For gaining weight, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. In lunch have multigrain roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad. Evening have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Dinner: 1-2 paneer stuffed roti/1-2 multigrain roti+ 1bowl dal+ 1bowl salad, After dinner you can take 2 dates / 2 figs with a cup of milk. Exercises To Gain Weight and Get Enough Sleep And Very Important Keep Yourself Motivated.

Weight gain is a slow process it take time. And it need well planned balanced diet along with physical activity and proper rest. You need well plan diet suited to your needs. Mean while here are few tips for you- Start eating small frequent energy dense meals instead of 3 large meal. Small meals are easy to digest and keep digestive system running. You can eat small portion of healthy food in difference of 2-3 hours have shakes of fruits with added nuts drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water. Eat all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Manage stress do some moderate intensity exercises for 30 minutes daily. Have positive body image appreciate your self Take sound sleep of 7-9 hour keep your self motivated as it not going to happen overnight. Consult me online for better results.

Please apply murivenna mixed one marma gulika and apply on the affected area and take a bandage with crape bandage. Try it's for two days. If you got good result continue for seven days, other wise consult a ortho doctor.

U need to take a balanced diet eat more natural foods eat more vegetables and fruits eat good fats drink plenty of water.

My present dietary habit in morning salad at lunch time rice and spicy vegetables also dal and at dinner roti and spicy vegetables.

No spicy but lot of salad before each meal and take small frequent meal containing bland food. Fruits in between meal. Plenty of water.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. Firstly you need to be clear when you say your bone is thin. Have you done tests to check which nutrients you are deficient in and have you done tests to check for osteoporosis. Supplementation depends on the above test results. Even if it is a matter of bone health you must understand that it is not just supplementation with calcium that will help but many other nutrients and your diet needs to be planned right as well. Most often loss of bone density is due to deficiency of nutrients and wrong eating habits. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels and definitely deficiency of major nutrients. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Include cereals like ragi, seeds like sesame, coconut and pulses like rajma, chana ,sprouts in your diet. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Avoid excessive tea, coffee, and avoid aerated drinks. Sleep well. Exercise at least thrice a week. This is essential for bone health.

Hello take the following medicine alfalfa tonic - general by shwabe adults one tablespoon, one hour before meals, three times a day. Continue for 3 month. Revert after 3 months. Thanks any queries pls ask.

If you have lost that much weight within a few weeks without dieting or exercise, then it needs to be evaluated by a doctor. It can be infections or diabetes or thyroid problems etc. There are several reasons. Consult a physician immediately.
