Hello, Visceral fat can lead to various metabolic problems. To get rid off you need to lead a healthy lifestyle with lots of physical activity and a healthy diet routine. Alcohol consumption also makes accumulation of visceral fat easy. Please eliminate it completely. Oily, junk, ready to eat, processed products, pills, medicines should be out completely. Green vegetables, nuts, curds, soy, low fat diary should be encouraged in the diet.

Hello lybrate-user ji tell your daughter to take warm water with honey empty stomach in morning n 1 hour before dinner. After taking this tell her to walk at least 500 steps but little bit fast. Hello, The more he walks the better it is for him. Include papaya, Beetroot, pomegranate, brinjal, lauki in his diet for better results. Cut down on salt or encourage salt restricted diet. Green vegetables, beans are some healthy options. Oats do help.

How Much Green Tea?

So, do not rely on green tea alone to lose weight. It can only bolster your weight loss efforts. You need to complement it with a calorie deficit diet and proper exercises.
