , from last few months I am feeling burning in food pipe+ throat , pin in arms and bak while walking for 5oo yards or more I had blood ommitting in Sept-2004 due to Alsar, for which I was treated by Gastro specialist. My ECG is Ok as a precaution I am taking blood thinner + anti Castrol tablate from last 2 years and also taking , home made medicine of Apple Vinegar+garlic + lemon juice+Ginger juice+honey every morning diluted with water. But there is no improvment

There is no improvement may mean that your blood sugars are not under control. Abdominal upset may direct restriction in the use of metformin. Please AVOID HONEY . Your Complete examination is required before starting of medicines. Continue blood thinners and anti cholesterol tablets. Get a Diabetologist consultation as early as possible

You have read correct, the pill will cause both irregular bleeding within 7 days, and delay in the cycle by 7-14 days. Any delay beyond 14 days, you have to confirm by pregcolor urine test.

You have not mentioned your weight? if want to reduce and control weight you have to follow dietetic regimen. No non-veg, milk products like paneer, curd etc, ice cream, bakery products, cold water, fatty and fried food items, day. Time sleep. Consume lot of seasonal fruits except banana, drink warm water or plain water. 1- arogyavardhini vati 500 mg one tablet daily with water in morning in empty stomach 2-baggrys oat bran 10-15 gm (two to three teaspoon) twice daily with warm water or mixing in food item like, dal, butter milk, coconut water etc. 3- trifala churna powder 6-7 gm at bed time with warm water before treatment do lipid profile, kft, lft and record weight and again every month and report me.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy.

Dear lybrate user, a kidney stone is mainly formed due to the accumulation of the minerals present in urine. Such accumulation occurs mainly due to low intake of fluids. Continuous low fluid intake results in the deposits of the minerals over the stone & eventually leads to an increase in the size of the stone. Formation of stone leads to pain along the kidney region. If the size of the kidney stone is below 3 mm then it is possible to get rid of it without any surgery. Take homoeopathic mother tincture berberis vulgaris q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water for 15 days. The stone will be expelled through urine in between the span of 15 days of medication. But if the size of the stone is more than 3 mm then you should surely go for surgery.

Hye. Thank you for your query. There are many ways to lose a lot of weight fast. However, most of them will make you hungry and unsatisfied. If you don’t have iron willpower, then hunger will cause you to give up on these plans quickly plus all you lose is unhealthy muscle mass and the fats are still around hence causing gain after loss. Eating sensibly and as per your body's nutrient needs will reduce your appetite significantly, Make you lose weight healthily without hunger and improve your metabolic health at the same time. Here are some tips to help you lose weight. Eat a high-protein breakfast. Eating a high-protein breakfast has been shown to reduce cravings and calorie intake throughout the day. Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. These are the most fattening things you can put into your body, and avoiding them can help you lose weight. Drink water a half hour before meals. Drinking water a half hour before meals increased weight loss by suppressing appetite and avoiding overeating. Choose seasonal foods. Eat smaller but more frequent meals. Eat soluble fiber. Eat fruits and vegetables. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. Base most of your diet on whole foods. They are healthier, more filling and much less likely to cause overeating. Eat your food slowly. Fast eaters gain more weight over time. Eating slowly makes you feel more full and boosts weight-reducing hormones. Use smaller plates. Studies show that people automatically eat less when they use smaller plates. Get a good night’s sleep, every night. Practical Tips To Lose Weight Fast
Drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. Water is the best weight reducing agent known to man.
Resist the temptation to eat everything that looks delicious, all in one sitting.
Spread your meals out to cover 5 to 6 snacks each day. This helps control hunger as well as paces out the production of insulin.
Walk instead of driving everywhere. Walking for at least 45 minutes a day helps burn as many calories as a workout.
Reduce the size of your plates. This will ensure that there is less food piled up on it.
Increase your intake of water-based vegetables such as capsicum, cucumbers, tomatoes and zucchini. Apart from being healthier, these also are low in calories.
If you absolutely have to drink coffee, go in for regular coffee instead of coffee with a whole lot of frills. After all, the small calories that come along with the frills do count towards the overall picture.
Choose to eat meals at home rather than opting for fast food or eateries. When you eat home-cooked food, you can keep a watch on your calorie intake. This cannot be done when eating outside.
Never skip breakfast. This slows down your metabolism and will be detrimental to your health as well as your weight loss plans in the long run.
Balance out your meals with proteins and fibrous foods along with carbohydrates. Remember that too much of carbohydrates leads to weight gain, so balancing it out will ensure that you are well nourished as well as well balanced.
Eat your food slowly and relish it. Chewing is part of the digestive process. Don’t rush it.
Never eat when you are not hungry. This is the worst thing that you can do to your body. Stashing calories into your system when they are not needed is definitely something to be avoided.
When you plan to go healthy, choose to eat fruits instead of opting for fruit juices. Fruit juices usually contain sugar and, in some cases, preservatives. These can cause the calorie count to go up.
Cleaning helps a lot to clean up your system. When you spend time cleaning, it actually helps burn calories at the rate of four calories each minute!
Take a brisk ten-minute walk before at least one meal each day. This helps burn down calories as well as reduced your appetite.
Cut out on TV time. Being a couch potato will make you look more like a real potato.
Reduce on your intake of alcohol. This will go a long way in helping you stay in shape.

When the pain gets relieved by a belch, it indicates air lock in the stomach. Ensure that you are not belching willingly in an attempt to get relief from pain because the same act of belching draws some air in to stomach and becomes cause of pain. This is called Aerophagy. If that is the case, please resist the act of belching. Eat high fiber diet. Drink plenty of fluids. Avoid high fat fried food.

Avoid tea/coffee alcohol, smoking spicy food. Life style changes and food habbits can solve your problem easily. Chew your food properly. Avoid outside food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done.
