Your weight reduction and control is of prime important. Prescribing very simple products and basic advises daily morning and evening walk at least twenty minutes yoga-padmasana, sarvangasana, pavanmuktasana and chanting mantra (as and when gets time) no non-veg, milk products, fried items, cold water eat only jav-yav-oat aata roti regularly 1-baggrys oat bran 5 gm twice daily with food or water 2- amla powder 50 gm + mehandi powder 25 + kasis bhasma 3 gm mix in mixer-make fine powder, take 5 gm prepare a paste in water and apply on scalp, cover head, do daily ( may cut hair so paste application will be easy, may get cold but it will go within 2-3 days) 3- massage scalp -head region with warm bhringraj or amla oil in morning 4- arogyavardhini vati 500 mg one tablet daily with water in morning in empty stomach 5- bhringrajasava 15 ml twice in a day with water after food continue for three months, give feed back every month.

Hi lybrate-usertips for weight loss eat fresh vegetables daily. Avoid having sugar completely. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread; avoid everything made from white flour and make whole wheat bread, chapattis and brown rice a way of life. Do not skip a meal and eat three meals a day. Drink plenty of water to eliminate the toxins from the system. Limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoons a day. Increase the fiber intake as it provides a sense of fullness and also prevents hunger pangs. Take antioxidants for protecting the body against the toxins released during weight loss. Exercise catalyzes your efforts to lose weight and even regular walking for thirty minutes can give you the benefits of an aerobics exercise. To improve the metabolism, try increasing the duration, frequency, intensity of your daily workout. Remember that maintaining the ideal weight is a lifetime commitment and not a short-term affair. Firmly believe that the pleasure of being trim and healthy is far better than the pleasure of eating unwisely.

To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

How can I lose my weight without a dieting and continuing a my everyday life style with a yogas.
Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1. Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3. Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Dear sir, Please add Jou or barley flour in your diet. Roast this flour and mix 1/4th of it in normal wheat flour. Prepare chapaties wit it and Eat it daily. Eat more of fiber containing food like green leafy vegies, more of fresh seasonal fruits, drink less water with meals instead take sips of water while eating food and don?t drink before and after. Sit in Vajra Asan for 2- 5 mins or walk 100 steps after every meal. You can also chew 4-5 leaves of curry patta daily as it will reduce your blood pressure, protects liver and works as antioxidants along with increasing Hb which will overcome you weakness. Excessive weight gain is caused when people consume more calories than the body needs—occurring most commonly due to eating a diet high in fat and calories, being sedentary, or both. This imbalance between calories consumed and calories burned, however, can also be caused by a number of different obesity-related factors such as genetic, hormonal, behavioral, environmental and, to some extent, cultural. There are many other factors causing obesity such as pregnancy, tumors as well as endocrine disorders and medications that include psychotic drugs, estrogens, corticosteroids and insulin Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and for loosing tummy few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water

A) take 30 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice and honey along with 30 ml of lukewarm water early in the morning on empty stomach. B) eat 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 5 gm of jiggery after meals c) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep d) do regularly sinhasan and pavanmuktasan regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes thanks.

do exercise. eat fat burner foods. eat one glass luke warm water with lemon juice with one tsp honey in the early morning. follow a low calorie balanced diet. eat low calorie foods. eat more vegetables n fruits. eat 4 ltrs water.

Hello, I am giving you some tips to prevent constipation: 1. take 6-8 glass of water in a day 2.Regular Physical activity Keeping mobile and active will greatly reduce your risk of getting constipation. Ideally do at least 150 minutes of physical activity every week. 3.You should have about 30 g of fibre a day. You can increase your fibre intake by eating more: I am giving you list of some fibre containing food fruit vegetables wholegrain rice whole wheat pasta wholemeal bread seeds oats 4.Toilet habits Never ignore the urge to go to the toilet Consult Physician for Further Management

Do's take a balanced & nutritious diet. Avoid high calorie diet. Take 2 servings of fruits daily. Incl. Fat free dairy products in diet. Drink3-4 ltrs of water every day. Sleep for 6-7 hours daily. Do not's bakery, processed & packed food. Sedentary lifestyle. Heavy dinner. Skipping meals.

Your bmi is 21. 5 and your weight is normal. To stop getting overweight you have to persist with a low carbohydrate and low fat, high protein diet. Stop all cereals, sugar, bakery products and desserts. Take the white of 2 boiled eggs and lots of fruits and green vegetables and salads. Hello.... Fir lossing weight eat healthy diet.. Prefer whole grain food like oats, barley, ragi, brown rice, whole wheat bread...... Drink lots of water......... Prefer skimmed milk and milk products because its less in fat....... If you are non veg then prefer lean meat and also avoid yellow part of egg........ Stop regular tea.. Prefer green tea.. Take it after every meal to reduce weight....... Start morning walk or yoga or you can join gym....... Apple is good for reducing fat...... Take homoeopathic tonic:- Alfa alfa tonic ( two spoons twice a day ).. This will reduce weakness..... For more advice you can consult me....... Good luck.......

Hello, weight loss is the result of a holistic approach that includes- 1. Balanced diet rich in proteins and fibre like- egg, chicken, fish, milk, curd, paneer, sprouts, oats, wholegrain cereals and pulses, fruits and vegetables (fibre) 2. Exercise- doing 40-50 minutes of moderate to high intensity activity for 4-5 days/ week will help (walking/jogging/swimming etc) 3. Adding good quality fat like nuts and oilseeds-almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds (alsi) will help. 4. Rest for 7-8 hours to rejuvenate your system so it can work efficiently. 5. Water- having about 1 glass water every hour will help in flushing toxins from your system. All the best.

I have irregular periods from menarche. Der is interval of 4 to 5 months in a cycle. My weight ws 60 kgs 2 years back but suddenly I gained weight. Now it is 85kgs constant from 2 yrs. Aftr exercise from 1 yr. I showed doctor c told I hv mild hirsutism n no features of acne. N prescribed deviry tablets fr 5 days. What should I do more. I gt tested regarding this.
