I have pain in my right side shoulder, what type of exercise I have to perform for getting relaxed from this?
At this age, pain in the shoulder can only be muscular pain. Try applying heating pad over the painful area twice a day. Also do basic shoulder stretches during the daytime. Avoid sitting in the same position for more than 30 mins.

I am 50 years old staying alone at home. Whenever at home on weekends or holidays I end up eating continuously resulting in weight gain. This also causes swelling in both knees and ankle. However, after rest swelling reduces but pain in both the knees continues.

Hi lybrate user. Based on your height and weight. Your bmi is 28.7 which comes in'overweight' category. So you need to work out ways to reduce your weight. 2. Your swelling can be due to thyroid problem so please get thyroid test done along with liver / cholesterol / kidney / sugar profile / cbc + blood pressure checked. There may be other issues. 3. To get rid of boredom start some hobby or learn something online etc. 4. Don't keep munching foods at home 5. Go for walks in a nearby park. 6. Team up with other ladies for this. 7. Keep lots of salads and fruits easily available so that you don't overeat. Health is wealth! don't lose it!

It's normal to have sore muscles after you work out that is delayed onset muscle soreness. It peaks within about 48 hours, and then it gradually get better when you do the same activity again, your muscles will start to get used to it" you will actually have no soreness or less soreness because now you've strengthened the muscle or connective tissue you ice the sore area right after the activity to cut inflammation. Then use heat later to increase blood flow to the area.

I have burning feet and burning hand prblm since lonv . In may I had chicken pox . Now my body temperature is little high all the tym . I feel tired after 10 stairs only. You should take biochemic nat phos 200x + ferrum phos 200x, +kali phos 200x, 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days and consult private online.

It's nothing to do with masturbation. You probably have deficiency of vitamin B12 and D3. You need to visit an orthopaedic surgeon nearby. Masturbation in such high frequency is not good for your overall health.

This back pain is due to no back exercise. Due to this muscle get stiff. When suddenly you get move fast that time this stiff muscle get break and pain start. In ayurved there is mentioned one procedure kati basti. Do this for five days with medicated oil if you want to do it you should do it under doctor observation. So consult ayurvedic doctor near you. You will definitely get good result.

If you are suffering from gastric pain then you should take antacid every morn like pan d or something, also eat meals at regular intervals every 3-4 hrs, have 2 fruits a day in between meals, can eat banana, rusk, toasted bread in the morning. Besides that avoid smoking (if you do) also avoid wearing too tight clothes around the belly. Lastly eat a very light dinner and avoid fried food.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching.
