Hello sir I am having hair loss problem and color changes to white. What I ll do?
Dear patient, life style management to prevent hairfall 1. Quit smoking 2. Junk food, coffee and alcohol 3. Ease stress 4. Headbath twice a week. 5. Lack of beta carotene 6. Lack of nutrition to hair roots. Now it's not too late for you to get right treatment. Now, you need" trichoroot act" hair oil and medicines which are homeopathic, safe & easy to consume and no side effects. This will control and cure hair fall quickly. Many patients are happy with tra. Please take a photograph of your head before you use tra. So that you can compare it after 3 to 4 months of usage to see the result. Keep a healthy diet a proper diet so as to prevent hairfall should incorporate food items that are rich in minerals and vitamin a along with iron. Your hair needs a high protein well-rounded diet. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients. Revert back within a week of use of hair oil and medicines. Take care.

Relax dear lybrate user. You have to understand one basic thing. The ultimate target of love, of particularly your age group is sex. And, a healthy love must be a blend of both psychological and physical attachments to each other. Both kind of attraction and attachment is needed by both male and female. The problem here is, boys generally prefer sexual intimacy to psychological intimacy. In girls it is Vice versa. Moreover, love cant be got by forcing anybody. It should be spontaneous. Just think of a situation in which this break-up happens after marrying and having children? The pain will be tremendous. In this line of thinking, you are a lucky girl. Dont try to forget him. At the same time never beg him for love. If possible, try to keep in touch with him as good friends. Set apart time to think and talk about him to a good friend of you everyday. Other times learn something new or socialize as much as possible. Never be alone. By and by, the memories of him will start vanishing. Finally, it seems to me that yours is not of a healthy love. It is like drug dependence such as smoking, alcohol etc., which can be UNLEARNED by replacing it with other healthy habits, possibly by getting married. I hope you would understand.

Hi Lybrate user, I would suggest you to follow a diet rich in proteins and fiber (like- animal/plant proteins- chicken, eggs, fish, tofu, soy milk, pulses, soybean etc and fiber foods like- salad, fruits, vegetables). Limit the intake of high carbohydrates and sugars like- table sugar, sweets, refined flours products etc. Also try to keep yourself hydrated the whole day and even during exercises. You should exercise or walk for 20 mins per day will help you more fast in reducing weight. Also limit the intake of salt after 7 pm and avoid saturated fats and junk foods will you reduce weight. Good Luck!

Give expressed breast milk with spoon not by bottle. There is no need of formula milk. Expressed milk can be stored in the back of refrigerator. Try to feed baby on breast, if not succeed, consult your obstetrician.

I am suffering from a drastic hair fall. I am very worried about it. please help me.

I am suffering from a drastic hair fall. I am very worried about it. please help me.
While your hair mostly depends on your genetics;  stress, hormonal imbalance and poor diet have a great influence on your hair health and appearance. Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Include skimmed milk, cottage cheese, lentils in diet. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Next important step is to follow good hair care - Oiling your hair with a mixture of oils like olive, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to your hair and prevent them from drying and breakage. Once in a week apply a good hair mask. You can mix and prepare different types of masks using green tea, olive oil, milk, gooseberry,  etc. Condition your hair using organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Rosemary tea once in a while. Choosing a good shampoo according to your hair type is very important. Dry or brittle hair requires different shampoo than from oily hair. A professional hair and scalp examination to get right hair care products for you is worth than spending time and energy on wrong products.
