Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday.

First you know about the knee pain diagnosis genernally at this age posibility of knee osteoarthritis is more. Ask your father to do knee strengthening exercises. First you know the cause of sleep disorder and then you decide the remedy for that.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food.. >> Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice.. >>  Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc.. >> If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish.  For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc.. >> Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen.. >> No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily.  .. keep confidence in you. all the best. for detailed diet plan you can consult.

1.Don’t drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. 2.Eat more often. Squeeze in an additional meal or snack whenever you can, such as before bed. 3.Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories. 4.Try weight gainer shakes. If you are really struggling then you can try weight gainer shakes. These are very high in protein, carbs and calories. 5.Use bigger plates. Definitely use large plates if you are trying to get in more calories, as smaller plates cause people to automatically eat less. 6.Add cream to your coffee. This is a simple way to add in more calories. 7.Take creatine. The muscle building supplement creatine monohydrate can help you gain a few pounds in muscle weight. 8.Get quality sleep. Sleeping properly is very important for muscle growth.

Hi Take brahmi vati...smriti sagar ras and praval panchamrit..make its powder and mix it.....then take these medicines with honey twice a day...1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....do pranayama early morning for freshness..avoid oily food...junk food.....avoid alcohol consumption...eat green vegetables.........walk for at least 45 minutes a day .

Before starting out for a walk, relax and take a deep breath and fill your lungs with fresh air which will move them into their most efficient position. After you exhale, maintain the chest in this position with shoulders down and slightly back throughout the walk.

Hello doctor, I am 21 years old male, workout daily and lift heavy. Consume 1.8g protein per kg of bodyweight. From last couple of weeks, I am having pain in my anal region and it kept increasing. It stays for 6-7 hours after bowel movement in the morning and hurts allot while sitting and during pushing in the toilet. Today I checked and there is something like skin tag at opening of the anal. Don't know if it is hemorrhoids or warts but it hurts allot. I did not find any blood during movements. Please help.

You may be having fissure so you need to be examined by a general surgeon and proctoscopy to be done to find out what exactly it is, keep your stool soft by taking plenty of fluids orally and high fibre diet even you can take syp cremaffin 3 to 6 tsf hs, use ointment lox anally before defecation, proper treatment follows according to examination.

Hello Do proper rest & do hot fomentation for 15-20 min thrice in a day .Take UST followed by IFT for 15 days. Learn strengthening & stretching exercises from physiotherapist. This will help in reducing the pain. Thanks.

Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning and evening. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before and with meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals. Weight gain can be a time-consuming process. But you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Kindly show me x-rays of your knee. In the mean time sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor.
