Hello lybrate-user Concentrate on calorie intake. To reduce weight your calorie expenditure should be more than calorie intake. Eat small frequent meals, dont eat 3 big meals, instead bank on Milk n milk products coz they make you feel full for long and fruits n vegetables in the form of smoothies n soups post sunset. I am 31 yrs, weigh 58 kgs. Have a 4 yr daughter. Want to lose weigh, specially belly fat. Help me out. I'm medically fit, drink water, have fruits n vegetables, avoid junk foods. Am not regular with exercises, as my daughter is very young. Please give me some simple tips which I can carry out with my household work.

Abdominal Crunches: ? Lay down flat on the floor. ? Bend the knees with feet on the floor. ? Place your hands by the side of your ears. ? Take a deep breath. ? Crunch up lifting the head and chest a bit. The aim is to try and touch the knees with the forehead. But do not try to do it in the first attempt. Give your body some time. ? Now move down gradually, exhaling the air. Descending movement must be slower than the crunch up movement. Repeat the steps 5 to 10 times

Your bmi score is 26. You are little overweight. But you are quite young too. So start exercise like swimming and yoga. Don't go for gym. Take warm water after meal. For fast result you can take cap. Simlim (vasu pharma) 1cap three times.

Having H, BP for last 20 yrs. But I take amlopres L-50 mg. Daily and doing daily walk with exercises, But addict towards medicine. Wt.is 90 kg with ht. 5.5F .Ofcourse H.wt.pl advice to free from medicine and want to loose 15 kg. Wt. Rajeev.

difficult to take out medication as age progress but definitely can reduce dose ... low salt diet ... regular eating habit less carbohydrates and fatty food....consult dietician for further details...

Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

The only medicine for Weight loss is Simple Diet + Daily exercise. There is no other medicine apart from this. You can't buy good health, you have to work for it. Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maids/Ghee/Salty stuffs from your diet. Add more fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Eat slowly and mindfully. Exercise daily for 40-60 mins. This is essential for good health. Love yourself and respect your body. Respect laws of nature. This is the best path to good health and happiness.
