i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. GARLIC,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . Cap. Ecosprin gold-10 at night daily.

Most probably your mother is suffering from oa of knee. Knee surgery-total knee replacement (tkr) is quite safe & gives uniformly good results, in our hands.Surgery should be done when patient is still active & will be able to take benefit of surgery. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. Kindly show me x- rays before a final decision can be taken. She will be thoroughly investigated before surgery is under taken. Risk in surgery is less than the risk in crossing road.

Use a soft toothbrush -- and brush properly! Brush your teeth for at least two minutes twice a day and after meals. Hard brushing can further damage the soft tissues of your mouth. - Floss at least once a day and be sure to floss beyond the gum line to remove more plaque. - Control bleeding by applying pressure to the area with a cold compress. - Rinse with salt water or hydrogen peroxide to keep the area clean. Avoid mouthwashes that contain alcohol, which can dry out your mouth. - Stay away from smoking and other tobacco products, which can aggravate bleeding gums. - Eat a balanced diet and limit snacking between meals. Carbohydrates and sugars feed dental plaque. - Try an oral irrigation device, commonly known as a "water pick, to clear debris from around the gum line. - You may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person.

Avoid using hot hair-styling products. Use of hot irons, blow-dryers, and other appliances producing heat damage the hair. Ensure that your blow-dryer is set on a low temperature setting.

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Hi, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.

Is asthma can permanently cure or its whole life disease? How can I cure it or fix it permanently because. I am suffer from moderate asthma.

ASthma is is due to genetic nature and allergy and in some stay whole life when exposed to the trigger factor like cold, dust or infection, It can be well controlled with inhalation therapy and allergy prevention with Montair LC tablet .Asthma has become a common ailment these days because of rampant air pollution and stressful lifestyle. The quality of the air we breathe, the change in climate and dust allergy can easily bring in an asthmatic flare up in some people. Asthma attack causes breathing difficulty. This happens as your bronchial tubes get inflamed and contract, thereby narrowing down the air passages. You feel your chest tightening up and experience shortness of breath with a wheezing sound. What triggers asthma flare ups? There a number of potential triggers for mild to severe asthmatic attacks. By identifying and avoiding these triggering factors you can bring down the frequency of your asthmatic flare ups notably. Look out for the following factors that may set off asthma: 1. Cold and flu: Cold and flu infection spreads through coughing and sneezing from an infected person. A cold takes 2-4 days while flu takes 3-4 weeks to recover. These infections can potentially trigger the asthma attack by causing inflammation of the air passages. 2. Weather change: The changing weather conditions, cold air, humid climate and thunderstorms often trigger asthma flare ups. Changes in temperature also aggravates asthma problem. Cold air is one of the most common reasons for asthma attacks in kids and adults alike. 3. Allergens: Dust Mites: Dust mites in your carpets, rugs, pillows and bedding may trigger asthma as well. It is very difficult to kill dust mites. Make sure you use vacuum cleaner to clear away dust from your beddings, carpets, pillows etc. and put them out in the sun often. Molds: If you have indoor plants then they may trigger asthma attack due to allergy flare ups. This happens as they tend to form molds that may trigger asthma. Pollens: Indoor plants and garden areas may be a good thriving ground for pollens. Pollens are very fine particles. Insects and gusts of air may transport these allergens to your body through breath. Pet/animal dander and cockroaches: Pets or animals with hair or fur like a dog, cat, bird or even mice may shed miniscule skin flecks that may cause irritation and trigger an asthmatic flare up. If you have cockroaches at home, then get pest control done. Their droppings may also trigger asthma flare up and you would have never guessed the real reason! 4. Work environment: If your office area is closed up and not well ventilated, has wood dust or smell of wood polish, wall paint fumes, chemicals etc. then your asthma flare up can set off easily. 5. Cigarette smoke: If you smoke or you are in a smoking zone like in a restaurant or a party, then the smoke can prompt an asthma flare up. Even smoke from a bushfire may trigger it. 6. Air pollution: If you live, work or travel in an area where air pollution is high due to traffic or lack of greenery, then an asthma flare up can occur frequently. 7. Strong smells: Strong smells from flowers, mosquito repellents, incense sticks, varnish, paint, perfumed candles, deodorants or body perfumes can also trigger asthma. 8. Medication: Certain medicines can also trigger asthma attack like blood pressure or steroidal medicines etc. Always ask your doctor before taking medicines. 9. Stress and emotional highs: If you have not taken a vacation in a long time, you are working late nights or have to do heavy physical or mental work, then it results in extreme stress. It may trigger an asthmatic flare up. Emotional highs like anger or excitement can also trigger a flare up of asthma. 10. Exercise: Exercising, jogging, swimming or running can also trigger asthmatic attack due to physical exertion. This happens because when you run or work out, then breathing becomes faster. This lets a lot of cold air enter your lungs in comparison to normal breath that is made warm by your nose. 11. Hormonal imbalance: Anytime you are experiencing hormonal ups and downs, asthma flare up can get triggered. For women menstrual cycle, pregnancy or menopause can trigger asthma in some cases. This is not very common though. 11. Foods: Kapha aggravating foods can also trigger an asthmatic attack. Avoid rice, curd, high salt, sugar, lentils, strong tea, alcohol, pickles, sauces, processed foods to lower the risk of asthma flare up. Processed foods contain preservatives like sulphite foods that may trigger asthma. Find out the reasons that cause your asthma flare up. Keep yourself active despite asthma by avoiding these triggering factors.

Symptoms: .Numbness/tingling in cheeks, chin, lower lip - both sides of face - going on for four months - started out on and off - been almost constant past 3 week - no pain -face moves normally. Cough Going on for 2 weeks Coughing fits off and on Little coughs here and there No wheezing Pediatrician says lungs sound fine Mild chest pain .Headache Sharp pain usually in back of head Don’t really remember when it started Off and on .swollen lymph nodes (I think?) in neck and under chin .Pain in left calf Off and on Don’t really remember when it started. Weight loss - no appetite. But I'm a very picky eater and I don't eat school food - not trying to lose weight .Difficulty sleeping - falling asleep -staying asleep .Fatigue -tired fast while standing and walking Possible factors? .Lots of anxiety School health .Recent medicine changes .extreme fear of the dark Sleeping with lights on Sleeping with movie on (just to listen to) .multiple medications .depression .mood disorder .ADHA .Extremely aware of everything that feels wrong in my body .Yesterday I found out I had strep throat (no fever) Medications: Lithium Prazosin Lamictal Gabapentin Medication history: Medications I’ve been taken off of a week and a half ago: Seroquel, Trazodone, Ritalin Lithium dosage was reduced I’ve been on Lithium, Prazosin, and Lamictal for around two years. Gabapentin was just added. Lithium levels have been checked multiple times; most recently 5 days ago. Each time I was told that my Lithium levels were normal, but they decreased the dosage so I’m not sure if that was just in case the Lithium was the problem or if there was a change in my Lithium levels from two weeks before that. Nobody really told my much about the change in my meds. What I understand of what my doctor has told me: They think that the facial numbness is caused by my medications (concerned with the Seroquel and Lithium) and anxiety. Sleep problems are probably related to my psychological issues. Anything neurological has been ruled out by a neurologist. They drew blood and I know they checked vitamin b12 and iron levels. I have no idea what else they tested when they drew blood. My main concerns and what I’m looking for: My main concerns are the symptoms that haven’t been addressed, because I haven’t brought it up, and that there facial numbness that came out of nowhere. I haven’t brought up the headache, leg pain, cough, and chest pain mostly because I’ve been to the doctor a lot recently concerning the facial numbness and I feel like it’s starting to seem like I’m trying to find something wrong with me. When I was complaining of a sore throat she tested my for strep throat and was care less; the swab thing didn't even touch the back of my throat. Few days later I went to urgent care and they do it right and I did of strep throat. Kind of feeling like I'm not being taken seriously because I'm young. Doctors noticed the swollen lymph nodes, but I got strep throat so that might be why. I am concerned mostly about the things I haven’t mentioned and I wanted to know if I should be concerned about those problems. If so, what should I ask my doctor? When should I go see a doctor? What do you think could be wrong if anything is wrong? I really just need to what to do and if I should do something. And do you have any idea how long it will take for the numbness/tingling in my cheeks, jaw, chin, and lower lip to go away if it is my meds that were causing it? I’m a trumpet player and it is difficult to play when my face feels numbish. I also want to know about numb chin syndrome.

1. Normal Fasting Blood sugar level is 75-115mg/dl and Post prandial (2 hour after breakfast/ meal) is <140 mg/dl 2. A person is considered Diabetic if fasting Blood sugar is>. 140mg/dl and Post prandial blood sugar is>200 mg/dl 3. A person havingFasting blood sugar between 115mg/dl to 140mg/dl and post prandial blood sugar between 140mg/dl to 200mg/dl is considered to be suffering from IGT (Impaired glucose tolerance) and is prone to develop Diabetis if adequate precaution is not taken Symptoms of Diabetes 1. Excessive Thirst 2. Frequency of urination especially in night 3. Excessive Hunger 4. Fatigue 5. Blurring Of Vision, irritability, tingling and numbness in hand/feet, fatigue 6. Recurrent boil/fungal infection, Sores or cuts that won’t heal Prevention 1. Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling etc) 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3Control diet A) Avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta B) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, C) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume. D) Avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, sapota, seethaphal jack fruit, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato, a handful of walnut daily (Akhrot) E) Avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/Jowar/Ragi, moong and chana Dal. F) Avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. G) Avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) Avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4. Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting Dietitian 5. Monitor your fasting, PP blood sugar 3 monthly and HbA1c six monthly

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. Work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

There are many conditions that can cause knee pain. - ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport you need detail assessment with a physiotherapist to find out what causing you this pain.

Over a month, I started getting a pin in my lower jaw, and thought it was my molar that was infected. The dentist confirmed there was nothing wrong with the molar, and prescribed muscle relaxant/ pain killer. The pain traveled to the right side, has gone up to my temple. Fever is due to some infection in the body. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need full mouth x ray (opg) first. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months. Goggle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.

I have back pain over 9 days & use pain relief bum. But no relief from pain. What should I do?
Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -some physiotherapy treatment like ift current can give you some relief. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Maida is very harmful for body, so avoid it. 6. Have all your meals on time. 7. Drink lots of water 8. Fruits rich in vitamin c and green leafy vegetables help in acne.
