Dear sir with your age and weight so more imp is to look for salt conent. A report on tv channel reporeted that almost all brands have 10 time more salt in breads so look on. Better go for home made chapatis. Should have writeen about your bp and diabetic status. Almost every packed food have lots of salt so take care.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps weight gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 main and mid meals a day. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, starchy vegetables, rice, bread, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, ghee, cream in your meals. Just eating sugary, sweet foods is not good. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite. Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

I am 23 year old, I have pain in my hip and beneath the knee but when I am touching or pressing my hip and down of knee then there is no pain, but I am having pain in my hip and beneath knee, when I sitting, raising foot up and down. Hi, You have to make sure that there is no injury to any tissues in these joints. There is no mentioning of any previous fall or injuries. There are different types of arthritis, joint diseases but those can be easily treated at this early stage. When your digestive system is not working properly for a prolonged duration, many toxins will be produced. These toxins may be accumulated in various joints to cause pain and inflammation in them. Milk tea is not harmful. Green tea is also good for early morning only if you want to lose weight, else green tea can be taken anytime during the day.

Milk, dal, in telugu what we call as" pappu dinusulu, soya etc. For protiens, for iron take plenty of green leafy vegetables, jaggery that is bellam in telugu, plenty of vetables and fruits with every meal. Your weight is normal for your height.

You may follow a healthy diet & exercise regimen for weight gain instead of medicines as the latter will harm your body. 1. Drink 3 litres water daily but not with or just before a emal 2. Have small frequent meals rich in nutrient & energy density but low in volume- ex: paneer paratha, cheese-potato sandwich, malt with buffalo milk & sugar, mango lassi, dates milkshake, til chikki, peanut chikki, dry fruits, banana kheer, premix, sugarcane/bel juice, soyabean cutlet, rice with ghee + egg & potato curry, thicker roti with ghee, peanut butter, jam/jelly, fish fingers, chicken roll 3. Take 15 mins light walk before meals to increase appetite 4. Avoid skipping meals & junk food/ outside food 5. Have a regular sound sleep of 8 hrs 6. Maintain hand hygiene to reduce the incidence of infections

Hi. Tell your grand father to do the stretching exercises for 5 to 10 min daily. It will relief the pain. And apply hot water formalization for 5 min daily before the exercise.

Our weight should be proportionate to our height. For every given height there is a normal weight range. You must do several things correctly to gain weight. A healthy diet: this is the foundation of gaining weight. If you don't do this right, the other things you do won't be effective and could even be harmful. Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.
