First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- Take gelesemium 200, twice daily . Take Eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily. Take Antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs , thrice daily. Take Alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. In case of high uncontrollable fever, don't panic you should do cold sponging to lower down the temperature.If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Revert me with feedback. Yes, beer is good for health if you have 40 ml on daily basis. This will act like a medicine. This will increase your immune system and boost up your body and mind. Cigarette is more harmful than hookha so avoid hookah.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food + daily exercise..>> Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice..>>  Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. if you feel enough that diet for reducing weight then follow it regularly or you can try following diet chart to reduce weight for four week. Week 1 8:00 am (as soon as you wake up) – 2 glasses of methi seeds water ( soak 1tsp of methi seeds in 2 glasses of water. Strain out the methi seeds and drink the water. Helps a lot in water retention and bloating) 5 soaked almonds with the skin. 1 kali mirch u don’t have to chew it just swallow it down. 9:00 am – 1 toast (brown bread) with amul lite butter / hung curd dressing/ salad and chutney 11:30 am – one fruit of your wish 1:30 pm – A small plate of salad before starting the meal. The fibers in the salad fills u up which in turn prevents false hunger that makes u overeat.1 bran chappati (mix wheat flour and wheat bran in equal proportions.) with 1 bowl ( normal sized katori ) of dal. Hello doctor. I took hcg urine test and the result was negative. But I am confused why my periods are late. Normal cycle length varies from 21 days to 35 days so few days here and there if fine but see a gynaecologists to rule out other causes.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning and. Include more fruits, sprouts and vegetables in your diet. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night. Avoid junk food. Take small and frequent meals.

I am having serum cholesterol 259 & LDL 187. I was prescribed tonact 10 mg for two months by my doctor. Now along with the above medication, I am regularly going for morning walk for 1 hour and doing stretching work for 15-30 minutes. For time being I have stopped taking red meat and other fat diets on doctors advice. My question is, if I continue stretch work and do walking regularly seven days a week and start taking red meat in small quantity thrice a week, will my cholesterol level come down or increases?

Please avoid red meat, because it has high fat content and eating it will lead to increase in cholesterol production in your body. Your LDL was pretty high to begin with so you should be extra cautious. You can have lean meat like fish, chicken breast, egg white etc. The choice for you is between health or taste.

Night fall or wet dreams is a very common occurrence in men, especially in adolescents. This condition is characterized by involuntary ejaculation of semen while sleeping at night or in the early hours of the morning. The problem can sometimes become frustrating for young men because they fail to understand the reason for it and cannot discuss it with their parents or peers out of shame. The frequency of these nocturnal ejaculations may vary from person to person. Some people only experience it in their adolescent years and some people experience it throughout their lives. Frequent night falls can cause laziness, lesser sensation in the genital regions, burning sensation after urination and low libido.

What are the causes?
Night fall is common at a young age when a man abstains from sex. But if they persist and become more frequent, they can create adverse effects upon the body. The major causes are stated below
1. Weak nerves, congested prostate gland and inability to control emotions are considered as primary causes of frequent night fall
2. Males having sex or performing self-stimulation frequently can become prone to night fall
3. Side effects of medicines like tranquilizers, high blood pressure medicines, sedatives etc. can also increase the frequency of night falls
4. Lethargic lifestyle, diabetes, obesity, long sitting hours, low libido, stress, anxiety and depression affect the balance of hormones, weakening the nerves and causing night fall

How can it be controlled?
1. Exercises and jogging keep the body fit and taking a bath before sleeping relaxes the mind and aids in sleeping, therefore reducing the possibility of night fall
2. Urination right before going to bed can help in preventing nightfall
3. Having yogurt twice or thrice a day can reduce the chances of getting wet dreams
4. Refraining from watching porn or sexually explicit visuals before going to bed will keep nightfall at bay
