You may take banana shake daily in morning for one month and date milk at night for one month. Also take soaked figs and raisons at night daily in morning for a month. You may take fibre food daily. Roasted potatoes you may add in your daily diet.

I am thinking too much I am not happy with my life. Every time failure making me depressed too much. And no mental support from anyone else even from my partner making me depressed more. I have loosing hair fall. I tried all type of shampoos. But there is no result. What should I do?

These tips will help you lose weight. 1. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs intervals. 2. Avoid junk/ fried/ sugary foods& drinks, alcohol. 3. Have healthy snacks in between main meals - whole fruits, coconut water, nuts, oilseed, soup, dal chila, dhokla, sprouts. 4. Include salads in lunch ,& dinner. 5. Take stairs instead of lift & walk instead of hiring transport. 6. Drink 3 litres water daily. 7. Take 15 mins light walk post main meals. 8. Eat slowly chewing each bite well. 9. Please do treadmill for at least 45-60 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Limit your food intake which SHOULD be and ONLY be 4 times a day. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food.
